Abstract

米国特許No.4,510,702は、実質的に硬い後部と可撓性のある前部とを有する靴のソールを対象としている。これらの部分は、おおよそふくらみの部分で接続されている。

本発明の上記の目的とこの他の目的と効果とは、実質的に可撓性のある前部、並びにこの前部に接続された後部を有するフットベッドを備えた履物集合体によって得られる。このフットベッドは、この内部にキャビティを含んだ実質的に硬いユニットを有している。このキャビティは、クッション材を収容するために適用される。この履物集合体は、好ましくは、このフットベッドに取り外し可能に取着されるインソールを更に具備している。

上述したように、ユニット60はまた、クッション材の層76を中に収容するように適用されたキャビティ70を有している。キャビティ70内の層76は、好ましくは図1並びに図2に示されるように、2つ以上のクッション材の層である。このクッション材の数と質と圧力とは、クッション性並びに衝撃吸収の度合いの違いを得るために、変更され得る。より好ましい実施形態においては、2つ以上の層からなる層76は、底部層72を有する。この底部層は、前部30用の材料と同類の材料で作られたクッション層である。そして好ましくはまた、底部層72は、この他の層に比べて実質的に短くなっており、この結果、図1並びに図2に示されるように、層76が上方にか外向きに湾曲することを可能にしている。この湾曲の効果は、圧力が加えられてこの領域が圧縮されたとき、この湾曲によって窪みが解消されたり、軽減されたりするということである。

好ましい実施形態においては、靴集合体10は、また、インソール90をも有している。このインソール90は、好ましくは、例えば再剥離性のにかわもしくは接着剤などによる一般的な靴組立て法によって、フットベッド20に適度に接続されている。この特徴は、キャビティ70への容易なアクセスを可能とする。このインソール90は、前部領域91と踵領域92とを有している。この前部領域91は、踵領域92が、フットベッド20の後部40と一致する一方で、フットベッド20の前部30と一致する。

インソール90は、好ましくは、履物集合体10の全体的はき心地と衝撃吸収性とを高めるために、材料の複数の層を有している。このインソール90は、層94と中間クッション層96と発泡体層98とライナ100とを有している。この層94は、好ましくはフットベッド20の上に直接位置付けられ、また、好ましくはこのフットベッド20の全長に渡って延長されている。

より好ましくは、この層94は、キャビティ70と一致するかアラインメントされるような、カットアウトもしくは空間を有している。この層94は、多孔性の気泡構造である。好ましくは、この多孔性の気泡構造は、セルロースファイバーボード層である。より好ましくは、このファイバーボード層は、エラストマーである。このファイバーボード層94は、甲皮が付着された表面を提供する。

踵領域92内では、インソール90は、層94に付着された中央クッション層96を有している。この層96は、好ましくは、キャビティ70に一致もしくは垂直にアラインメントされるインサート97を有している。かくして、このインサート97は、層76と共に、踵領域92内の快適でクッション性のある効果を与えるように働く。クッション層96は、スポンジゴムもしくはラテックスから作られる。インサート97は、PORONのような弾性の材料から作られる。

図2に描写された本発明の実施形態においては、フットベッド20に沿って、また好ましくは前部30に沿って位置付けられた少なくとも1つのキャビティ110が存在している。キャビティ70と同様に、キャビティ110は、この中に1つ以上の層116を有することが出来る。このクッション材は、層76が少なくてまた層72を有さないという以外は、キャビティ70の材料と同じであり得る。また、この層116の材料の数と質と圧力とは、クッション性並びに衝撃吸収の度合いの違いを得るために変更され得る。この実施形態の格別な効果は、キャビティ110内のクッション材は、更に履物集合体10の衝撃吸収性を高めるということである。かくして、着用者が、大股で一歩前進するとき、圧力は最初に後部40に加わり、そしてキャビティ70にはめ込まれたクッション材によって吸収され、その後の自然な一歩に従ってこの圧力は、前部30に加わり、そしてキャビティ110内のクッション材によって吸収される。

Claims (20)
- 実質的に可撓性のある前部並びに後部を有し、この後部は、少なくとも1つのキャビティが形成された実質的に硬いユニットを有し、前記キャビティは、この中にクッション材の層を収容する、フットベッドと、
前部領域と踵領域とを有し、前記キャビティへの容易なアクセスをするように、前記フットベッドに取り外し可能に取着されるインソールと、
前記少なくとも1つのキャビティ内で一致するか垂直にアラインメントされるように、前記インソールに取着されるクッション材の複数の層とを具備する履物集合体。 - 前記実質的に硬いユニットは、多孔性の気泡構造を有する請求項1の履物集合体。
- 前記実質的に硬いユニットは、木で作られている請求項1の履物集合体。
- 前記可撓性のある前部は、合成プラスチック材で作られている請求項1の履物集合体。
- 前記クッション材の層は、湾曲している請求項1の履物集合体。
- 前記クッション材の層は、複数のクッション材の層である請求項1の履物集合体。
- 前記複数の層は、少なくとも1つの凸状の上層と少なくとも1つの下層とを有し、この上層は、負荷に応じて変形可能であり、前記下層は、前記少なくとも1つの上層の幅よりも小さい幅を有し、前記下層と前記上層とは、合成プラスチックと、ポリウレタンと、皮と、発泡材と、エチレン酢酸ビニルと、ゴムと、熱可塑性物質とから成るグループから選ばれた材料で作られている、請求項6の履物集合体。

- 前記セルロースファイバーボード層は、前記少なくとも1つのキャビティにアラインメントされるカットアウトを有する請求項9の履物集合体。
- 前記中間のクッション層は、前記少なくとも1つのキャビティにアラインメントされるインサートを有する請求項10の履物集合体。
- 前記インソールは、ソックライナーを有する請求項1の履物集合体。
- 前記ソックライナーは、微孔性のプラスチック材を含んでいる請求項15の履物集合体。
- 前記微孔性の材料は、PORONである請求項16の履物集合体。
- 前記履物集合体は、靴である請求項1の履物集合体。
- 前記前部は、クッション材を内部に含んでいる前部キャビティを有する請求項1の履物集合体。
- 実質的に可撓性のある前部と後部とを有し、この後部は、キャビティが形成された実質的に硬いユニットを有し、この硬いユニットは、木であり、前記キャビティは、この中にクッション材の層を収容する、フットベッドと、
