Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于精整装置的快速装备系统。
背景技术
已经公知用于挤出设备的装备系统。在这种系统中,在一个所谓的精整台上,用于所挤出的成型件的干燥精整机以及用于所挤出的成型件的冷却和硬化的真空箱都与该精整台固定连接。结果是:每种新的挤出成型件都要求更换模具,在每次更换模具时都必须安装一个具有不同长度的不同的干燥精整单元,并且由此决定必须将真空箱及其供排水装置重新对准(移位),该供排水装置必须借助吊车安装到新的位置中并且与精整单元一样必须在每次改变时被精确地重新校准。
显然,这个过程不仅费事,而且很耗费时间。
发明内容
因此,本发明的任务是,改善这种装备系统,使得明显缩短更换挤出模具和精整装置时的装调时间并且使与此相关的冷却水供应和排放装置适应情况。
根据本发明,提出一种用于精整装置的快速装备系统,它具有一个安装在精整台上的干燥精整机和连接在后面的一个或多个真空箱,用于精整及冷却挤出产品,其中,在该精整台上固定了两个水平地平行延伸的成型件,干燥精整机以及该真空箱或这些真空箱都安装在这些成型件上,在该真空箱或这些真空箱下面设置了横梁,高度可调节并且可在两个成型件上运动的滑动装置位于这些横梁的端部上,其中,干燥精整机牢固地通过这些横梁安装在两个成型件上。
本发明的优点特别是,一方面在装备时不再需要吊车,在任何情况下装调时间能够降低至少50%;另一方面不再必须使精整装置和真空箱对准。另一个优点是,挤出的成型件的质量明显改善。

具体实施方式
如在图1中表示的,在精整台1上在右边和左边在挤出方向上各有一个辅助轨2和3,在它们上面支承着一个或多个在挤出方向上设置的横梁4。这些横梁4在它们背离精整台1的侧面上具有两个槽5和6,用于成型件7和8例如管的运动导向。真空箱9在两侧在挤出方向上借助一个可在垂直方向上校准的托臂10,11连接,其中,该托臂装备有一个用于校准的调节机构12,例如螺纹、电磁调节器或类似机构。两个托臂10和11与滑动装置13,14例如滚子或类似件连接,并且可以水平地在成型件7和8上移动。这样,可以不费事地在垂直方向和水平方向上调节和校准真空箱9。
图2表示图1的一个侧视图。
附图3和4表明用于精整装置18的高度调节,其中,精整装置18是在挤出方向上看,它安置在真空箱9的前面并且与该真空箱牢固地但可校准地连接,如从图5中看出的。这两个装置,即精整装置18和真空箱9,不仅单个地、而且共同地可以借助滑动装置13,14在平行延伸的成型件7和8上移动。精整装置18被一个系统底板16承载并且可借助一个设置在该系统底板的底脚17上的调节机构15被垂直校准,具体地说与真空箱9分开进行。待精整的成型件,例如一个塑料框架成型件,用P标记。
图5示意地表示真空箱9-精整装置18的相互垂直调节。一个转接板19用于此,该转接板连接在精整装置18与真空箱9之间并且形成一个可精细校准的对中心装置21:真空箱9-转接板19以及另外一个这样的对中心装置20:转接板19-精整装置18。精整装置18在横梁4上方牢固地安装在成型件7,8上。由于滑动装置13,14可以通过调节机构12调整,能够预先精确地校准整个挤出线,以避免对这个/这些真空箱9的后续对准。如果要挤出和精整一个不同的成型件P,为了为此所必需的具有不同尺寸的精整装置18,只需将这个/这些真空箱9在成型件7,8上移动并通过转接板19与该精整装置18连接。精整装置18自身通过在成型件7,8上的校准可能性始终被相对于真空箱精确地对准。
从图6中可以看出,在第一真空箱9上设置了一个中心排水站22。这样可以将其他未示出的真空箱的全部排水管道23与该中心排水站22连接,该中心排水站例如通过一个柔性软管24与一个中央收集容器25连接。这样,在移动真空箱9时不再要求更换该真空箱的排水软管。它的另外的结果是,挤出线的总软管长度变短,这使得冷水-空气混合物可被安静地从真空箱9中抽吸出来。
在挤出塑料成型件P例如一个窗框成型件或窗口挡板成型件时的方法过程是这样的:还具有热弹性的待精整的成型件P从附图中的右边进入精整装置18,穿过该精整装置,继续穿过真空箱9并且作为已固化的成型件从附图中的左边离开该真空箱。挤出机、牵引机等在附图中没有表示出。如果要在一个不同的精整装置18中精整一个不同的成型件P,为了变换,只需无问题地水平移动真空箱9、使用新的精整装置并且校准各个部件就足够了。这样,避免了费事地使用吊车来改装挤出线,使挤出线的装调时间降低到50%或更低,此外改善了挤出的成型件P的质量。

Claims (3)

1.用于精整装置的快速装备系统,它具有一个安装在精整台上的干燥精整机和连接在后面的一个或多个真空箱,用于精整及冷却挤出产品,其特征在于:在该精整台(1)上固定了两个水平地平行延伸的成型件(7,8),干燥精整机(18)以及该真空箱或这些真空箱(9)都安装在这些成型件(7,8)上,在该真空箱或这些真空箱(9)下面设置了横梁(4),高度可调节并且可在两个成型件上运动的滑动装置(13,14)位于这些横梁的端部上,其中,干燥精整机(18)牢固地通过这些横梁(4)安装在两个成型件(7,8)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的快速装备系统,其特征在于:在真空箱(9)上设置了一个中心排水站(22)。
