背景技术
在已有技术中,目前市售消杀类产品大多是化学合成品,其作用机理是通过氧化抑制细菌的新陈代谢,对皮肤和粘膜有刺激作用或过敏反应,对人体有害,其毒性作用较大。以水果为原料的消毒液未发现报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述不足而提供一种由纯水果提取,对人体无害,消杀效果更为有效的具有消炎杀菌抗病毒的纯水果液。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种具有消炎杀菌抗病毒的纯水果液它由以下重量百分比的原料制成:青桔10-20%,葡萄5-10%,梅干5-10%,栀子20-30%,山楂或山里红10-20%,橄榄5-10%,苹果5-10%。
本发明系外用杀菌消毒剂。方中栀子有泻火除烦、清热利湿、凉血散瘀之功,抗菌、镇痛之效;梅干有生津止渴、和胃安蛔、消疣灭瘢之功,抗菌消炎抗过敏之效。主治皮肤色斑、扁平疣、黑痣、瘢痕、肌肤粗糙等。其主要成分为柠檬酸与苹果酸,具有收敛作用,可使蛋白质凝固,如与痣疣、瘢痕组织接触,则能使其凝固坏死而起到消痣疣、灭瘢痕的作用,如与皮肤接触,也能使其表皮蛋白质凝固而剥脱,故也有去斑痣,剥蚀面部色素斑之效;苹果含有糖、苹果酸、蛋白质及维生素;葡萄、青桔、山楂或山里红含糖、酒石酸、草酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸、蛋白质皂甙及微量元素、能滋养皮肤增强免疫功能。橄榄含有多种微量元素,有润肤功效。以上组方经现代科学方法高温激活植物中杀菌、灭菌有效成份,形成独特的杀菌、抗病毒、消炎、滋养等水果提取液,激活后的原液主要成分有几十种,其中杀菌成分为黄酮皂甙、植物有机酸等杀菌因子。

修复再生:人体自身皮肤虽具有修复再生功能,但如果处于病态,人体自身修复功能就很难发挥作用。本发明内含有的杀菌因子的杀菌作用,激活抗炎净创酶,能分解纤维蛋白的凝结物,清除伤口周围坏疽、腐肉和碎屑痂皮,排除脓液,达到抗炎消肿的目的,促进皮肤的快速愈合修复,从而恢复原有的健康状态。
本提取液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、真菌、红色毛癣菌、糠秕孢子菌、淋球菌、尖锐湿疣艾滋病及SARS等多种病毒及其变异菌株有99%以上的杀灭作用。
本提取液具有消炎杀菌、清洁滋养、修复再生之功能。
适用于对环境、人体皮肤、家具、衣物、器械、餐具、疏果、空气等消毒、杀菌、清洁的系列产品开发。除消毒液剂型外,还可做成口服液、针剂、等用于抗菌消炎、心脏血管的预防和治疗。利用本发明可开发出系列产品,如商品名“伊蕊洗剂”:用于人体皮肤、粘膜等部位的抗菌、杀菌。强力杀灭引发阴道炎、宫颈炎、宫颈糜烂、盆腔炎、湿诊、外阴炎、外阴瘙痒、性疾病的细菌、病毒等症;“止痒灵”:用于人体皮肤、粘膜等部位的抗菌、杀菌。强力杀灭引发瘙痒、各种皮炎的细菌和病毒、蚊虫叮咬等症;“克疣灵”:对尖锐湿疣病毒和淋球菌有杀灭作用。强力杀灭引发生殖器尖锐湿疣、肛疣、扁平疣、生殖器疱疹的细菌和病毒;“脚气灵”:对真菌、红色毛癣菌、糠秕孢子菌等多种细菌、变异菌株有杀灭作用。强力杀灭引发脚气、脚癣、手癣、体癣、甲癣、脚臭和香港脚的细菌和病毒。
本发明的优点是:1、纯天然成份,无毒、无害、无腐蚀,对正常皮肤无刺激、无副作用。从多种水果的果、壳、核、汁经高温提取水果中的杀菌因子、皂甙、黄酮等有效成份,具有天然的抗菌、杀菌作用,能杀灭各种病毒、细菌、真菌等微生物。生产过程中不添加任何有机物、无机物,使用十分安全可靠。
2、能杀灭变异菌株和病毒,灭菌率可达99%以上。由于细菌和病毒经常在变异,使用一些化学合成产品杀菌,初期使用效果较好,使用时间一长,效果就明显降低。本消毒液克服了这一缺陷,其广谱杀菌性不仅对正常病毒、细菌、真菌有强力杀灭作用,而且对变异菌株的杀灭作用亦在99%以上。具有目前市场上现有化学合成产品无法相比的优越性。
3、靶向杀菌。本发明对各种病毒细菌及变异菌株等,具有极强的识别和杀灭作用,灭菌率可达99%以上。对有炎症和细菌感染的皮肤,在杀菌和修复的过程中有刺激感,随着使用次数的增加,这种刺激感不断减轻,直到和正常皮肤一样无任何感觉,并能确保健康皮肤不受损伤,这是本产品不同于别的产品的一大特点。经药理毒理检测证实:本品对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、真菌、红色毛癣菌、糠秕孢子菌、淋球菌、尖锐湿疣等多种病菌病毒及其变异菌株有99%以上的杀灭作用。
4、使用范围广。本发明尤其适用于人体皮肤、粘膜等部位的抗菌、杀菌,可增强皮肤、粘膜的免疫功能,适宜开发出对人体多种消炎杀菌洗液和针对环境的消毒液产品。

消毒液由以下重量百分比的原料制成:青桔15%,葡萄10%,梅干10%,栀子30%,山楂或山里红15%,橄榄10%,苹果10%。

消毒液由以下重量百分比的原料制成:青桔20%,葡萄5%,梅干10%,栀子30%,山楂或山里红20%,橄榄10%,苹果5%。
实施例3
消毒液由以下重量百分比的原料制成:青桔20%,葡萄8%,梅干8%,栀子28%,山楂或山里红20%,橄榄8%,苹果8%。
试验例
经北京疾病预防控制中心卫生毒理所检验,其结果为:
1、急性经口毒性试验:雌、雄性小鼠经口LD50均大于5000mg/kgBW,属实际无毒级。
2、急性皮肤刺激试验:对家兔皮肤无刺激性。
3、急性眼刺激试验:对家兔眼结膜无刺激性。
4、阴道粘膜刺激试验:对大鼠阴道粘膜无刺激性。

1、一种具有消炎杀菌抗病毒的纯水果液,其特征在于它由以下重量百分比的原料制成:青桔10-20%,葡萄5-10%,梅干5-10%,栀子20-30%,山楂或山里红10-20%,橄榄5-10%,苹果5-10%。
