Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种牙植入体,其包括由金属制成的芯体和具有内壁的套管,该套管通过在芯体的上部上滑动而嵌套,使得内壁面向芯体的上部,该套管由陶瓷或PEEK制成,在芯体和套管的内壁之间留有间隙,使得粘合剂层可以容纳在由该间隙的存在而形成的空间中。
背景技术
这种牙植入体从专利EP 1 418 858中已知。在已知的牙植入体中,套管胶粘在芯体上。为此目的,在套管的内壁和芯体的上部之间留有80-150μm的间隙。该间隙能够形成足够的空间,以使套管和芯体之间具有良好的弹性。
已知植入体的一个缺点是存在脱粘的风险。实际上,已经确定,当将这些植入体插入致密或不规则的颌骨中时或将这些植入体插入致密或不规则的颌骨中之后,颌骨有时会将套管往回推并因此导致粘合剂松动,从而导致套管从芯体上脱离。因此,这些植入体不适合完全置于颌骨中,并且套管不能与骨接触。
发明内容
本发明的目的是实现一种牙植入体,其中脱粘和断裂的风险得到明显降低。
为此目的,根据本发明的植入体的特征在于,所述间隙的距离在5μm至30μm之间,特别是在10μm至20μm之间。该间隙值能够出乎意料地结合以下方面:一方面,插入时和与骨接触时良好的阻力,另一方面在芯体和套管之间保持足够的空间从而能够在套管和芯体之间实现一定的弹性。该间隙值还使得可以在固定在芯体上的套管的拉力测试中获得更好的结果,并降低在该测试中断裂的可能性。然后,该套管可以部分地或整体地嵌入骨中,并且即使在颌骨不规则的情况下,该植入体也可以完全嵌入颌骨中。
根据本发明的牙植入体的第一优选实施方式的特征在于,制造套管的陶瓷是氧化锆。氧化锆是一种具有优异的生物相容性的材料,特别是当与软组织接触时尤为如此。
根据本发明的牙植入体的第二优选实施方式的特征在于,粘合剂层是生物相容性双组分环氧粘合剂层。这种粘合剂非常适合牙植入体用途。

套管3放置在芯体的上部并且在芯体的整个圆周上延伸。套管具有内壁并且通过在芯体的上部上滑动而嵌套,使得当植入体植入患者的颌骨中时所述内壁面向芯的上部,所述套管位于骨和口腔之间的牙龈中。
套管优选地由陶瓷制成,更具体地由氧化锆制成。套管也可以由PEEK制成。
在芯体和套管内壁之间留有间隙4,使得粘合剂层可以容纳在由该间隙的存在而形成的空间中。间隙的距离在5μm至30μm之间,特别是在10μm至20μm之间。该间隙在套管的整个高度上延伸,使得一方面通过套管在芯体的上部上的滑动来促进嵌套,另一方面使得粘合剂层能够在该整个高度上延伸,从而使套管和芯体之间具有良好的粘附性和良好的组装。
用于将套管粘附在芯体上的粘合剂优选是双组分环氧粘合剂。这种粘合剂很好地被人们所接受用于口腔的牙植入体,因为其具有生物相容性。
留下距离在5μm到30μm之间,特别是在10μm到20μm之间的间隙的优点在于出乎意料地结合了以下方面:一方面,在与颌骨接触时套管具有良好的阻力,另一方面,为了施加的咀嚼力,在芯体和套管之间保持足够的空间,从而在套管和芯体之间能够具有一定的弹性。实际上,现有技术中已知的牙植入体存在套管从芯体脱离的问题。对该问题的深入分析已经可以确定,当植入体被植入患者口腔时,颌骨有时将植入体的套管往回推。这是因为骨实际上从来不是完全平坦的,即使小于1毫米级别的骨嵴中的一些小的不规则性也会导致对套管的压力。因此,由颌骨施加在套管上的这种压力可能导致在施加植入体时粘附和组装的松动,从而导致套管离开芯体。
距离在5μm到30μm之间、特别在10μm到20μm之间的该间隙值还使得可以在固定在芯体上的套管的拉力测试中获得更好的结果,并降低在该测试中断裂的可能性。在制造植入体时在制造车间进行这些测试,以验证固定在芯体的套管的抗拉性。这些测试能够确定即使使用薄的粘合剂层,在套管和芯体之间也可获得足够的弹性,以避免套管破裂。
根据本发明的间隙的另一个优点是在该间隙留下的空间中细菌浸润的风险最小化。实际上,关于该极小距离的间隙,由于间隙形成的空间中填满了生物相容性粘合剂,所以似乎可以说没有留给细菌的空间。
Claims (3)
1.一种牙植入体,其包括由金属制成的芯体和具有内壁的套管,所述套管通过在芯体的上部上滑动而嵌套,使得所述内壁面向芯体的上部,所述套管由陶瓷或PEEK制成,在芯体和套管的内壁之间留有间隙,使得粘合剂层可以容纳在由所述间隙的存在而形成的空间中,其特征在于,所述间隙的距离在10μm到20μm之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的牙植入体,其特征在于,制造所述套管的陶瓷是氧化锆。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的牙植入体,其特征在于,所述粘合剂层是生物相容性双组分环氧粘合剂层。
