Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气过滤器,尤其涉及一种带有热交换器的空气过滤器。
背景技术
通常,作为一种空调器的空气过滤器将被污染的空气吸入并加以清洁,然后排出到房间内,来保持房间空气更舒适。将参照附图1描述现有技术的空气过滤器。
参照图1,现有技术的空气过滤器设置有壳体1、壳体1内侧的过滤器装置(未示出)、以及用于强迫空气流动的风扇(未示出),其中壳体1形成空气过滤器的外表,并具有用来打开/关闭前部的外罩2。
壳体1设置有空气入口2a,该空气入口2a在垂直方向上延伸,尤其是在外罩2的中部处延伸,壳体1还设置有空气出口1a,该空气出口1a在壳体的顶部上,用来排出壳体内清洁的空气。过滤器装置设置有多个过滤器,包括除臭过滤器、用来去除如灰尘等的外来物质的灰尘收集过滤器。在过滤器装置后部的风扇强制空气流动,该风扇是一种多叶片式风扇,这种风扇沿轴向吸气,并沿径向排气。下面介绍现有技术空气过滤器的工作方式。
被污染的空气由壳体1内风扇4所产生的吸力经外罩2内的空气入口2a被吸入到壳体1中。在流过过滤器装置3的过程中,使得从房间空气中去除各种污染物,且空气由风扇4经壳体1顶部的空气出口1a排出。
通过重复上述过程,被污染的空气被逐渐清洁,从而向房间中的个人提供清洁的空气。
然而,由于现有技术的空气过滤器不改变空气温度,使得吸入空气的温度和排出空气的温度相同,因此,需要研制一种这样的空气过滤器,该空气过滤器可以在炎热季节中如夏季向房间提供冷空气,而在寒冷季节中如冬季提供温暖空气。
发明内容
于是,本发明旨在一种空气过滤器,该空气过滤器基本上消除了由于现有技术的限制和缺点而带来的一个或多个问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种空气过滤器,这种空气过滤器可以根据房间温度加热或冷却排出空气。

具体实施方式
现在详细参照本发明的优选实施例,其示例在附图中示出。在所描述的各实施例中,相同的零部件被赋予相同的附图标记,并且省略对它的重复描述。
为了更好理解本发明,将描述作为一种空调器的空气过滤器。空调器控制特定区域内空气的温度、湿度、运动和清洁度,以适于使用。例如,空调器冷却、加热、或清洁诸如居住空间、办公室、餐馆的房间。
将参照图2~4描述根据本发明优选实施例的空气过滤器。
参照图2~4,空气过滤器包括:形成外表的壳体10、壳体中的过滤器装置20、过滤器装置一侧上的热交换器、以及用来强迫空气流动的风扇40。
壳体具有后壳体11和外罩12,后壳体11具有开口的前部,而外罩12用来打开/关闭后壳体11的前部。外罩具有用于将空气引入到壳体10内侧的空气入口10a,而壳体10具有将在壳体内清洁和热交换的空气排出的空气出口10b。
优选的是,过滤器装置20包括多个过滤器,如除臭过滤器、灰尘收集过滤器等,用来从通过空气入口10引入的空气中去除气味和诸如灰尘等的外来物质。
在过滤器装置20后部的热交换器通过与空气热交换来冷却/加热穿过过滤器装置20的空气,从而在如夏天那样的季节中提供冷空气,而在如寒冬那样的季节中提供温暖空气。
为了实现上述目的,热交换器包括热交换板30,该热交换板中填充有相变材料(下面称作PCM),用于加热或冷却穿过过滤器装置20并在过滤器装置20处得以清洁的空气。
PCM是一种在特定温度下改变物相的材料,该材料可以是利用材料经历从固态到液态或从液体到固态的相变时产生的潜热的潜热材料。即,PCM是一种利用材料相变时在等温状态下吸收或排出的潜热的材料,该材料的过渡温度是用户期望的温度范围。
优选的是,PCM是这样一种材料,即该材料具有较大热容量和潜热、较小的过度冷却效应、在化学特性方面稳定、并具有良好的再生性、且可以重复使用,诸如是无机盐、石蜡、脂肪酸等。当然,尽管水在凝点方面与无机盐、石蜡等差别很大,但是经历相变并具有较大潜热的水也可以用作PCM。
于是,在上述实施例中填充到热交换板内的PCM从引入到该处的空气中吸收热量并在空气温度高于PCM的过渡温度时使自身液化,从而空气被冷却并将冷空气提供到房间中。
与此相反,如果引入了温度低于PCM过渡温度的空气,则PCM凝结而排出热量,从而空气吸收从PCM排出的热量,以向房间中提供温暖的空气。
其中填充有PCM的热交换板30可以由诸如铝、或塑料等的材料形成,只要该材料满足该材料对空气具有良好热传导系数,并且PCM不泄漏即可。
参照图4,热交换板30具有多个用来穿过空气的流通孔30a。优选的是,热交换板30具有预定的厚度,该厚度使正在穿过流通孔30a的空气与PCM之间进行充分热交换。即,流通孔30a设置成使空气平顺流过,并可以是圆形、椭圆形、多边形或这些形状的结合。
热交换板30可拆卸地安装在风扇40的吸入侧,具体地说安装在过滤器装置20和风扇40之间。当然,热交换板30可以安装在风扇30的排出侧。将在后面另一个实施例中描述将热交换板30安装在风扇30的排出侧。
如果在空气温度和PCM过渡温度之间具有很大温度差,那么填充有PCM的热交换板30在冷冻室/微波炉内排出/存储热量之后安装到壳体内。
即,优选的是,如果房间的空气温度远远高于正常房间温度,如夏天那样,则热交换板30在安装到壳体内之前于冷冻室内冷却,而如果房间温度远远低于正常房间温度,如冬天那样,则热交换板30在安装到壳体内之前于微波炉中加热,来增大热交换板30与空气之间的热交换量。
同时,风扇40是多叶片式风扇,该风扇沿轴向吸入空气,并沿径向排出空气,使得清洁的空气可以通过壳体顶部上的空气出口排出。
将参照附图描述本发明的空气过滤器的操作。
在将空气过滤器投入使用时,被污染的室内空气由壳体10内的多叶片式风扇40所产生的吸力经空气入口10a被吸入到壳体10内,穿过过滤器装置20并使污染物和气味在过滤器装置20处从其中去除,然后穿过填充有PCM的热交换板30并在该热交换板30处热交换。
在这种情况下,如果引入到热交换板30的空气温度高于根据正常房间气温选择出的PCM的过渡温度,则热交换板30中的PCM液化来从空气中吸收热量,以便降低空气温度,并且通过空气出口10b将冷却的空气排出。
如果引入到热交换板30的空气的温度低于根据正常房间气温选择的PCM的过渡温度,则热交换板30内的PCM凝结,从而向空气放出热量,来加热空气,并且被加热的空气通过空气出口10b排出。
随着上述清洁过程重复进行,被污染的室内空气变得逐渐清洁,从而向房间里的个人提供清洁的空气。
将参照图5描述本发明的空气过滤器的另一实施例。
参照图5,空气过滤器包括:过滤器装置200、在过滤器装置之后的多叶片式风扇400、在多叶片式风扇400上的热交换板300、以及形成外表并容纳过滤器装置200、多叶片式风扇400、热交换板300的壳体100。
即,在本实施例中,与前述实施例不同,壳体在前部具有空气入口并在顶部具有空气出口,并且壳体具有安装在风扇400排出侧上的热交换板300。由于风扇400是沿圆周方向排出空气的多叶片式风扇,沿着圆周方向安装在风扇400上的热交换板300与来自风扇400的空气热交换,并且与热交换板热交换的空气通过空气出口排出到房间内。
上述之外的系统与前述实施例相同,不再给出重复解释。
如已经描述的,本发明的空气过滤器具有以下优点:
首先,由于排出到房间内的空气与热交换装置进行热交换,从而根据季节的不同而加热或冷却空气,因此,在房间温度较高时,如在夏天那样,本发明的空气过滤器可以将经冷却的空气提供到房间内,并且在房间温度较低时,如在冬天那样,本发明的空气过滤器可以将经加热的清洁空气提供到房间内。
其次,在空气过滤器中将相变材料用作热交换介质可以防止环境污染,节约能量。

用于与从外侧引入的空气进行热交换的热交换器;以及

14.如权利要求13所述的空气过滤器,其中,热交换板可拆卸地设置到空气过滤器内侧的预定位置处。
15.如权利要求11所述的空气过滤器,其中,热交换器设置在过滤器装置和风扇之间。
16.一种空气过滤器,包括:
用于清洁从外侧引入的空气的过滤器装置;
用于强迫空气流动的风扇;
在风扇的排出侧上、具有相变材料的热交换器,用来与从外侧引入的空气进行热交换;以及
具有空气入口和空气出口的壳体,该壳体在其中容纳过滤器装置、热交换器和风扇。
17.如权利要求16所述的空气过滤器,其中,热交换器还包括填充有相变材料的热交换板。
18.如权利要求17所述的空气过滤器,其中,热交换板包括多个流通孔,用于穿过被引入的空气。
19.如权利要求18所述的空气过滤器,其中,风扇是多叶片式风扇,用于沿轴向吸入空气并沿圆周方向排出空气。
20.如权利要求19所述的空气过滤器,其中,空气出口设置到壳体顶部上。
