Abstract

本发明涉及一种滑动接合器,包括:一个用于安装一传动元件(12)的套管形套筒(10),以及一个端部的夹紧件(1),所述夹紧件具有一在径向中间面区域延伸的开槽(9);一个跨接所述开槽、沿夹紧件的切向作用的紧固螺栓(8);其中,在两个摩擦片衬面(6)之间设置一个传动元件(12),所述摩擦片衬面本身又在轴向设于一个压盘(2)和所述夹紧件之间,并且通过一调节螺母(3)借助弹簧作用力(5)可调地被加载。为了得到一种特别紧凑、有利于库存,而且惯性矩又很小的滑动接合器,本发明提出,所述夹紧件(1)与所述套管形套筒(10)做成一体,该滑动接合器在装配完毕的状态具有一个可以根据用户的需求进行扩钻的预钻孔(内径d)。

Description

滑动接合器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种按照权利要求1前序部分所述的滑动接合器。本发明还涉及一种按照权利要求3所述的用于制造此滑动接合器的方法。
背景技术
在属于现有技术的滑动接合器(Rutschkupplung,摩擦联轴器)中,处在两个摩擦片衬面之间的一个传动元件,如链轮,借助于盘形弹簧的作用力被加压,以传递一定的扭矩。从套筒到轴的扭矩传递通常是经由一键-槽实现的。在此,通过套筒中的一个径向紧定螺钉使滑动接合器轴向固定,所述紧定螺钉压到键上,从而将接合器轴向固定。另外一种可能性是,通过一个轴向压盖以及轴上的螺纹将接合器沿轴向对一轴肩紧固。
而对于直通轴的情况,则只能采用通过紧定螺钉沿径向紧固到键上的方案。
鉴于传动马达的动力学特性不断提高,必须设法创造一种接合器,它具有一有利的外径与内孔之比例,也就是说,这个比例应该尽量小,以使得接合器的惯性矩降到最小。此外,很多马达根本没有用于传递扭矩的键-槽,它们只是为夹紧连接而设计的。
发明内容
因此,发明的目的是,提供一种已经预装完毕、因而便于库存的滑动接合器,这种接合器在内孔尽可能大、外径尽可能小的情况下,也能通过夹紧连接将扭矩传递到轴上去。达到这一目的的措施是:把夹紧装置组合在套筒中,也就是说,为滑动接合器提供一种组合有一夹紧件的一体式套筒,它已经预装完毕,并设有一预钻孔(内径d),所述预钻孔可以根据用户的需求进行扩钻。
根据本发明的用于制造滑动接合器的方法,在其它各项都已装配完毕的状态下,钻制接合器的内径,具体方式是:将接合器在夹紧件的外径处夹住,通过紧固螺栓并借助一事先装在开槽中的中间板将夹紧件上紧,接着,按用户的需求,将最终钻孔(内径d)钻通地制备到套筒或其夹紧件中。

具体实施方式
套筒10在端部具有一个与其成一体的夹紧件1,所述夹紧件在径向的中间面的区域设有一开槽9,此开槽9部分地贯通夹紧件,其具体结构设计见图3。借助紧固螺栓8(此紧固螺栓与一个圆周方向相切地贯通开槽9),将套筒10的夹紧件1沿切向上紧,从而,套筒10就可以固定在一根轴(未示出)上。这样就可以将扭矩从传动轴传递到套筒10及其夹紧件1上。夹紧件1与套筒10的其余部分做成一体的结构,其中,在套筒的外圆上均匀分布着四个轴向延伸的槽11。
链轮盘12装在包围着套筒10的衬套7上面,并因此得以径向导向,所述链轮盘在轴向位于两个摩擦片衬面6之间。压盘2以四个卡爪嵌入到所述套筒10其余部分的四个槽11中,并借助盘形弹簧5沿轴向预紧,在链轮12上产生一个扭矩,这个扭矩是由预紧(力)的大小所确定的。通过调节螺母3,由盘形弹簧5相应的预紧力调整或产生扭矩。为了固定调节螺母,防止它意外转动,在调节螺母3与盘形弹簧5之间装有一个固定盘13,这个固定盘通过固定螺钉4与调节螺母3相连接。如果所调定的接合器扭矩过大,两个磨擦片衬面6和衬套7间的传动元件(如链轮12)就会打滑,从而限定了滑动接合器所能传递的扭矩。
为了在接合器装配完毕的状态下制备最终钻孔(图1中的内径d),暂时先在开槽9中夹紧一个(未详示的)间隔板。此后,通过紧固螺栓8将套筒10的夹紧件1上紧。套筒10可以在夹紧件1的外径(图1中的外径D)上被夹住,这样就可以制作内孔(直径d)了。用这种方法,可以有利地将接合器在组装完毕后库存,用户所需的不同内孔可以在其它各项都已装配完毕的接合器上快速而简便地加工或“补修处理”而成。

Claims (3)

1.滑动接合器,包括:
—一个用于安装一传动元件(12)的套管形的套筒(10),和一个端部的夹紧件(1),所述夹紧件具有一在径向中间面区域延伸的开槽(9),
—一个跨接所述开槽、沿夹紧件的切向作用的紧固螺栓(8),
其中,在两个摩擦片衬面(6)之间设置一个传动元件(12),所述摩擦片衬面本身又在轴向设于一个压盘(2)和所述夹紧件之间,并且通过一调节螺母(3)借助弹簧作用力(5)可调地被加载,
其特征在于:所述夹紧件(1)与所述套管形套筒(10)做成一体,该滑动接合器在装配完毕的状态具有一个可以根据用户的需求进行扩钻的最小直径(图3中的d)孔。
2.按照权利要求1所述的滑动接合器,其特征在于:夹紧件(1)的外径(图1中的D)构造得尽可能小,而套筒(10)的钻孔直径(d)构造得尽可能大,使得传动元件(如链轮(12))的内径只是比钻孔(d)稍大,以便能够在滑动接合器中装入尽可能小的传动元件(如链轮(12))。
3.用于制造按照上述权利要求之一项所述的滑动接合器的方法,其特征在于:在其它各项都已装配完毕的状态下,钻制接合器的内径(直径d),其中,将接合器在夹紧件(1)的外径处夹住,通过紧固螺栓(8)并借助开槽中的一个中间板将夹紧件(1)上紧,接着,按用户的需求,将最终钻孔(直径d)钻通地制备到夹紧件(1)中。
