发明涉及一种胶体电池的内化成工艺,特别是一种胶体铅酸蓄电池制作过程中的内化成工艺,它是将电池正极、负极板和隔板,通过工夹具组合为单隔极群,装入电池壳内连接每单隔极群后封盖,检验合格,然后加入1.32g/cm3的电解液,经过充电、放电至电池电压为OV时,倒去多余的电解液,再将配置好的视比重为1.13g/cm3的胶体液(已另行申请专利)罐入电池槽内,最后经过充电、放电、配组、再充电工艺后,按标准检验合格后完成。本发明能对电池极群实际用酸量进行有效控制,使电池每单隔酸量与极群容量相匹配,防止电池电解液失控造成电池盐化,并大大提高电池的循环寿命。

一种胶体电池的内化成工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶体电池的内化成工艺,特别是一种胶体铅酸蓄电池制作过程中的内化成工艺,它属于工业用蓄电池技术领域。
背景技术
胶体铅酸蓄电池制作过程中的内化成工艺是指对电池槽壳内进行充、放电过程的工艺,现有技术中的内化成工艺流程见图1,把正极板负极板、隔板通过工具夹组合为单隔极群,装入电池壳内连接每单隔极群后封盖,检验合格即完成了装配工艺;再将比重为1.34g/cm3硫酸、磷酸、白碳黑、硫酸钠混合后产生的视比重为1.40g/cm3的混合物罐入电池槽内进行充电;再经过放电、配组、充电工艺后,最后通过检验合格下线。上述工艺流程,由于电池内部每单隔极群之间包括隔板极板的吸酸率都存在差异,使极群用酸量存在差异,当把定量的胶体电解液加入极群后,会产生极群之间用酸量不平衡,当酸量不够时电池容易造成盐化,容量减少,寿命降低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种使电池每单隔酸量与极群容量相匹配,使极群之间的用酸量平衡,并能有效地提高电池循环寿命的胶体电池的内化成工艺。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:该胶体电池的内化成工艺,包括将正、负极板、隔板组合为单隔极群,装入电池壳内连接每单隔极群后封盖,在把配置好的胶体液罐入电池槽内后,经过充电、放电、配组、再充电后,检验合格下线,其特证是:在装配封盖工艺后,加入电解液,经过充电和放电,至电池电压为0V(零伏)时,再倒去多余的电解液,然后把配置好的胶体液罐入电池槽内。
本发明所述的加入电解液是指加入1.32/cm3的电解液。
本发明在倒去多余的电解液后,把配置好的比重为1.13g/cm3的胶体液罐入电池槽内。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点及效果:使用本发明工艺,能对电池极群实际用酸量进行有效控制,当电池放电至OV时,电池极群已全部利用完了硫酸,倒去多余电解液后,使电池每单隔酸量与极群容量相匹配,防止电池电解液失控造成电池盐化,并大大提高了电池的循环寿命。

具体实施方式
参见图2,本发明将正极、负极板和隔板,通过工夹具组合为单隔极群,装入电池壳内连接每单隔极群后封盖,检验合格即完成了装配工艺;然后加入1.32g/cm3的电解液,经过充电、放电至电池电压为0V时,倒去多余的电解液;再将配置好的视比重为1.13g/cm3的胶体液(已另行申请专利)罐入电池槽内;最后经过充电、放电、配组、再充电工艺后,按标准检验合格后下线。

Claims (3)

1、一种胶体电池的内化成工艺,包括将正、负极板、隔板组合为单隔极群,装入电池壳内连接每单隔极群后封盖,在把配置好的胶体液罐入电池槽内后,经过充电、放电、配组、再充电后,检验合格下线,其特证是:在装配封盖工艺后,加入电解液,经过充电和放电,至电池电压为0V时,再倒去多余的电解液,然后把配置好的胶体液罐入电池槽内。
2、根据权利要求1所述的胶体电池的内化成工艺,其特征是:所述的加入电解液是指加入1.32/cm3的电解液。
3、根据权利要求1所述的胶体电池的内化成工艺,其特征是:在倒去多余的电解液后,把配置好的比重为1.13g/cm3的胶体液罐入电池槽内。
