Abstract
本发明公开了一种多边密封隔音铝合金平开窗,包括窗框,所述窗框的两侧内壁均铰接有安装板,且两个安装板的一侧外壁均开设有安装口,且两个安装口的四侧内壁设置有同一个凹槽,两个所述凹槽内壁均粘接有双层玻璃,两个所述双层玻璃和两个凹槽之间设置有密封胶,所述窗框顶部内壁和底部内壁之间连接有同一个隔断,所述隔断一侧外壁的两侧和窗框一侧外壁的两侧均开设有密封槽,两个所述安装板的一侧外壁均粘接有和密封槽相匹配的密封条。本发明通过在安装板的三测设置密封条,通过密封条和密封槽的配和保证了平开窗的密封性,又在窗框上设置隔音棉和真空腔来提高平开窗的隔音效果,解决了现有的平开窗窗隔音效果差的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及平开窗技术领域,尤其涉及一种多边密封隔音铝合金平开窗。
背景技术
民间住宅房屋中窗户的一种式样。窗扇开合是沿着某一水平方向移动,故称“平开窗”。平开窗分推拉式和上悬式。其优点是开启面积大,通风好,密封性好,隔音、保温、抗渗性能优良。内开式的擦窗方便;外开式的开启时不占空间。缺点是窗幅小,视野不开阔。外开窗开启要占用墙外的一块空间,刮大风时易受损;而内开窗更是要占去室内的部分空间,使用纱窗也不方便,开窗时使用纱窗、窗帘等也不方便,如质量不过关,还可能渗雨。
现有的铝合金平开窗密封性差,且隔音的效果也不好,所以需要一种密封和隔音效果好的平开窗。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种多边密封隔音铝合金平开窗。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种多边密封隔音铝合金平开窗,包括窗框,所述窗框的两侧内壁均铰接有安装板,且两个安装板的一侧外壁均开设有安装口,且两个安装口的四侧内壁设置有同一个凹槽,两个所述凹槽内壁均粘接有双层玻璃,两个所述双层玻璃和两个凹槽之间设置有密封胶,所述窗框顶部内壁和底部内壁之间连接有同一个隔断,所述隔断一侧外壁的两侧和窗框一侧外壁的两侧均开设有密封槽,两个所述安装板的一侧外壁均粘接有和密封槽相匹配的密封条,所述窗框一侧外壁的两侧端均开设有安装槽,且两个安装槽的内壁均设置有密封机构。
优选的,所述密封机构包括密封板,且密封板铰接在安装槽的两侧内壁上。
优选的,所述安装槽的内壁开设有隔音槽,且隔音槽的内壁填充有隔音棉。
优选的,所述窗框的两侧内壁均设置有真空腔,且两个真空腔相连通。
优选的,所述安装槽的一侧内壁设置有真空气压表,且真空气压表通过管道连接在真空腔上。
优选的,所述窗框的一侧外壁设置有阀门,且阀门通过管道连接在真空腔上。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.本多边密封隔音铝合金平开窗,通过在安装板的三测设置密封条,通过密封条和密封槽的配和保证了平开窗的密封性,又在窗框上设置隔音棉和真空腔来提高平开窗的隔音效果,解决了现有的平开窗窗隔音效果差的问题。
2.本多边密封隔音铝合金平开窗,通过在窗框上设置真空气压表,通过真空气压表便于观察真空腔内的气压情况,又通过阀门便于控制真空腔了的真空度。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-2,一种多边密封隔音铝合金平开窗,包括窗框1,窗框1的两侧内壁均铰接有安装板2,且两个安装板2的一侧外壁均开设有安装口,且两个安装口的四侧内壁设置有同一个凹槽,两个凹槽内壁均粘接有双层玻璃3,两个双层玻璃3和两个凹槽之间设置有密封胶,窗框1顶部内壁和底部内壁之间连接有同一个隔断6,隔断6一侧外壁的两侧和窗框1一侧外壁的两侧均开设有密封槽5,两个安装板2的一侧外壁均粘接有和密封槽5相匹配的密封条4,窗框1一侧外壁的两侧端均开设有安装槽,且两个安装槽的内壁均设置有密封机构7,密封机构7包括密封板8,且密封板8铰接在安装槽的两侧内壁上,安装槽的内壁开设有隔音槽,且隔音槽的内壁填充有隔音棉9,窗框1的两侧内壁均设置有真空腔12,且两个真空腔12相连通,安装槽的一侧内壁设置有真空气压表10,且真空气压表10通过管道连接在真空腔12上,窗框1的一侧外壁设置有阀门11,且阀门11通过管道连接在真空腔12上。
工作原理:使用时,通过在安装板2的三测设置密封条4,通过密封条4和密封槽5的配和保证了平开窗的密封性,又在窗框1上设置隔音棉9和真空腔12来提高平开窗的隔音效果,通过在窗框1上设置真空气压表10,通过真空气压表10便于观察真空腔12内的气压情况,通过阀门11充放气来保证真空腔12内的气压。

1.一种多边密封隔音铝合金平开窗,包括窗框(1),其特征在于,所述窗框(1)的两侧内壁均铰接有安装板(2),且两个安装板(2)的一侧外壁均开设有安装口,且两个安装口的四侧内壁设置有同一个凹槽,两个所述凹槽内壁均粘接有双层玻璃(3),两个所述双层玻璃(3)和两个凹槽之间设置有密封胶,所述窗框(1)顶部内壁和底部内壁之间连接有同一个隔断(6),所述隔断(6)一侧外壁的两侧和窗框(1)一侧外壁的两侧均开设有密封槽(5),两个所述安装板(2)的一侧外壁均粘接有和密封槽(5)相匹配的密封条(4),所述窗框(1)一侧外壁的两侧端均开设有安装槽,且两个安装槽的内壁均设置有密封机构(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多边密封隔音铝合金平开窗,其特征在于,所述密封机构(7)包括密封板(8),且密封板(8)铰接在安装槽的两侧内壁上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种多边密封隔音铝合金平开窗,其特征在于,所述安装槽的内壁开设有隔音槽,且隔音槽的内壁填充有隔音棉(9)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多边密封隔音铝合金平开窗,其特征在于,所述窗框(1)的两侧内壁均设置有真空腔(12),且两个真空腔(12)相连通。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多边密封隔音铝合金平开窗,其特征在于,所述安装槽的一侧内壁设置有真空气压表(10),且真空气压表(10)通过管道连接在真空腔(12)上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种多边密封隔音铝合金平开窗,其特征在于,所述窗框(1)的一侧外壁设置有阀门(11),且阀门(11)通过管道连接在真空腔(12)上。
