背景技术
美国专利No.4510702中描述了一种用于具有基本刚性的后部和柔性前部的鞋的鞋底。前后两部分在拇趾球附近连接在一起。
美国专利No.4918838中描述了一种带有可压缩减震器的鞋底。减震器是设置在位于鞋的前足部位的多边形凹槽内的多边形可更换式风箱,以及设置在位于鞋的后跟部位的圆形凹槽内的圆筒状可更换式储气筒。
美国专利No.5086574中描述了一种用于运动鞋的冲击减震系统,该系统具有一个由柔性弹性体材料构成的中空外壳,所述柔性弹性体材料比运动鞋鞋内底部分的材料更加柔软,更有弹性。所述中空外壳可置换地放置在鞋后跟部的空腔中。另外,一个或多个可更换的减震盘插入所述外壳内,并由一个盖子和一个位于外壳下端的外周凸缘保持在外壳中,所述盖子具有向下延伸的销钉,以与减震盘上的凹槽相接合。

美国专利No.6145220中描述了一种改进的减震鞋,其中钉子的布置选择为避免在后跟的开口部出现钉子。鞋底中间的狭窄部分同样设计为不妨碍将后跟减震元件插入至后跟的开口部。
尽管达到适当的减震效果是比较容易的,但是在此之前,其需要和/或提供一种相对较重以及不舒适的结构。
本发明通过提供舒适、轻便且减震的鞋来克服了现有鞋的缺点。本发明还具有许多其他优点,通过下面的叙述这些优点将变得显而易见。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供舒适、轻便且减震的鞋组件。
本发明另一目的是提供这样一种具有鞋底的鞋组件,该鞋底具有基本刚性的部件,所述刚性部件形成一个用于容纳一层减震材料的空腔。
本发明另一目的是提供这样一种鞋组件,其中在鞋底的后部具有该基本刚性的部件。
本发明另一目的是提供这样一种具有鞋垫的鞋组件,所述鞋垫适于抽取式地固定在鞋底上,以便容易接近上述空腔。
本发明另一目的是提供一种可靠而且制造成本低的减震鞋组件。
通过采用具有鞋底的鞋组件达到本发明上述目的和其它目的及优点,所述鞋底具有基本柔性的前部以及与前部相连的后部。鞋底具有嵌有空腔的基本刚性的部件。所述空腔适于容纳一层减震材料。所述鞋组件优选地进一步包括适于抽取式地固定在鞋底上的鞋垫。

具体实施方式
参照附图,尤其是图1,显示了用附图标记10表示的鞋组件。鞋组件10具有一个鞋底20,所述鞋底具有前部30和与该前部相连的后部40。后部40具有一个带有空腔70的部件60。空腔70适于容纳至少一层减震材料76。更优选地,鞋组件10还包括一个放置在鞋底20上的鞋垫90。
鞋底20由柔性材料制成。优选地,材料是橡胶,更优选,涂覆有橡胶。
在一个实施例中,在脚的足弓部位,前部30形成一弓形结构32。弓形结构32终止于后部40的底面45。在优选实施例中,前部30与后部40粘接在一起。更优选地,粘接材料是胶水。
前部30由柔性材料制成。为了满足柔性要求,前部30优选地由合成塑料材料制成,例如聚亚胺酯。
后部40的部件60延伸至前部30,并终止于弓形结构32附近。部件60可以由刚性或基本刚性的材料制成。优选地,部件60由木头、软木、塑料或任何其它合适的材料或它们的组合制成,以提供一个刚性而重量较轻的结构。在一优选实施例中,部件60具有一种多孔网格式结构。这种结构可以通过分层设置构成部件60的材料来获得。部件60的多孔网格式结构也可以通过采用泡沫硬化聚亚胺酯或泡沫聚氯乙烯或聚苯乙烯形成的部件60来获得。
如上面所述,部件60还包括适于在其中容纳一层减震材料76的空腔70。如图1和图2所示,替代的,空腔70的这一层减震材料76优选地是两层或更多层减震材料。为了获得不同程度的缓冲和减震效果,减震材料的数量、质量和压力可以是变化的。在一更优选实施例中,所述两层或多层减震材料76具有底层72。底层72是由一种与前部30的材料相似的材料所制成的缓冲层。优选地,如图1和图2所示,底层72比其它层短,从而可以使减震材料层76在周围或向外弯曲。这种弯曲的优点在于当施加压力和区域被压缩时,消除或缓和凹进情况。
优选地,减震材料是由EVA(乙烯-醋酸乙烯)或任何其它显示出弹性和减震能力的材料。
在一优选实施例中,鞋组件10还包括鞋垫90。鞋垫90优选用传统的鞋装配方法,例如,可除去的胶水或粘合剂,适当地连接到鞋底20上。这一特征使得可以较为容易地接近空腔70。鞋垫90具有前部91和后跟部92。前部91与鞋底20的前部30重合,同时后跟部92与鞋底20的后部40重合。
鞋垫90优选地包括提高鞋组件10整体舒适性和减震效果的多层材料。鞋垫90具有层94、中间减震层96、泡沫型层98和所谓衬里100。层94优选直接放置在鞋底20上,并优选延伸至整个鞋底20的全长。更优选地,层94具有与空腔70重叠或对准的切口或空隙。层94为多孔网格式结构。更优选地,网格式结构为纤维素纤维板层。更优选地,所述纤维板层是弹性体的。纤维板层94具有一个附着鞋帮的表面。
在后跟部92中,鞋垫90具有位于层94上的中间减震层96。层96更优选地具有与空腔70,以及这样与减震材料层76垂直重叠或对准的插入件97。因此,在后跟部92中,插入件97与减震材料层76一起提供舒适性以及减震效果。减震层96由海绵橡胶或乳胶制成。插入件97由弹性材料制成,比如PORON。
鞋垫90还具有泡沫型层98。在前部91中,泡沫型层98位于纤维板层94上,而在后跟部92中,该泡沫型层位于中间减震层95上。泡沫型层98也给穿鞋者提供舒适性以及减震效果。泡沫型层98由泡沫材料制成。
鞋内的衬垫衬里100设置在泡沫型层98,以及这样在前部91、后跟部92的上面。在一优选实施例中,在后跟部92中鞋衬底衬里100包括微孔材料102。这种材料优选是PORON。
在本发明实施例的替代方式中,鞋组件10可以用于平常穿着的鞋子。
在图2所示本发明的一个实施例中,沿着鞋底20,优选是在前部30中至少有一个空腔110。与空腔70相似,空腔110中可以具有一层或多层的减振材料层116。除了层76较少和没有底层72以外,这些减振材料可以与空腔70中的材料相同。为了获得不同程度的缓冲和减震效果,层116材料的数量、质量和压力也可以是不同的。该实施例一个特别的优点在于,空腔110中的减震材料进一步增强了鞋组件10的减震质量。因而,当用户大步向前走时,压力首先施加到后部40,在这里压力被嵌置在空腔70中的减震材料吸收,然后,随着脚的自然迈进,压力施加到前部30,在这里压力被嵌置在空腔110中的减震材料吸收。

