Abstract

本发明公开了一种添加剂羟基蛋氨酸锌微量元素的制备方法,其特点是:液体羟基蛋氨酸与氧化锌溶液以摩尔比为1∶1,在温度80-90℃下,控制pH值6-8,常压条件下反应1.5-2小时,生成羟基蛋氨酸锌螯合物;其反应如下:经离心分离、水洗、烘干、粉碎、包装成成品。本发明利用羟基蛋氨酸的酸性和氧化锌的碱性来直接进行中和反应,不需要加入另外的促反应剂,所以在最后的反应物中没有其他的副产物,提高了产品的纯度,并减少了副产物的排出以符合当今对环保的要求。本发明还具有工艺简单、收率高、成品品质好等优点。

添加剂羟基蛋氨酸锌微量元素的制备方法
技术领域:本发明涉及一种微量元素添加剂羟基蛋氨酸锌的制备方法。
背景技术:授权公告号为CN1112114C的“羟基蛋氨酸锌饲料添加剂及其制备方法”中国发明专利,公开了一种羟基蛋氨酸锌的制备方法,该方法采用羟基蛋氨酸与锌的无机盐水溶液反应生成:羟基蛋氨酸锌螯合物。该方法生产的产品作为饲料应用,在解决动物对锌吸收快、吸收率高、减少排泄物由于锌含量高对环境造成的污染等方面起到积极的促进作用。但该方法也存在羟基蛋氨酸锌纯度不够高,副产品较多的不足。
发明内容:本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种能提高羟基蛋氨酸锌纯度,无副产物,利用酸、碱中和反应的添加剂羟基蛋氨酸锌微量元素的制备方法。
本发明的制备方法如下:
1、液体羟基蛋氨酸与氧化锌溶液以摩尔比为1∶1,在温度80-90℃下,控制PH值6-8,常压条件下反应1.5-2小时,生成羟基蛋氨酸锌螯合物;其反应如下:
2、离心分离、水洗;
3、烘干、粉碎、包装成成品。
以此种方法来制备羟基蛋氨酸锌可以提高羟基蛋氨酸锌的纯度,因为在此种方法中利用羟基蛋氨酸的酸性和氧化锌的碱性来直接进行中和反应,并不需要加入另外的促反应剂,所以在最后的反应物中没有其他的副产物,提高了产品的纯度,并减少了副产物的排出以符合当今对环保的要求。本发明还具有工艺简单、收率高、成品品质好等优点。
具体实施方式:
实施例:(C5H10O4SZn)的制备方法应用:
羟基蛋氨酸和氧化锌反应合成羟基蛋氨酸锌:
反应步骤如下:-摩尔氧化锌+-摩尔羟基蛋氨酸在85℃的反应温度下,调节PH值为7左右,反应1.5小时,离心分离、水洗、烘干、粉碎、即可成成品。得到其中锌含量为28.5%,羟基蛋氨酸含量66.5%。
其反应式如下:
用本添加剂200-500克/吨喂种猪,可促进生长、提高抗病能力;延长种猪繁殖使用寿命;用本添加剂200-500克/吨喂乳仔猪,可有利于改善造血功能与免疫机能,提高抗应激能力与免疫力,促进生长,显著提高饲料的经济价值;用本添加剂200-500克/吨喂肥育猪可促进生长,改善料肉比,改善肉色,使猪皮肤红润,毛色光亮;用本添加剂200-400克/吨喂肉禽可使生长速度提高,料肉比下降,增强羽毛光泽度,提高其应激能力,降低死亡率;用本添加剂200-600克/吨喂水产动物,可增强免疫力,降低发病率与死亡率,促进生长,减少疾病发生,提高饲料利用率;用本添加剂500-1000克/吨喂奶牛可提高奶牛的产奶量,延长奶牛的产奶期,并能增强奶牛体质,有效降低奶牛的乳体细胞数,防止奶牛乳房炎、子宫内膜炎和腐蹄病等疾病。

1、一种添加剂羟基蛋氨酸锌微量元素的制备方法,其特征在于:
①液体羟基蛋氨酸与氧化锌溶液以摩尔比为1∶1,在温度80-90℃下,控制PH值6-8,常压条件下反应1.5-2小时,生成羟基蛋氨酸锌螯合物;其反应如下:
