Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种模拟烟制品,该制品中具有与烟雾形成材料物理上分离的燃料元件,更特别地涉及一种用在模拟烟制品上的燃料元件。
背景技术
香烟,雪茄和烟斗是使用不同形式的烟草作为媒介的流行烟制品,在点火时,提供烟雾蒸汽带有香味的原料给吸烟者。近些年,吸烟装置变得需要,在吸烟装置中,包括烟草的烟雾形成材料被加热到足够的温度,以蒸发在烟草或管状材料中的烟雾发生香味,但是温度不足以燃烧。
现有技术中提出的许多吸烟装置适合看上去象传统的烟制品,如雪茄,然而作为对传统烟制品可供选择的其它装置已经发展。这些装置一般试图模拟不燃烧烟草制品的传统香烟。例如,包括内部烟雾形成材料的许多装置由内部加热元件加热。加热模拟用于传送到吸烟者的香味型烟雾的产品。内部加热元件通常是含碳燃料元件或电化学热源,能够产生与水接触的热。在这些装置中,燃料元件不能够再使用。一旦含碳燃料元件点燃,燃料元件不被注意地继续燃烧,直到元件中的所有燃料消耗完。另外,点燃的燃料元件是非常难以熄灭的,只有用水或其它用于熄灭的装置才能熄灭。在电化学反应中,难以遇见的难题是停止反应,当所有的反应物消耗完后反应才停止。其它一些装置包括用于激发烟雾形成物质的电热元件。虽然这些装置能够在每口间隙中停止,但是电加热元件需要电池,而电池又需要消费者额外的努力,并且通常也相当麻烦。
关于烟雾形成的烟制品的一些最早的专利在英国专利公开号GB1,033,674合GB1,083,761中能够找到(Battelle Memorial Institute)。其它涉及烟制品的专利描述了通过加热但不需要燃烧烟草或其它相似类型的材料,就能够提供吸烟的快感,而且不放出大量的不完全燃烧产物的烟制品,包括如美国专利申请5,065,776(Lawson et al)描述了与物理上分离的烟雾产生部件保持热交换关系的燃料元件,以及美国申请5,144,962描述了具有其内带有烟草的中空管的非燃烧烟制品,热使烟草中的烟雾形成材料蒸发,热是与烟草热接触的同效电热调节器的温度,电热调节器由电流加热。
工业上所需要的是提供一种接近模拟传统香烟的制品,但是不需要香烟的燃烧,而是使至少部分香烟再使用。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种模拟烟制品的燃料元件,以作为热源,用以蒸发烟制品中的有香味的混合物。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种模拟烟制品的燃料元件,其包括可重复使用的烟制品。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种模拟烟制品,其具有大致传统香烟的外观。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种模拟烟制品,其包括与香烟连接的可重复使用的燃料元件。
本发明提供一种适合用在烟制品上的燃料元件,其包括在一端具有开口的燃料箱,设置在所述燃料箱内的燃料盒,所述燃料盒包括液体燃料,与所述盒流体相通的芯子,以及接近所述芯子并响应来自所述芯子燃料的燃烧而起作用的灼热元件。
液体燃料最好从由乙醇和低分子量碳氢化合物油构成的组中选出。
灼热元件优选是铜、黄铜、铂或该等金属或其他金属的合金。灼热元件更优选是细丝,所述细丝可以是螺旋形的盘管,或围绕芯子布置的其它元件。灼热元件可选择地包括含有形成珠子或纤维微粒的催化剂原料的腔室。催化剂适合是涂覆铜、黄铜、铂的陶瓷或是以经涂覆的陶瓷为基体的材料。
芯子优选包括非燃烧纤维或玻璃毛细管或管子。
燃料盒优选包括多孔介质。多孔介质优选从一组包括纤维素醋酸盐,低密度聚乙烯、乙基乙烯基醋酸盐、碳纤维、棉或其它织物材料中选择。
芯子优选由延伸入上述燃料箱的开口的管子所围绕。管子优选是陶瓷材料。
