Abstract
本发明涉及一种牙用植入物或假体组元。这种植入物包括一个金属芯件(1)和一个至少部分包住芯件(1)的陶瓷外套(2),两者通过胶合法相互连接在一起。陶瓷外层由一个与芯件(1)可离的套子(2)形成,通过滑动嵌合和胶合法固定将套子镶嵌到芯件上,在这两者之间设置一个用于胶粘剂的储存腔(3),其容积足以吸收植入物承受的冲击,不会因此在芯件(1)和陶瓷(外)套(2)之间产生间隙。
Description
本发明涉及医学领域,具体地说涉及牙的植入物领域。本发明的内容是关于一种含有一个金属骨架或合成材料骨架以及一个陶瓷外套的牙用植入物或假体组元。
已知的是用作至少部分地插入到骨槽中的牙用植入物。为了使这些植入物同时既有足够的机械强度而且还与病人的有机组织具有生物学的相容性,因此提出了通过活机体将一个牢固的金属芯件与一个外壳或一个陶瓷外套结合在一起。这类方法主要参见以下专利:FR2778091(BENHAMOU),DE2419080(KIRSCHNER),FR2745998(PROSIS),FR2693900(PROSIS),US4713006(HAKAMATSUKA),US5310343(HASAGAWA)和EP0405556(TDK)。
需要解决的一个问题在于芯件与陶瓷外套之间的连接。根据第一种技术,对于通过熔焊固定在芯件上的陶瓷来讲,利用粘结料实现这种连接(DE2419080)。根据第二种技术,这种连接要么是利用嵌合法(FR2745998,FR2693900),要么是通过螺钉固定法(US5310343,US4713006)的机械连接。FR2778091还提出了第三种解决方案,这种方案在于通过胶合法进行连接。
一般说来,得到的连接是牢固的。但是发现,这种坚固性最终会损害芯件和陶瓷外(套)层之间的连接可靠性,并损害植入物的总强度。
此外,根据这些连接,陶瓷(外套)层和芯件是被组装在一起的可离元件,对于这些连接来讲,要克服的困难在于在陶瓷(外套)层和芯件之间进行精细的中心调整。
在用嵌合法进行的连接情况下,上面指出的与连接刚性相关的缺陷更为重要。此外,用力嵌合会对组装元件产生不适当的应力,特别是对陶瓷材料元件,不适当的应力使其脆化。
在用螺钉固定法进行连接的情况下,在螺钉各丝扣之间存在间隙要求中心调整更加精细,例如根据US4713006,这就需要使用吸收该间隙的中间柔软料。
本发明的目的在于提出一种牙用植入物或上述类型的假体组元,可以是金属或合成材料的芯件和陶瓷外套之间的连接合拢,不会因此导致该连接不利的刚度。总之,根据该目的,所提出的连接具有在芯件和陶瓷(外套)层之间精确的中心调整。
总的来说,本发明的创造性尝试在于作出在芯件和陶瓷外套之间胶合法连接的选择。该外套用一个与芯件可离的套子形成,通过滑动嵌合和胶合法固定将套子镶嵌到芯件上。嵌合实施时,先在芯件和套子之间设置一个用于接纳胶粘剂的储存腔,该储存腔的容积足以允许套子和芯件之间相对可动性,以便吸收植入物承受的冲击,该储存腔起到能够发挥弹性功能的缓冲作用,不会因此损害所得到的连接的坚固性,也不会在芯件和陶瓷(外)套之间产生间隙。
还应当指出的是主要通过模压独立于芯件形成所述套子,然后将其固定到芯件上,不难得到这种套子,其尺寸相对于芯件的尺寸而言正为了储存腔的形成。
这种接纳胶粘剂的储存腔主要由芯件和套子的对应壁之间的间隔形成,以便在这些壁之间设置一个约80~150微米的间隙。
为有助于胶粘剂粘附到金属上,芯件最好包括一些条纹。
所用的胶粘剂有利地是单组分树脂,无溶剂,在紫外灯(U.V.A)照射下聚合。
具体地说,这种胶粘剂最好是密度在25℃温度下约为1.12g/cm3的触变胶,40mW/cm2照射下时间约为10秒。这种胶在聚合后的肖氏硬度约为75D,耐湿强度包括在约-55℃和+135℃之间。
芯件的材料最好是钛或其他金属,而(外)套子材料是氧化锆或氧化铝。
芯件也可以用合成材料制成。

图1~4是根据本发明第一种实施形式的各个不同实施例的纵向半剖视图;
图5和6是整体假体组元的纵向半剖视图;
图7和8是根据本发明第二种实施形式的各个不同实施例的纵向半剖视图,其中制备好的牙冠分别地由两个元件a和b组成,用于相互组装在一起。
在这些图中,牙用植入物或类似植入物包括一个金属芯件1和一个至少部分包住芯件1的陶瓷外(套)层2。陶瓷外(套)层由一个通过模压得到的氧化锆套2构成,在得到该套后将其镶嵌在芯件1上,通过胶合法将其固定在芯件上。
在芯件1和套2的面对面的对应表面之间设置间隔,以便在这两者之间形成接纳胶粘剂的诸存腔3。
Claims (8)
1.一种牙用植入物或植入物类型的类似物,包括一个金属或合成材料的芯件(1)和一个至少部分包住芯件(1)的陶瓷外套(2),两者通过胶合法相互连接在一起,其特征在于:
陶瓷外套用一个与芯件(1)可离的套子(2)形成,通过滑动嵌合和胶合法固定将套子镶嵌到芯件上,在这两者之间设置一个用于胶粘剂的储存腔(3),其容积足以吸收植入物承受的冲击,起缓冲作用,不会因此在芯件(1)和陶瓷套子(2)之间产生间隙。
2.根据权利要求1的植入物,其特征在于:在芯件(1)和套子(2)的对应壁之间设置的胶粘剂储存腔(3)是由这些壁之间的间隔所形成,所述间隔包括在约80~150微米之间。
3.根据权利要求1或2的植入物,其特征在于:为有助于胶粘剂粘附到芯件上,芯件(1)包括一些条纹。
4.根据上述任一权利要求的植入物,其特征在于:所用的胶粘剂是单组分树脂,无溶剂,在U.V.A.照射下聚合。
5.根据权利要求4的植入物,其特征在于:所述胶粘剂是密度在25℃温度下约为1.12g/cm3的触变胶,在40mW/cm2照射下其凝固时间约为10秒,这种胶在聚合后呈现肖氏硬度约为75D,耐温强度包括在约-55℃和+135℃之间。
6.根据上述任一权利要求的植入物,其特征在于:芯件(1)的材料是金属。
7.根据上述任一权利要求的植入物,其特征在于:芯件(1)的材料是合成材料。
8.根据上述任一权利要求的植入物,其特征在于:套子(2)的材料是氧化锆。
