Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及与鞋底相连接的鞋帮结构。
背景技术
在鞋类制造业的生产工艺中有几个步骤需要用胶粘剂将诸表面粘合在一起。诸表面一旦粘合起来,根据特定的鞋结构,其可以缝合或不缝合。典型地,将溶剂基的胶粘剂用于该胶粘剂应用。常常对粘合在一起的表面进行诸如涂漆、清洗、使其变粗糙等的处理,以便使其具有良好的粘合性能。
鞋结构的一个组成部分是鞋的鞋底。对于某些类型的鞋,鞋底是模塑成型的,并在模塑成型后被粘合至鞋帮上。连跟鞋底通常是用热塑性材料注模成型的,所述热塑性材料包括氨基甲酸乙酯、聚氯乙烯、嵌段共聚物、热塑橡胶、聚烯烃等等。
将要施加胶粘剂处的模塑鞋底的表面弄干净,也可以对其进行打磨以增强粘合力。涂抹胶粘剂的机器在鞋底的外周边缘涂抹上一带状胶粘剂。为了保证正确的粘合,鞋底上设有一条胶粘剂底漆条带和/或底漆。
在鞋帮的面对表面上涂抹胶粘剂。接着,使鞋帮的粘合面与鞋底上的胶粘剂相接合,并施加压力使之间具有良好的粘合。
由于胶粘剂本身常常不能完全渗透鞋帮,为了达到适当的粘合效果,无论鞋帮是编织材料或非编织材料,鞋帮和鞋底的相对面必须先涂上胶粘剂和/或底漆。为了能够充分地叠置在一起,松散的织物和低密度织物常常需要涂抹两层胶粘剂。无论是溶剂基的还是水基的,胶粘剂都需要时间来干燥。
发明内容
本发明避免了现有技术中鞋帮/鞋底所采用的双重涂底漆/胶粘剂的应用方法,并使鞋帮粘合到鞋底上所需要的时间降至最短。
总的来说,本发明包括一个鞋的鞋帮结构。鞋帮有一周缘。衬底上涂有胶粘剂,并且所述衬底与鞋帮的上述边缘缝合在一起,从而所述涂有胶粘剂的衬底将与位于鞋底上的胶粘剂或底漆相接触,鞋帮将连接至鞋底上。可以用各种方法将胶粘剂涂于衬底上,包括挤压、层压薄膜、喷涂、辊涂或刷涂液体或热熔系统等等。
在本发明优选实施例中采用热激活胶粘剂系统。衬底材料可以是织物或非织物。将浸渍热激活胶粘剂的衬底缝合至鞋帮周缘的外表面上,从而当胶粘剂被激活时,鞋底就能粘结于其上。
胶粘性能等同于或更优于现有技术中的胶粘剂。胶粘剂的施加过程以及化学性质并不重要。对于胶粘剂,各种胶粘剂被选择成至少拥有以下特性——胶粘剂对表面的亲和力大于胶粘剂层的粘合力,这样粘合不会被破坏而是衬底会被撕开。
进一步,为了使胶粘剂除了在强力拉扯将衬底撕开之外还适于将外鞋底粘合到鞋帮,它优选地必须满足或超过以下性能试验:
1.在华氏115-125度重新被激活。
2.在充分受压前,有足够的初始粘性或抓力使鞋底粘附于鞋帮,且没有滑动。
3.在大约40-80磅/平方英寸的压力下8秒钟之内,永久地粘合到鞋帮上。
4.通过标准耐热和耐水试验(华氏140度/95%相对湿度以及48小时水浸泡)
5.油和增塑剂的迁移不能渗透;以及
6.通过100,000次弯曲周期而没有开口。
这些性能试验参见SATRA(Shoe & Allied Trade Research Association)标准针对粘合鞋底用的胶粘剂所公布的标准,尤其SATRA TM409,关于整鞋中鞋底粘合的抗热性/热老化;SATRA TM92,关于鞋的抗弯曲性;以及,SATRA TM411,关于鞋底粘合的抗剥强度。

