Abstract

一种补肾益寿片剂，是一种中药组合制剂，它是主要成分为红参、珍珠、灵芝、制何首乌、枸杞子、淫羊藿、丹参、甘草、黄精，含有适量辅料的片剂。制备方法是：主要成分的重量百分比用量为：红参、甘草各2－5％，珍珠0.1－1％，灵芝、丹参、黄精各5－15％，制何首乌、枸杞子各15－25％，淫羊藿20－35％；红参、珍珠粉碎成细粉，其余灵芝等七味加水煎煮二次，合并煎液，滤过，取上清液浓缩成稠膏，加适量淀粉，混匀，低温干燥，粉碎成细粉，与红参、珍珠粉剂适量辅料混匀，制粒，干燥，加入适量润滑剂，压制成片，不包衣或包薄膜衣，即得。补肾益寿片是由药物与填充剂组成，防潮性能好，便于携带，能迅速崩解、服用量小。

技术领域：
本发明涉及一种中药片剂及其制作工艺方法，尤其涉及补肾益寿片及其制备方法。
背景技术：
片剂作为一种药物剂型，根据我国药品管理的相关法规，改变剂型作为新药研究管理。本品原有剂型为胶囊剂，已列入国家药品部颁标准。
现有胶囊剂的工艺技术特点是将处方量药材部分粉碎后，剩余部分煎煮，滤液浓缩成稠膏，加入适当的辅料混合，制粒、干燥，即得胶囊剂。
现有的补肾益寿胶囊存在防潮性能较差及服用时胶囊易粘食道等缺点。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是提供一种能迅速崩解、防潮性能好的补肾益寿制剂及其制备方法，克服现有技术的上述弊端，提高产品的质量和疗效，更好地满足医疗的需要。
本发明的技术解决方案是一种补肾益寿制剂，是一种中药组合制剂，其特征在于它是主要成分是红参、珍珠、灵芝、制何首乌、枸杞子、淫羊藿、丹参、甘草、黄精的片剂。
补肾益寿片的制备方法是：
(1)主要组成成分及其重量百分比为：
红参、甘草各2-5％，珍珠0.1-1％，灵芝、丹参、黄精各5-15％，制何首乌、枸杞子各15-25％，淫羊藿20-35％；
(2)将红参、珍珠粉碎成细粉，备用；
(3)将余下灵芝等七味加水煎煮二次，合并煎液，滤过，取上清液浓缩成稠膏，加适量淀粉，混匀，低温干燥，粉碎成细粉，备用；
(4)将(2)与(3)的细粉及适量的辅料混合均匀，制粒，干燥，备用；
辅料为乳糖、硫酸钙、木糖醇、微晶纤维素、交联聚维酮、淀粉、糊精、微粉硅胶、低取代羟丙基纤维素、羧甲基淀粉钠中一种或多种的不同组合。
(5)将(4)所得颗粒中加入适当的润滑剂，压制成片，素片不包衣或包薄膜衣；
润滑剂为硬脂酸镁、滑石粉、微粉硅胶中一种或多种的不同组合；
上述制备方法中，主要组成成分的最佳重量百分比为：红参、甘草各3.70％，珍珠0.13％，灵芝、丹参、黄精各9.25％，制何首乌、枸杞子各18.49％，淫羊藿27.74％；
具体实施方案：
本发明结合具体实施例进一步说明如下：
一种补肾益寿制剂，是一种中药组合制剂，它是一种主要成分为红参、珍珠、灵芝、制何首乌、枸杞子、淫羊藿、丹参、甘草、黄精的片剂。
以制备1000粒补肾益寿片为例，制备方法是：
(1)主要组成成分的备料用量为：
红参、甘草各126g，珍珠4.7g，灵芝、丹参、黄精各315g，制何首乌、枸杞子各630g，淫羊藿945g；
(2)将红参、珍珠粉碎成细粉，备用；
(3)将余下灵芝等七味加水煎煮二次，合并煎液，滤过，取上清液浓缩成稠膏，加适量淀粉，混匀，低温干燥，粉碎成细粉，备用；
(4)将(2)与(3)的细粉及适量的辅料混合均匀，制粒，干燥，备用；
辅料为5％淀粉、5％微晶纤维素、2％低取代羟丙基纤维素，其计量基数为细粉的总重量。
(5)将(4)所得颗粒中加入适当的润滑剂，压制成片，用包衣预混合剂包衣，即得；
润滑剂为1％微粉硅胶，其计量基数为颗粒总重量；
本发明的优点是：
补肾益寿片是由药物与填充剂组成，防潮性能好，便于携带，能迅速崩解、服用量小。

Claims (3)

1、一种补肾益寿制剂，是一种中药组合制剂，其特征在于它是一种主要成分为红参、珍珠、灵芝、制何首乌、枸杞子、淫羊藿、丹参、甘草、黄精，含适量辅料的片剂。
2、一种补肾益寿片的制备方法，其特征是：
(1)主要组成成分及其重量百分比为：
红参、甘草各2-5％，珍珠0.1-1％，灵芝、丹参、黄精各5-15％，制何首乌、枸杞子各15-25％，淫羊藿20-35％；
(2)将红参、珍珠粉碎成细粉，备用；
(3)将余下灵芝等七味加水煎煮二次，合并煎液，滤过，取上清液浓缩成稠膏，加适量淀粉，混匀，低温干燥，粉碎成细粉，备用；
(4)将(2)与(3)的细粉及适量的辅料混合均匀，制粒，干燥，备用；
辅料为乳糖、硫酸钙、微晶纤维素、木糖醇、交联聚维酮、淀粉、糊精、微粉硅胶、低取代羟丙基纤维素、羧甲基淀粉钠中一种或多种的不同组合。
(5)将(4)所得颗粒中加入适当的润滑剂，压制成片，素片不包衣或包薄膜衣；
润滑剂为硬脂酸镁、滑石粉、微粉硅胶中一种或多种的不同组合；
3、根据权利要求2所述的补肾益寿片制备方法，其特征在于其主要组成成分的最佳重量百分比为：
红参、甘草各3.70％，珍珠0.13％，灵芝、丹参、黄精各9.25％，制何首乌、枸杞子各18.49％，淫羊藿27.74％；
