Abstract

在根据现有技术的电驱动单元中必需以较复杂耗费的方式将一个信号接收器设置在一个信号发送器的旁边,该信号接收器安置在一个电子电路部分壳体中的印刷电路板上。根据本发明的驱动单元(6)具有一个封闭的电子电路部分壳体(3)及电动机壳体(13),其中信号接收器(37)安装在电动机壳体(13)或变速器(28)中的刷握(7)上。因此印刷电路板(49)的结构可简单地构型。

电驱动单元
现有技术
本发明涉及权利要求1类型的电驱动单元。
由EP 538 495 A1公知了一种电动车窗升降器驱动装置,其中在变速器壳体上插有一个电子电路部分的壳体。该电子电路部分的壳体及变速器壳体在连接部位上是敞开的及必需密封。
由DE 198 39 333 C1公知了一种驱动装置,其中在一个封闭的变速器壳体上安装了一个封闭的电子电路部分的壳体。在此,在电子电路部分壳体中的印刷电路板上设置霍耳传感器。
本发明的优点
相比之下,具有权利要求1特征部分特征的电驱动单元具有其优点,即能以简单的方式方法在一个电驱动单元上安装一个电子电路部分的壳体,该电子电路部分的壳体可作成用户专用的,该电驱动单元的大部分由标准壳体构成,例如由电动机壳体及变速器壳体构成。
通过从属权利要求中所述的措施可实现对权利要求1中所述的驱动单元的有利的进一步构型及改进。
电子电路部分壳体可有利地设置在一个插接件上,因为这样一来仅是插接件必需在插接件形状和/或插接触头数目方面适配用户的专用要求。
按有利的方式可使用霍耳传感器用作识别转动的信号接收器。
电子电路部分壳体能以有利的方式既可在径向上也可在轴向上固定到插接件-刷握件上,由此使电子电路部分壳体的安装方向适配于相应的外部情况。

实施例的描述
图1a表示根据本发明构成的一个电驱动单元6,该电驱动单元例如用作车窗升降器电机驱动装置。电驱动单元6至少由一个电动机11,一个变速器43及一个电动机电子电路部分10组成。
作为电动机11的一个例子,整流子式电动机(Kommutatormotor)至少包括:一个整流子(Kommutator)40;一个电动机壳体13,它例如构造为极管或极罐2及用作磁路闭合件;及设在电动机壳体13上的磁铁16。
电驱动单元6具有一个转子轴25,该转子轴从电动机壳体13一直伸入到变速器壳体28中,及相应地例如支承在电动机壳体13及变速器壳体28中。
在磁铁16的区域中,转子轴25上设有叠片组19,在叠片组上设有绕组。
在转子轴25的与电动机11对立的轴向端部上,在转子轴25上构造了一个齿部分26,后者与变速器43的齿轮系统形成相互作用。变速器43及齿部分26被安装在变速器壳体28中。
在电动机壳体13及至少部分地与变速器壳体28之间设有一个刷握7。在该刷握7上至少具有一个用于识别转子轴25的转动-如转速或转向-的信号接收器37,例如是霍耳传感器形式的信号接收器。与此相应地,在转子轴25上设有一个信号发送器,例如一个环形磁铁99形式的信号发送器。
在刷握7上例如一体地构造了一个带有插接触头46的插接件1,该插接件例如至少部分地伸出变速器壳体28。插接触头46例如被注射在插接件1中及进一步地注射在刷握7中。
电动机壳体13,刷握7及变速器壳体28彼此相连接,即它们彼此密封地安装及因此可防水。
电驱动单元6还具有一个密封地封闭的电子电路部分壳体3,该电子电路部分壳体具有与插接件1适配的对应插接件5。借助一个固定装置9,例如一个卡接件形式的固定装置使电子电路部分壳体3的对应插接件5固定在插接件1上,后者在这里与刷握7一体地连接。
在插接件1与对应插接件5之间设有密封件8,它保护插接触头46以防潮湿。
在电子电路部分壳体3中设有电动机电子电路部分10。该电动机电子电路部分10例如由至少一个装有各种电和/或电子部件55的印刷电路板49。该印刷电路板49也具有插接件58,后者将电控制信号和/或电源传送到电动机11。
插接触头58例如同样被注射在电子电路部分壳体3中及对外防水密封地封闭。
此外电子电路部分壳体3具有一个电子电路部分壳体连接插接件22,它用于向外连接到一个电源。
在该例中电子电路部分壳体3在径向34上被插入在刷握7上。但刷握7上的插接件1也可这样构成,即电子电路部分壳体3可从轴向31上被插上。
图1b表示电驱动单元6轴向上的一个局部视图。
电子电路部分壳体3例如具有至少一个夹子4,借助它可使电子电路部分壳体插到或固定在电动机壳体13的轴向端部的轴承套座52上。该固定部分也可为其它方式,例如构造在插接件1上。

Claims (8)

1.电驱动单元,具有:一个变速器壳体;一个电动机壳体;一个电子电路部分壳体,它单独地构成及被防水密封地封闭;一个刷握;至少一个识别转动的信号接收器,其特征在于:至少一个信号接收器(37)被设置在刷握(7)上。
2.根据权利要求1的电驱动单元,其特征在于:信号接收器(37)是一个霍耳传感器。
3.根据权利要求1的电驱动单元,其特征在于:电子电路部分壳体(3)安装在一个插接件(1)上。
4.根据权利要求1的电驱动单元,其特征在于:电子电路部分壳体(3)可在径向(34)上固定到插接件(1)上。
5.根据权利要求1的电驱动单元,其特征在于:电子电路部分壳体(3)可在轴向(31)上固定到插接件(1)上。
6.根据权利要求1或3的电驱动单元,其特征在于:刷握(7)具有插接触头(46),一个电子电路部分(10)与这些插接触头电连接。
7.根据权利要求6的电驱动单元,其特征在于:电子电路部分(10)设置在电子电路部分壳体(3)中;及电子电路部分壳体(3)具有插接件(58),它可与插接触头(46)电连接。
8.根据权利要求3,4或5的电驱动单元,其特征在于:插接件(1)被安装在刷握(7)上。
