Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种铝合金推拉门或窗结构，特别是指门扇能够实现升降的推拉门窗结构。
背景技术
一般的推拉窗门在开启和关闭时都与滑轨作平行移动，框扇之间始终存在较大缝隙，造成气密、水密性能偏低，不利于环保节能，难以在强降雨和有台风、沙尘暴的地区使用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于解决现有推拉窗门的性能缺陷，提供一种高气密与防水性能的优质推拉门窗。
本实用新型推拉门窗的扇的滑轮具备升降功能，即扇在开启位置，滑轮抬高了窗门窗。而当扇在关闭位置时，滑轮可上缩，门窗扇受重力作用下降，扇上、下方的密封条因此与框紧密接触，起到良好的气密和防水的作用。
为实现的功能，门窗扇与框的结合部均为软接触，即门窗扇四周均嵌入密封条或胶条，特别是上滑轨和下滑轨作了结构上的相应改变。为适应强降雨和台风频繁地区，上下滑外侧加设槽口，用于嵌装密封毛条或胶条或防水塑胶板，以增强门窗扇上部的防水、防尘性能。
本实用新型的技术方案为：
一种升降式推拉门窗，包含有窗框及窗扇，窗框是由上、下滑轨及窗边框组成，其特征在于：该下滑轨及窗扇之间设置有可收缩的滑轮组，并于窗扇上设有与之相连接的传动杆。
该窗扇四周与窗框对应处设置有密封胶条或胶条。
该上滑轨为弧形结构。
该上滑轨外侧边沿处设置有槽口，该槽口内连接密封毛条、胶条或防水塑胶板。

为了能够更清楚了解本实用新型的结构及组成，现结合附图进行进一步说明：
本实用新型升降式推拉门窗，其一较佳实施例，请参见图1-图4所示，该门窗结构包含有窗框1及窗扇2，窗框是由上11、下滑轨12及窗边框13、14组成，该上滑轨11的滑轨111为弧形结构，该结构在实现上下密封时能够紧密贴合密封胶条，下滑轨12及窗扇2之间装设一能够收缩的滑轮组3，窗扇内安装多点锁(图中未标示)结构，通过执手与该多点锁结构相连，该多点锁连接有一传动杆(图中未标示)，该传动杆与滑轮组相连，执手、锁、滑轮、传动杆等组合成连动机构，实现门窗扇的上下移动。
此外，为了实现本实用新型，高气密性及防水的功能，在窗扇的四周设置有密封胶条4。
该升降门窗的运动方式为：底滑轮在运动的过程当中，可以受与窗锁相连的操纵杆的控制，当扇在开启时，滑轮将扇抬高，而在关闭时，滑轮使扇下降。当滑轮抬高门窗时，门窗扇可以自由移动，而当门窗扇在关闭后，滑轮上缩，门窗受自身重力等作用下降并压紧上、下横料密封条，从而使框扇紧密结合起到良好的气密作用。
为适应强降雨和台风频繁地区，上下滑外侧加设槽口21，用于嵌装密封毛条或胶条或防水塑胶板，以增强门窗扇上部的防水、防尘性能。
综上所述，本实用新型升降推拉门结构，结构新颖、美观大方，在使用目的上、效能上、进步性及新颖性上，其具有的实用进步性，已符合新型专利法所强调的功能增进及实用要件，本实用新型以上的实施说明及附图所示，为本实用新型较佳实施例之一，并非以此局限本实用新型，是以，举凡与本实用新型的构造、装置、特征等近似、雷同者，均应属本实用新型的创设目的及申请专利范围之内。
Claims (4)
1、一种升降式推拉门窗，包含有窗框及窗扇，窗框是由上、下滑轨及窗边框组成，其特征在于：该下滑轨及窗扇之间设置有可收缩的滑轮组，并于窗扇上设有与之相连接的传动杆。
2、如权利要求1所述的升降式推拉门窗，其特征在于：该窗扇四周与窗框对应处设置有密封胶条或胶条。
3、如权利要求1所述的升降式推拉门窗，其特征在于：该上滑轨为弧形结构。
4、如权利要求3所述的升降式推拉门窗，其特征在于：该上滑轨外侧边沿处设置有槽口，该槽口内连接密封毛条、胶条或防水塑胶板。
