Abstract
本发明公开了一种无窗扇框的并具有智能功能的自动无窗扇框推拉窗,包括具有上、下滑槽的框体,框体上方设有可驱动窗体平移运动的智能驱动装置,特别是窗体为具有下滑轮的玻璃,驱动装置与玻璃上沿接触。本发明直接采用玻璃为窗体使窗户的采光面积增大,透光性好,并使用智能控制的传动机构,对窗体的启闭控制更加方便,采用轨、扇多双向多点密封,改善了密封性能,成品的维护更方便,克服了窗体使用窗扇框而产生的各种缺陷,使窗户新颖美观。

技术领域:
本发明属于建筑用配件,尤为一种自动无窗扇框推拉窗。
背景技术:
窗户是建筑物中必不可少的配件,一种新颖美观的窗户可为建筑物增色不少,但现有的窗户使用将窗玻璃包围在窗扇框内的窗体,其窗扇框多为塑钢或铝合金材料,而具窗扇框的窗体由于框体阻挡光线透入而使窗体的采光面积减少,并且窗扇框的材料易受气候环境等影响而容易发生问题,如铝窗框因铝导热性强,使其冬、夏季保温性差,塑钢窗框则易老化,强度低,向阳处易脱色、变色及成品维护困难等缺陷,且采用带窗扇框的窗体的窗户很难使建筑物的整体协调美观。
发明内容:
本发明的发明目的是提供一种无窗扇框的并具有智能功能的自动无窗扇框推拉窗。
实现本发明的技术解决方案如下:包括具有上、下滑槽的框体,框体上方设有可驱动窗体平移运动的智能驱动装置,特别是窗体为具有下滑轮的玻璃,驱动装置与玻璃上沿接触。
本发明用玻璃为窗体可使窗户的采光面积增大,透光性好,并配合使用智能控制的传动机构,使窗体的启闭控制更加方便,采用了轨、扇多双向多点密封,改善了密封性能,成品的维护更方便,克服了窗体使用窗扇框而产生的各种缺陷,使窗户新颖美观。

具体实施方式:
请参见图1~图3,本发明的具体实施例如下:包括具有上、下滑槽的框体1,框体1上方设有可驱动窗体平移运动的智能驱动装置3,特别是窗体为具有下滑轮9的玻璃2,驱动装置3与玻璃2上沿接触;框体1与墙壁固定连接,其可由多腔室并具双道滑槽的型材构成,该框体的上框腔室内装有智能驱动装置3,该驱动装置为一智能窗传动机,如专利号为0320122936.9的智能窗传动机,该传动机将传动控制部件和机械传动部件集合在一起组合成模块,并采用贴片技术使传动机的抗干扰能力增强,具有遥控、手动及智能操控功能;框体1的下框的两道滑槽内各设置有一滑轨,滑轨与该框体1可为一体或分体结构,若为一体结构则可在滑轨上包覆有一不锈钢包覆层,以减小滑轨的磨损及滑轮与滑轨的摩擦阻力,若为分体结构,则可将预先制成的滑轨直接嵌入下滑槽内,下框可开设有排水腔以便将侵入框内的积水及时排出;窗体为玻璃2,每扇窗户可根据所使用的型材的滑槽道数安装玻璃2,玻璃2卡装于框体1上、下框的滑槽内,玻璃2的下端安装有滑轮9,滑轮9由滑轮架和滑轮组成,滑轮可用尼龙或不锈钢材料制成,并可选用有滚珠轴承的滑轮,每扇玻璃2可装有两个或两个以上的滑轮9,滑轮9将玻璃2支托于滑轨上形成滚动配合;玻璃2为一直角四边形体玻璃,该玻璃本体的三个周边均为直平边,另一个周边(既玻璃2上沿)则直接制有若干个齿,该若干个齿构成一齿条状6,齿条状6的齿与上框内的智能机3的输出齿轮7啮合,齿轮7与齿条状6的啮合可实现转动和移动互相变换的传动,即齿轮7转动时则可带动玻璃2沿滑轨的水平方向左、右滑动,完成窗体的启闭,齿轮7可为金属或工程塑料齿轮;框体1的两立框上还设有手控按钮4和停电手动开关5,该两开关的连接导线布设在立框和上框的腔室内并与智能机3连接,按钮4和开关5可在有电和停电时手动控制窗体的启闭,该两立框的滑槽内并设有一防撞限位密封胶条11,该胶条11为一中空胶柱,其一端边与立框滑槽底壁固接,当玻璃2回退至立框滑槽内时,胶条11可防止玻璃2侧边与立框滑槽底壁发生直接撞击并由于玻璃2侧边挤压胶条11使该胶条产生形变与玻璃2侧边紧密贴合而起到限位及密封作用,胶条11的长度可与立框滑槽等长,可分别在两相对立框滑槽或一立框滑槽设置,胶条11可用丁睛橡胶改性软质PVC。