下表阐明了被认为适合于本发明目的的鞋底材料/鞋底胶粘剂或底漆/衬底材料/衬底胶粘剂/鞋帮材料的典型组合。

很明显,胶粘剂的选择基于粘合于鞋帮(衬底)所上的鞋底组成和衬底上的胶粘剂构成。
优选地,衬底胶粘剂为氨基甲酸乙酯基胶粘剂,特别是具有聚己酸内酯主链的氨基甲酸乙酯胶粘剂。一种典型的胶粘剂是由Nashua NewHampshire的Worthen Industries,Inc.的一分公司Upaco Adhesive,Inc.生产的UPACO2448。这种胶粘剂是从溶剂注塑的热塑聚氨酯。所述胶粘剂尤其适合于粘合吹塑的聚酯/聚氨酯或SBS、热塑橡胶鞋底。
优选地,衬底材料是浸渍混合聚氨酯胶粘剂的聚酯无纺布。
在优选实施例中,衬底上浸渍的热激活胶粘剂粘合鞋底和鞋帮两者。然而,根据特定的鞋帮材料和衬底材料并结合使用的缝合法,衬底上的热激活胶粘剂可以不粘合鞋帮,只要前述的性能标准能够满足,以确定最终粘合是否适合于其预期目的。
参照图1和图2,用附图标记10表示鞋帮组件,其包括一鞋帮12、一缝合至鞋帮的衬底14,例如通过Strobel缝合16。
虽然在图中显示了Strobel缝合,但是依据上述标准进行试验时,不会发生失效的Korbel缝合或任何缝合也是可以使用的。
前面的描述局限于本发明的一特殊实施例。然而显而易见的是,可以对本发明作出各种变化和修改,并达到本发明部分或全部的优点。因而,所附权利要求书的目的是覆盖在本发明的精神和范围内的所有这些变化和修改。
Claims (21)
1.一种鞋结构,它包括:
一附连鞋底的鞋帮,鞋帮具有一周缘,该周缘具有一内表面和一外表面;和
一浸渍有热激活胶粘剂的衬底带,其缝合至上述边缘的外表面,从而,当胶粘剂被激活时鞋底可以粘合于其上。
2.权利要求1所述的鞋结构,其特征在于:
热激活胶粘剂选自分子量为80,000-160,000、基本上由聚酯或以聚己酸内酯为主的氨基甲酸乙酯聚合物组成的组。
3.权利要求1所述的鞋结构,其特征在于:
衬底带的材料选自基本上由主要包括聚酯无纺布、聚酯/尼龙无纺布;聚酯/石蜡无纺布;聚酯、棉或尼龙织物组成的组。
4.权利要求1所述的鞋结构,其特征在于:
鞋帮选自基本上由皮革或合成上胶鞋帮织布组成的组。
5.权利要求1所述的鞋结构,其特征在于:
缝合是Strobel缝合。
6.权利要求4所述的鞋结构,其特征在于:
缝合是bonus缝合。
7.权利要求1所述的鞋结构,其特征在于,它包括:
粘合至衬底材料的一鞋底。
8.权利要求7所述的鞋结构,其特征在于:
鞋底的特征在于在其周边上有一胶粘剂膜。

11.一种将鞋帮粘合到鞋底的方法,包括:
在衬底上施加一热激活胶粘剂;
将衬底的至少一部分附连到鞋帮的至少一部分上以形成一附连的衬底;
激活胶粘剂;和
将附连的衬底与鞋底相接。
12.如权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于:附连包括缝合。
13.如权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于:鞋帮具有一周缘,且该方法还包括:
将衬底缝合到周缘上。
14.如权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于:施加包括浸渍。
15.如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于:热激活胶粘剂满足或超过SATRA TM409标准。
16.如权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于:热激活胶粘剂选自分子量为80,000-160,000、基本上由主要包括聚酯或以聚己酸内酯为主的氨基甲酸乙酯聚合物组成的组。
17.如权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于:衬底选自基本上由聚酯无纺布、聚酯/尼龙无纺布;聚酯/聚烯烃无纺布;聚酯、棉或尼龙织物组成的组。
18.如权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于:鞋帮选自基本上由皮革或合成上胶鞋帮织物组成的组。
19.如权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于:鞋底材料选自由聚氨酯、SBS橡胶、乙烯乙酸乙烯酯或皮革组成的组。
20.如权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于:鞋底用胶粘剂打底或涂覆。
21.一种将带有周缘的鞋帮粘附到鞋底的方法,所述鞋底具有涂覆于其上的底漆或胶粘剂,该方法包括:
将热激活聚氨酯胶粘剂浸渗入聚酯/石蜡无纺布中,胶粘剂达到或超过SATRA TM409标准;
将无纺布的至少一部分缝合至周缘以形成一缝合的无纺布;
激活胶粘剂;和
将附连的无纺布与鞋底相接。
