技术领域
本发明涉及锁。特别是,但并不局限于是一种可用于包括玻璃门在内的双向旋转门或滑动门。
背景技术
玻璃门通常设有上下端的枢轴或滑块,并通过连接配件安装起来。门的关闭装置也可能与上下端枢轴或滑块组合。公知的紧闭这类门的方式是通过手动或机电的锁而实现的。这类锁要么安装在门内,要么安装在可能由玻璃、木头或合金制成的外框内。特别的,对于安装在门顶部的上部安装,机电锁是比较好的。然而由于透明的玻璃门和墙的原因,电线的隐藏就成了一个问题。对于底部安装,通常的做法是将手动或电动控制的锁安装在门下边缘的连接配件上。这通常包括铰链螺栓、埋头螺栓、门插销或其他垂直锁闭系统。锁安装于地板上的一个缺点是灰尘容易在地板上的螺栓或插销槽内积聚,从而影响锁的闭合。而且公知的,在锁啮合前,上下端均装有锁的门必须被精确定位于沿门槛中心线的关闭位置。这对于不适合安装机械门挡的双向或旋转门就成了一个问题。由于在关闭机构上的制造公差、磨损以及风荷载等的原因,门可以“浮”在中央位置以外多至±20mm,因而液压闭合装置在此的作用也是有限的。
因此,本发明的目的就是提供一种能够改善前述缺点的锁,用于双向旋转或滑动门的定位与锁闭。
发明内容
一种用于双向旋转或滑动门的锁,所述的锁包括至少两个销钉,其间距大于所述门的厚度,并且适于绕位于它们之间的一轴进行同步的弧向运动,以及由缩进到突出位置上的纵向运动,藉此当所述锁开始锁紧,所述销钉从所述缩进位置移动到所述突出位置时,所述门的一个边当处于偏离于所述轴的位置时,通过至少一个所述销钉与之啮合,以使所述门锁紧在完全位于所述轴上的位置。
优选的,销钉穿过隔开的孔洞而纵向运动,所述孔洞位于一圆形面板和绕所述轴旋转的外罩上。
更优选的,所述面板和外罩旋转时,所述销钉通过与一个斜凸轮表面相接合而沿其做纵向运动。
更优选的,所述锁包括一圆柱形外壳,该外壳适于被插入一个位于门闭合位置时中线下的门槛里的浇筑盒或浇筑腔内。