Claims (20)
1.一种鞋组件,其包括:
鞋底,具有基本柔性的前部,所述后部具有基本刚性、带有至少一个空腔的部件,其中所述空腔中适于容纳一层减震材料;和
鞋垫,适于抽取式地固定于所述鞋底上,以便容易接近所述空腔,所述鞋垫具有前部和后跟部。
2.权利要求1所述的鞋组件,其中所述基本刚性的部件具有一种多孔网格式结构。
3.权利要求1所述的鞋组件,其中所述基本刚性的部件由木头制成。
4.权利要求1所述的鞋组件,其中所述柔性的前部由合成塑料材料制成。
5.权利要求1所述的鞋组件,其中所述减震材料的所述层是弯曲的。
6.权利要求1所述的鞋组件,其中所述减震材料层为多层减震材料。
7.权利要求6所述的鞋组件,其中所述多层减震材料具有由与所述前部的材料相似的材料制成的第一层。
8.权利要求1所述的鞋组件,其中所述减震材料层是乙烯-醋酸乙烯。
9.权利要求1所述的鞋组件,其中所述鞋垫具有纤维素纤维板层。
10.权利要求9所述的鞋组件,其中所述鞋垫还具有与所述纤维素纤维板层相邻的中间减震层。
11.权利要求10所述的鞋组件,其中所述鞋垫还具有与所述中间减震层相邻的泡沫型层。
12.权利要求1所述的鞋组件,其中所述鞋垫还具有与所述泡沫型层相邻的衬垫衬里。
13.权利要求9所述的鞋组件,其中所述纤维素纤维板层具有与所述至少一个空腔对准的切口。
14.权利要求10所述的鞋组件,其中所述中间减震层具有一个与所述至少一个空腔对准的插入件。
15.权利要求1所述的鞋组件,其中所述鞋垫具有衬垫衬里。
16.权利要求15所述的鞋组件,其中所述衬垫衬里包含微孔塑料材料。
17.权利要求16所述的鞋组件,其中所述微孔材料是PORON。
18.权利要求1所述的鞋组件,其中所述鞋组件是鞋。
19.权利要求1所述的鞋组件,其中所述前部具有一个带有减振材料的前部空腔。
20.一种鞋组件包括:
鞋底,具有基本柔性的前部,所述后部具有基本刚性的带有至少一个空腔的多孔结构,其中所述空腔适于容纳多层减震材料;和
鞋垫,适于抽取式地固定在所述鞋底上,以便容易接近所述空腔,所述鞋垫具有前部和后跟部。
