技术领域
本发明涉及一种可防止水渗入到其肩部和盖件之间的空腔内的管形容器/管。该管形容器特别适用于一种浸水的环境，比如淋浴或者沐浴时。
背景技术
管形容器通常用来分送用于淋浴或沐浴的消费品。这些物品包括洗发剂、护发剂、沐浴露、泡沫剂、造型霜以及凝胶体或其它类似物。
在淋浴或者沐浴时，管形容器通常遇到的一个问题是水渗入到盖件和顶部之间的空腔内。所述渗入发生在管形容器以其盖件向下而坚立的时候，这种方式也是大多数管形容器的正常支靠或者存放状态。盖件和肩部之间的缝隙容易受到水的喷溅或喷射，因此盖件和肩部之间的空腔中部分地或完全地充满水。当用户随后拿起该管形容器时，所述空腔内的水溢出—经常溢到用户的手上。
这使得希望有一种可以在淋浴或者沐浴时防止水渗入的管形容器。更希望有一种在淋浴或者沐浴时不会在存放过程中积聚水的管形容器。
发明内容
根据本发明，提供了一种可防止水渗入到容器肩部和盖件之间的空腔内的管形容器。所述管形容器具有一体壁/管壁和一顶部。所述体壁在其内部限定一个腔室。所述顶部具有一肩部，所述肩部具有一个和所述腔室相连通的孔。所述肩部具有从该肩部处邻近肩部周边延伸的一凸脊。当盖件紧固到顶部上时，所述凸脊充分地阻止水的渗入。

具体实施方式
制造一种能防止水渗入到其肩部和盖件之间的空腔内的管形容器是令人意想不到的。更令人意想不到的是可以制造一种在淋浴或者沐浴时不会在所述空腔中积聚水的管形容器。在本发明中，管形容器具有一肩部，所述肩部具有从该肩部处邻近肩部周边延伸的一凸脊，所述凸脊充分地阻止水的渗入。
图1、2和3示出本发明的一种管形容器并且整体上用附图标记10表示。管形容器10具有一体壁12，该体壁在其内部限定一个腔室14。管形容器10还具有一顶部16，所述顶部具有一肩部18和一从肩部处延伸的颈部20。肩部18连通并连接颈部20和体壁12。顶部16具有一位于颈部20和肩部18的交界面处的台肩部分(land)22。肩部18具有从肩部处邻近肩部周边(肩部18的外缘或周缘)延伸的一凸脊24。颈部20具有一外颈部26和一内颈部28。颈部20还具有一连通并连接外颈部26和内颈部28的坐靠部30。内颈部28具有一个小孔32和一个通孔34。小孔32通过该通孔34与一个前腔38和腔室14相连通。外颈部26具有单线或多线外螺纹36，所述外螺纹适于接纳一个闭合件或者分配器的单线或多线内螺纹。

图7示出本发明的一种管形容器并且整体上用附图标记90表示。管形容器90具有一顶部92，所述顶部92具有一肩部94和一从肩部处延伸的颈部96。肩部94具有从肩部处邻近并绕肩部周边延伸的一凸脊98。当凸脊98绕肩部94延伸时，凸脊顶部或者上部具有一起伏的或波纹状的构形。
管形容器的顶部肩部上的凸脊位于邻近所述肩部的周边处。与离顶部颈部的距离相比，所述凸脊优选地更邻近肩部的周边。所述凸脊优选地邻近肩部周边绕肩部连续延伸。所述凸脊也可以是不连续的，但是其不间断或者连续的程度必须达到足以确保水的渗入被基本阻止。当盖件与管形容器的顶部相接合时，盖件的接触缘可以位于凸脊的内部或者外部。凸脊的颜色可以相同或者不同于管形部/体部、盖件或者顶部的其它部分的颜色。
管形容器可用本领域已知的任何方法制造，比如挤出法或层压法。在挤出法中，一个塑料管被连续挤出，然后被切割成形成管形部体壁的多段单个管。随后将一管(管形容器)的顶部热焊接或粘接到一段管的一端，并在该顶部上安装一闭合件、盖件或者顶端件等。该段管的另一开口端通常由待分送的物料填充并随后通过加热或者机械方式密封。在层压法中，将一片塑料材料或者例如塑料/金属的复合材料卷成一管状并沿该片材料的边缘进行密封以形成一个连续的管子。所述管子被切割成多段单个管，安装顶部以及盖件，在开口端处填充物品，然后采用和挤出法相同的方式密封另一端。
闭合件以及顶部可用本领域已知的任何方法制造，比如通过塑料材料的注塑成形或者冲压。优选地使用注塑成形法。
管形容器可以由本领域已知的任何塑料材料制成。典型的塑料材料包括乙烯聚合物，丙烯聚合物，聚酯以及聚酰胺。有益的乙烯聚合物包括低密度聚乙烯，中密度聚乙烯，高密度聚乙烯以及线性低密度聚乙烯。有益的丙烯聚合物为聚丙烯。有效的聚酯包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。优选的塑料材料为低密度聚乙烯和聚丙烯。
应该理解的是，前面的描述仅仅是对本发明的说明。本领域的普通技术人员可以在不偏离本发明的前提下对其作各种替换以及改进。因此，本发明适于包括所有这些落入所附的权利要求的保护范围内的替换、改进以及变型。

Claims (15)

1.一种管形容器，包括：
a)一体壁，所述体壁在其内部限定一个腔室；
b)一顶部，所述顶部具有一肩部，所述肩部具有一个与所述腔室连通的小孔，所述肩部还具有从肩部处邻近肩部周边延伸的一凸脊。
2.如权利要求1所述的管形容器，其特征在于，所述顶部还包括一个从肩部延伸的颈部，所述颈部内具有所述小孔和一个与所述小孔和所述腔室相连通的通孔。
3.如权利要求2所述的管形容器，其特征在于，与离颈部的距离相比，所述凸脊与肩部周边的距离更近。
4.如权利要求3所述的管形容器，其特征在于，所述凸脊环绕肩部连续地延伸。
5.如权利要求4所述的管形容器，其特征在于，还包括一闭合件，所述闭合件具有其形状与肩部周边基本相同的一接触缘。
6.如权利要求4所述的管形容器，其特征在于，所述闭合件具有一内螺纹，所述颈部具有一适于接纳所述闭合件的内螺纹的外螺纹。
7.如权利要求4所述的管形容器，其特征在于，当所述闭合件与肩部相接合时，闭合件的接触缘支靠在凸脊的内部并邻近所述凸脊。
8.如权利要求4所述的管形容器，其特征在于，所述闭合件与所述肩部相接合。
9.如权利要求1所述的管形容器，其特征在于，所述肩部的形状基本上为圆形并且所述凸脊的形状也基本上为圆形。
10.如权利要求6所述的管形容器，其特征在于，所述闭合件与所述肩部相接合，并且当闭合件与肩部相接合时，闭合件的接触缘支靠在凸脊的内部并邻近所述凸脊。
11.如权利要求10所述的管形容器，其特征在于，所述闭合件具有一内螺纹，所述颈部具有一适于接纳该闭合件的内螺纹的外螺纹。
12.如权利要求11所述的管形容器，其特征在于，所述肩部的形状基本上为圆形并且所述凸脊的形状也基本上为圆形。
13.如权利要求12所述的管形容器，其特征在于，所述凸脊具有和顶部其它部分不同的颜色。
14.如权利要求13所述的管形容器，其特征在于，所述凸脊绕肩部连续地延伸。
15.如权利要求1所述的管形容器，其特征在于，所述凸脊绕肩部连续地延伸。
