Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种自动翻页窗,包括窗外框和窗内框,在窗外框与窗内框上、下框之间各装一电机控制开关,在窗框上装有电动开窗机构。由于在翻转窗上装有电动开窗机构,这样就可用手动按钮或遥控方式控制电机,使电机带动翻转窗上的转轴旋转实现开窗和关窗,给用户开、关窗带来极大方便。蜗轮蜗杆机构具有自锁功能,不管窗扇开启在任何角度,始终处于固定状态,防止窗扇由于风力因素破损。

本实用新型涉及一种翻转窗,尤其是一种自动翻页窗。
背景技术
擦玻璃是人们日常生活中一件无法避免而又存在一定危险的事情,随着房屋高层化发展,擦玻璃时的不安全因素日益显得突出,为此有人发明了翻转窗。现有的翻转窗分为两种结构,一种是带有滑轨的,另一种是不带滑轨的。这两种翻转窗开启和关闭都是手动完成的,对于高位置的窗户,必需用一根长杆来完成翻转窗的开启和关闭,给用户造成不便。另外由于窗扇上没有锁紧机构,处于自由状态,稍有风力便会将窗扇刮动,存在震碎玻璃的因素。
本实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构新颖、开关窗方便的自动翻页窗。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种自动翻页窗,包括窗外框和窗内框,在窗外框与窗内框上、下框之间各装一电机控制开关,在窗框上装有电动开窗机构。
电动开窗机构,由窗内框左、右两边框中部的转轴、电机、齿轮减速机构和蜗轮蜗杆减速机构组成;其中一转轴的外端穿过窗外框与蜗轮蜗杆减速机构联接,内端与窗内框固接,蜗轮蜗杆减速机构与齿轮减速机构联接,齿轮减速机构与电机输出端联接。
电动开窗机构,由窗内框左、右两边框中部的转轴、电机和蜗轮蜗杆减速机构组成;其中一转轴的外端穿过窗外框与蜗轮涡杆减速机构联接,蜗轮蜗杆减速机构与电机输出端联接。
由于在翻转窗上装有电动开窗机构,这样就可用手动按钮或遥控方式控制电机,使电机带动翻转窗上的转轴旋转实现开窗和关窗,给用户开、关窗带来极大方便。涡轮蜗杆机构具有自锁功能,不管窗扇开启在任何角度,始终处于固定状态,防止窗扇由于风力因素破损。

具体实施方式
本实用新型第一种结构如图1所示:包括窗外框1和窗内框2,在窗外框1与窗内框2上、下框之间各装一电机控制开关9-1、9-2,在窗框上装有电动开窗机构。
电动开窗机构,由窗内框左、右两边框中部的转轴6、电机3、齿轮减速机构4和蜗轮蜗杆减速机5构组成;其中一转轴6的外端穿过窗外框与蜗轮蜗杆减速机构5的输出端联接,内端与窗内框2固接,蜗轮蜗杆减速机构与齿轮减速机构联接,齿轮减速机构与电机输出端联接。转轴6上穿套有带轴承座7的轴承8。
本实用新型第二种结构如图2所示:电动开窗机构,由窗内框左、右两边框中部的转轴6、电机3和蜗轮蜗杆减速机构5组成;其中一转轴6的外端穿过窗外框与蜗轮涡杆减速机构5的输出端联接,蜗轮蜗杆减速机构与电机输出端联接。转轴6上穿套有带轴承座7的轴承8。
本实用新型的工作过程:
1、开窗:电机3通电,通过齿轮减速机构4和蜗轮蜗杆减速机5构将动力转给转轴6带动窗内框2转动,将窗打开。
2、关窗:电机3通电反转,通过齿轮减速机构4和蜗轮蜗杆减速机5构将动力转给转轴6带动窗内框2转动,将窗关闭,当窗内框2的上下框与窗外框1闭合时,电机控制开关9-1、9-2将电机电源切断,使窗户处于闭合状态。

1、一种自动翻页窗,包括窗外框和窗内框,其特征是:在窗外框与窗内框上、下框之间各装一电机控制开关,在窗框上装有电动开窗机构。
2、根据权利要求1所述的自动翻页窗,其特征是:电动开窗机构,由窗内框左、右两边框中部的转轴、电机、齿轮减速机构和蜗轮蜗杆减速机构组成;其中一转轴的外端穿过窗外框与蜗轮蜗杆减速机构联接,内端与窗内框固接,蜗轮蜗杆减速机构与齿轮减速机构联接,齿轮减速机构与电机输出端联接。
3、根据权利要求1所述的自动翻页窗,其特征是:电动开窗机构,由窗内框左、右两边框中部的转轴、电机和蜗轮蜗杆减速机构组成;其中一转轴的外端穿过窗外框与蜗轮涡杆减速机构联接,蜗轮蜗杆减速机构与电机输出端联接。
4、根据权利要求1或2或3所述的自动翻页窗,其特征是:在转轴上穿套有带轴承座的轴承。
