Abstract

背景技术
向可携带工具等,例如链锯、清除锯(clearing saws)和修剪机,提供动力的现代内燃机不顾季节和环境温度被全年使用。环境条件的较大变化增加了工具的应力,并且使得设计在所有可能环境气温和湿度下工作都满意的工具变得复杂。
低环境温度意味着,工具的几种功能可能以不利方式受到影响。例如,有像空气进口之类的狭窄通道会被冷冻水堵塞的危险、向工具中不同零件提供足够润滑的问题、以及使发动机内的燃料可靠点燃的困难。
改进当环境温度较低时的工具性能的一种解决方案,是预热进入发动机的进口空气。进口空气的较高温度降低了用于进口空气的过滤器被冷冻水堵塞的危险,这将提高发动机的可靠性并且使燃料点燃的波动较小。
已经有为了把预热的进口空气提供给发动机的一些不同的解决方案,但所有已知解决方案都具有缺陷,因为它们要么复杂,要么占用大量空间,要么效果不足。复杂和需要大量空间的解决方案不能适用于那些需要由操作者在长距离移动期间携带的工具。
用来加热到发动机的进口空气的一种已知解决方案公开在专利文献DE 3523949A中,在该专利中,用来冷却汽缸的加热空气被引导到化油器的进口。然而,这种解决方案具有这样的缺陷:进口空气的温度会波动,并且当环境温度较低时不能提供进口空气以足够的加热。
发明内容
在附图中示出并且在权利要求书中限定的解决方案,是对所述问题的一种有效和较简单的解决方案。一种用来预热进口空气的装置实现该目的,当需要预热时,能启动该装置。当需要预热进口空气时才启动该装置的事实,使得有可能设计一种非常有效的装置。
请求保护的本发明的原理在于,依据是否需要预热,经不同通道把空气引导到发动机。如果不需要预热,则空气经位于曲轴箱外的通道被引导到化油器。当需要预热并且该装置被启动时,进口空气经过集成在曲轴箱壁中的通道引导,从而在空气到达化油器之前使由发动机中的燃烧产生的热量用来预热在通道中的空气。
这种解决方案也具有这样的优点:在曲轴箱的壁中的集成通道作为曲轴箱的一个冷却器工作,从而位置靠近曲轴箱的元件暴露于较少热量。

具体实施方式
在图1中,示出曲轴箱的有关部分和与向清除锯提供动力的内燃机有关的部分。欲到发动机的空气进入一个未表明的空气进口,并且然后被引导到一个箱形消音器11。箱形消音器11划分成用于空气的两个不同通道12和13。第一通道12位于箱形消音器11的底部,并且当空气需要预热时被使用,而第二通道13这样布置,即通向通道13的进口垂直于通向第一通道12的进口,并且在箱形消音器11的底部上方的一段距离处。当不需要预热空气时,使用第二通道13。
第一通道12通到一条首先指向曲轴箱10的中心而后转弯的通道14,从而通道14在与曲轴15平行的方向上被引导在曲轴箱10的壁中。当发动机正在运行时,在曲轴箱10中的壁被加热。在低环境温度期间,这些热壁加热在通道14中的空气,从而使空气的温度升高。
第二通道13也通到一条通道16。这条通道16平行于另一条通道14被引导,但位于曲轴箱10的壁的外面。这条通道16在不需要预热空气时被使用。
两条通道14和16会聚成一条第三通道17。在第三通道17中,放置一个过滤器18,以便在空气到达化油器19之前进一步清洁空气。
一根杆20启动空气的预热。杆20包括两个盖22和23,这两个盖22和23位于在箱形消音器11中的两条通道12和13之间。一个螺丝21在两个位置之间旋转杆20。在第一位置,通道12是打开的而通道13被盖23关闭,从而空气穿过曲轴箱10的壁被引导,而使空气被加热。在另一位置,盖22关闭通道12,而通道13是打开的,从而没有预热空气。

Claims (8)

1.一种用来预热通到内燃机的进口空气的装置,该内燃机向可携带工具提供动力,依据对进口空气预热的需要,启动或停止所述装置,所述工具包括一个曲轴箱(10)、一个曲轴(15)及一个化油器(19),其特征在于,当启动进口空气的预热时,通到化油器(19)的进口空气经一条第一通道(14)被引导,所述通道(14)整体成型在曲轴箱(10)中,而当停止进口空气的预热时,进口空气经位于曲轴箱(10)外的一条第二通道(16)被引导。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,进口空气经一个消音器(11)进入,并且然后在它到达化油器(19)之前,经选择的第一或第二通道(14,16)继续通到一个空气过滤器(18)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,由一根杆(20)启动或停止预热。
4.如权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,杆(20)在两个不同位置之间旋转,在一个位置启动预热而在另一个位置停止预热。
5.如权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,通过旋转在杆(20)上的一个螺丝(21)启动预热,从而使杆位于通向第一通道(14)的进口是打开的位置,并且通过把杆(20)旋转到一个位置而关闭和停止第二通道(16),在该位置,第一通道(14)的进口被关闭而第二通道(16)是打开的。
6.如权利要求3-5任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,杆(20)包括盖(22,23),盖(22,23)覆盖到第一和第二通道(14,16)的进口。
7.如以上权利要求任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,第一通道(14)位于曲轴箱(10)的壁内。
8.如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,第一通道(14)的轴向平行于曲轴(15)的轴向。