为加强玻璃2上沿的齿条状6的强度,可在该齿条上包有一与其齿形相匹配的齿条状金属包覆层8,该包覆层将齿条状6包覆构成一金属包边,包覆层8为不锈钢或铝合金,该金属包边可由薄不锈钢或铝合金板制成,为使包边与齿条更牢固结合可在齿条和包边之间涂覆粘结剂使二者更紧密贴合在一起;为降低传动噪声并与塑料输出齿轮配合,可在齿条上包有一非金属材料包覆层8,该包覆层8为一塑料包边,可由工程塑料制成;为加工方便除把玻璃窗体的上端制成齿状外,也可在平边玻璃的一周边端面粘贴固接预制的金属或塑料齿条,或者在平边玻璃的一周边包上一金属或塑料包边,再将齿条与该包边固接;玻璃2的周边或一相对周边均可包覆有不锈钢、铝合金或塑料包边。
为保证两块玻璃2相搭接重叠处及玻璃2与框体1之间的密封性能,在玻璃2与框体1的滑槽内壁之间设有密封条10,密封条10为毛条或胶条,框体1的上、下框的滑槽内立壁均开设有一或两道密封条槽,密封条10嵌入该条槽内,并可在该两相对立壁上设有若干个滚动轮(图中未示出),两相对立壁上的滚动轮可夹持玻璃2,既可保证玻璃2的顺利滑动又可限制玻璃2在滑槽内的晃摆,提高抗风压能力;为使在窗体关闭时保证两玻璃2侧边叠加重合处的密封,在玻璃2的一侧边设有密封条10,密封条10可粘贴在玻璃2的表面上,也可在该侧边包有一包边,在该包边上开设密封条槽,使密封条10可嵌入该槽内;密封10条可为毛条与胶条结合,构成叠加结构,以提高密封性。
为达到最佳隔音降躁及保温节能效果,玻璃2为中空玻璃,中空玻璃具有更好的保暖隔音性能,若降低产品成本还可采用单层或多层玻璃,如三层玻璃等。
Claims (10)
1.一种自动无窗扇框推拉窗,包括具有上、下滑槽的框体(1),框体(1)上方设有可驱动窗体平移运动的智能驱动装置(3),其特征在于窗体为具有下滑轮(9)的玻璃(2),驱动装置(3)与玻璃(2)上沿接触。
2.按权利要求1所述的推拉窗,其特征在于所述的驱动装置(3)的输出端为一齿轮(7),玻璃(2)的上沿为齿条状(6),齿轮(7)与齿条状(6)的齿啮合。
3.按权利要求2所述的推拉窗,其特征在于所述的玻璃(2)上沿设有具齿条状的金属材料或非金属材料包覆层(8)。
4.按权利要求3所述的推拉窗,其特征在于所述的金属材料包覆层(8)为不锈钢或铝合金。
5.按权利要求3所述的推拉窗,其特征在于所述的非金属材料包覆层(8)为塑料。
6.按权利要求1~5所述的推拉窗,其特征在于所述的玻璃(2)与框体(1)的滑槽内壁之间设有密封条(10)。
7.按权利要求6所述的推拉窗,其特征在于所述的玻璃(2)与玻璃(2)之间设有密封条(10)。
8.按权利要求7所述的推拉窗,其特征在于所述的密封条(10)为密封毛条或密封胶条。
9.按权利要求1或2或3或4或5或7或8所述的推拉窗,其特征在于所述的玻璃(2)为中空玻璃或单层玻璃或多层玻璃。
10.按权利要求6所述的推拉窗,其特征在于所述的玻璃(2)为中空玻璃或单层玻璃或多层玻璃。