具体实施方式
首先参考图1,本实施例的锁适于安装在沿门槛中线的双向旋转或滑动玻璃门的地板上。锁在旋转门的布局上,最好装于距铰链或枢轴的最远点。一面板1和一环绕其的装饰环2与门槛完全齐平。一圆柱状锁外壳3向下延伸与一横向定位销4相接,并位于门槛腔内的一浇筑盒5内。两销钉6、7位于面板上的孔洞8、9内,并且销钉的间距大于门的厚度,这一点下文将予以详述。在本实施例中,销钉之间隔有一精确的节距圆的直径那么长的距离。
更清楚的,如图2、3中所表示,销钉6、7还向下延伸穿过面板下的一个外罩10,并以滚珠轴承作为末端6A,7A,它们与两个1/4圆斜面的表面11、12接合,所述的1/4圆斜面就是后面将提及的凸轮体13、14。反过来这些凸轮体也被依次对角地固定在位于电路板或印刷电路板16上的圆柱形外壳3内。一电动马达17位于凸轮体之间并由中心向上延伸,并通过法兰18和连接支架(未图示)同样固定在锁外壳3上。马达轴插入一在外罩10上的花键孔内,藉此所述的外罩、面板和销钉的整体可以通过一上升、下降弧面而被旋转。优选的,但并不是必须的,固定锁外壳3和凸轮体13、14之间的角度是90度。根据销钉旋转的方向,销钉经由凸轮斜面11、12的引导而上升或下降。尽管在图1到3中表现的都是销钉升起或在凸轮体顶端完全锁闭的状态,但是如图1和3所示,顺时针A方向旋转外罩及面板将使销钉在弹簧作用下同步的被下降弧面导向而退回成与面板齐平的状态。反向逆时针旋转则又会使销钉经由图示的上升弧面的引导回到伸出的状态。
在图4、5中,销钉6、7沿门槛中心线18而相对,并处于与面板1齐平的位置,因此门19在两个方向上可以自如的开启。当门19不使用时,如图示将其大致定位于销钉6、7之间,这一点可以通过任何合适的方式如液压闭合装置来实现,并且锁开始锁紧时不必完全位于中线18之上。锁紧时,马达17驱动面板1按图6所示方向旋转,使得销钉6、7同步的被上升弧面引导以锁闭门19的两侧。由于销钉6、7被对称的沿中线18设置,如图6、7所示门19将自动的完全定位于所述的中线上。接着一螺线管销钉20插入到外罩10上的一个孔内防止其由锁紧位置反向旋转。上述步骤反过来即可解除对门的锁定。随着螺线管销钉20的解锁,马达17驱动外罩10和面板1反向旋转,销钉6、7同步的被它们的下降弧面引导到与面板1齐平的位置,从而解除门19的锁定。
如图8、9所示,在双向滑动门的安装中,销钉6、7经由钩23、24或与之有类似的形状特点的整体门扇的辅助将门21、22锁紧。
优选的,螺线管销钉20的操作可以设置成“通电后锁紧”或“通电后松开”。螺线管由一印刷电路板系统控制。
优选的,还提供一紧急状态下解锁方法。藉此,外罩10和面板1可以通过推动门19而旋转,直到销钉6、7被它们的下降弧面所引导而缩到门的底边以下,从而松开锁紧装置。
较优的安装锁的地方应该是门槛内钻成的一圆形腔,并尽可能远离门铰链或枢轴(在是旋转门的情况下),或是在普通的安装锁的位置(在是滑动门的情况下),并且用浇筑盒5将圆柱形锁外壳3和定位销4固定于其中。电线最好埋入地板内并铺设到钻孔腔中,从而与锁组件相连。优选的,锁组件先与导线相连,然后置于外壳3中。再用一固定板将组件与外壳连成一体。
锁相对于门的方位是重要的。当销钉被升起,门的最大浮动最好被控制在约±5mm。令到销钉下降的弧在开锁时应与门被锁住时一样,位于同一侧。
优选的,锁能兼容大多数入口控制系统,并具有所述系统所需要的额外的特性。尽管不是必须的,但锁的电压最好在12~14伏之间。在接受上锁指令时,电子设备最好等待直到门19或门21、22处于正确接近的状态。这可通过使用一个固定在门的边缘上的磁铁对准锁的面板、外罩或外壳面板中的霍尔效应来实现。在肯定接近门位置后,马达17进行转动外罩和面板以使销钉6、7升起以阻止、定位和固定门。打开门时,入口控制系统发出信号,将螺线管销钉20缩回,并再一次驱动马达17倒转步骤。
因此可以认为,本发明至少在该实施例中提供了一个新的改进的能够中心自定位的锁,用于双向旋转门或双向滑动门。然而很清楚,所描述的实施例只是本发明一个通常较优的形式,并且本领域普通技术人员可以作出各种变化。比如,锁的外壳的形状,面板以及凸轮体的设置,电子设备的类型,安装步骤都可以根据设计需要而改变。

Claims (10)

1.一种双向摆动或滑动门的锁,所述锁至少包括两个销钉,两个销钉隔离的间距大于所述门的厚度,并且适于同时绕两者之间的轴弧形运动和介于缩进和突出位置之间的纵向运动,藉此,当所述锁处于使用结构并且所述销钉从所述缩进位置移到所述突出位置时,所述门处于偏离所述轴的位置时的一个边被至少一个所述销钉接合,致使所述门被固定在大致所述轴上的位置处。
2.如权利要求1所述的锁,其特征在于,所述销钉是通过沿倾斜凸轮表面的接合而纵向运动的。
3.如权利要求2所述的锁,其特征在于,所述销钉通过绕所述轴可旋转的圆形面板上的、隔开的孔纵向运动。
4.如权利要求3所述的锁,其特征在于,所述凸轮表面设计成:所述面板沿一个方向的旋转相应于销钉到所述突出位置的纵向运动,所述面板沿相反方向的旋转相应于销钉到所述缩进位置的纵向运动。
5.如权利要求4所述的锁,其特征在于,转动所述面板的锁外壳内安装有一电动马达。
6.如权利要求4所述的锁,其特征在于,有一可伸进所述面板内的螺线管销钉,以在销钉处于所述突出位置时,固定所述面板阻止其旋转。
7.如权利要求5所述的锁,其特征在于,所述外壳是圆柱体状的,为安装到位于门槛中的灌浆盒或灌浆腔内而成形。
8.如权利要求6所述的锁,其特征在于,所述螺线管销钉既可以设置成通电上锁也可设置成通电开锁。
9.如权利要求1所述的锁,其特征在于,绕所述轴的弧形运动伸展90度。
10.装配有如权利要求1所述的锁的双向摆动或滑动门。