本发明进一步提供一种模拟烟制品,其包括管状包皮,布置在烟嘴端的香味产生材料以及布置在所述管状包皮的远端并且与所述香味产生材料分隔的燃料元件。
管状包皮在火焰的作用下优选是非易燃的,或至少不易点燃。适合管状包皮的材料是陶瓷、海泡石、金属、纸、纸板、再造烟草、木材、竹子、玻璃、金属箔以及其组合。前述材料的任一种可以被处理来阻止燃烧。减少燃烧倾向的化学处理在本领域是公知的。
布置在管状包皮的烟嘴端的香味产生材料更优选是香烟的烟杆。如果需要的话,可以选择使用香味产生源,如含有喷雾剂材料的多孔盒或烟草材料的段塞。
模拟烟制品的燃料元件优选是本发明的燃料元件。
模拟烟制品更优选包括位于燃料元件和香味产生材料之间的热扩散器。热扩散器优选包括金属丝网。热扩散器优选可以用把一氧化碳转化为二氧化碳的催化剂处理,或用另一种催化剂处理,其能转化或削减由各种类型的火焰和加热元件产生的其它可选择的碳氢化合物。热扩散器可以是迎合需要的任一类型的适合材料。
燃料盒适合是燃料不能渗透的,非易燃的材料,如陶瓷材料。盒内含有的液体燃料优选是清洁燃烧燃料,如酒精类这样的含碳液体燃料,如乙醇、甲醇、异丙醇或丙醇,或如戊烷或己烷这样的其它低分子量碳氢化合物油。
最好透气入孔设在管状包皮上,透气入孔设在热扩散器的上游更好。换句话说,液体燃料的燃烧区域是在灼热元件处。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,模拟烟制品10包括燃料元件,用数字11表示,和设置在管状包皮26内香味产生材料,一般用数字13表示的传统香烟。传统香烟13包括连接到过滤嘴12上的烟杆14。
燃料元件11包括非渗透的、非易燃的燃料箱20,所述燃料箱20充满包括多孔介质的燃料盒24,所述燃料箱20包括含碳液体燃料,在这个实施例中是乙醇,其渗透到燃料盒24的多孔介质中。燃料元件11也包括延伸的芯子22和灼热元件16。燃料元件11装在管状包皮26的一端,所述管状包皮26设有许多透气入孔18,其稍微位于灼热元件16的上游,以使在透气过程中,空气通过入口18进入,为芯子22中的燃料的燃烧提供氧气。燃料箱20设有位于燃料箱上游端的开口端,所述开口端容纳围绕芯子22的陶瓷管32或类似元件。灼热元件16是由铜丝或其它热传导或灼热材料如黄铜、铂或金属合金制成的螺线管。灼热元件16插在陶瓷管32的开放端。芯子22通常是非燃烧纤维或玻璃毛细管,并且大致延伸入灼热元件16内一段小的距离,如1-2mm,所述灼热元件16在这个例子中是金属丝。在使用过程中,灼热元件16用日常可得到的打火机点燃,如丁烷型打火机。
热扩散器30设置在管状包皮26中,并且位于香味产生材料13的远端和灼热元件16之间的管状包皮26内。热扩散器30将通过透气入孔18进入管状件26内的热气体和热空气穿过热扩散器30上所含的通孔传递至香烟13的烟杆的蒸气发生材料。而且,在吸烟者于香烟的过滤嘴端或烟嘴端抽吸时,热扩散器30阻隔火焰接触香烟13。这就实现了阻止香烟13的点燃和实质上的燃烧。
在操作中,吸烟装置10以如下方式开始,通过在透气入孔区的烟制品下面放置打火机来点燃灼热元件16的金属丝。燃料通过非燃烧芯子22进入到金属丝区域,并且金属丝的存在引起燃料蒸发。蒸发的燃料在金属丝上反应,然后金属丝连续灼热。在吸烟者透气的过程中,空气由透气入孔18进入,通过金属丝,导致蒸发燃料的燃烧。在透气之间,细丝16保持灼热。当准备熄灭烟制品时,通过滑动覆盖透气入孔18的管状包皮上的套筒或类似元件(未示出),如陶瓷管,切断燃料供给,因而切断空气供给并导致熄灭。可选择地提供较大的帽罩盖管状包皮的远端,包括覆盖透气入孔18。当移除香烟时,另外可选择地是滑动套筒与较小的帽的结合放在烟斗的烟嘴端。
在使用后,燃料元件可与模拟烟制品分开,再用另外的香烟。
另外,如果需要的话,香烟可从模拟烟制品移除,施加火焰燃烧,如同传统烟制品一样来吸。
