Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种发动机停止运转时燃油管路中的燃油排放机构。
背景技术
通常,当发动机停止运转及从燃油泵提供的燃油剩余在燃油管路中时,燃油因由发动机周围的高温增加的压力而倾向于经喷油嘴流进发动机,致使在发动机重新起动时过度的不完全燃烧导致了空气污染。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供了一种燃油管路中的燃油排放机构,用于在发动机停止运转时有效地排放燃油管路中的剩余燃油,由此防止燃油经喷油嘴漏进燃烧室,并且因此在发动机重新起动时减少不完全的燃烧。
在本发明的一个实施例,燃油管路中的燃油排放机构包括:一个调节器,调节从燃油泵抽到燃油管路的燃油的压力,其中调节器包括壳体,通过与阀座连接形成一个腔室。一个燃油进口在腔室的一侧,一个燃油出口形成在阀座。一个阀由弹簧弹性支撑在阀座上侧。一个旁路通道连接调节器的燃油流入通道和燃油流出通道,以便在发动机停止运转时使燃油管路内的剩余燃油不得不通过旁路通道流进油箱。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图详细描述本发明的优选实施例。
如图1所示,由燃油泵12从油箱11抽出的燃油在燃油滤清器被过滤,并且通过喷油嘴16注入发动机10的进油岐管(intake manifold)。压力传感器17和调节器30装在回流管路22,来调节从燃油泵12抽出的燃油通过喷油嘴16以恒定的压力注入发动机。燃油停止(fuel-stopping)电磁阀14按照点火开关的开/关状态来限制燃油供给到喷油嘴16,和温度传感器15测量燃油的温度。燃油停止电磁阀14和温度传感器15都装在供油管路21。
现参照图2,调节器30包括壳体31,通过与阀座33连接形成一个腔室32。燃油进口34在腔室32的一侧,使燃油能够从回流管路22流进其中。燃油出口35形成在阀座33,用以引导通过阀36的燃油流回到回流管路22。
由弹簧37弹性支撑的阀36固定在阀座33的上侧。当施加于燃油进口34的燃油压力大于弹簧37的弹力时,阀36上升,并且燃油开始通过燃油出口35。
旁路通道40横跨调节器30的流入通道和流出通道。旁路通道40可以是一个独立的管道或者是与壳体31整体形成。作为参考,旁路通道优选直径为0.3mm。
旁路通道40进口侧的剖面图是漏斗形的,并且旁路通道40的进口有大于出口的直径。一个回转阀50,在其剖面图有扇形短管(sectoral-spool)形状,装在旁路通道40的进口侧。回转阀50响应由电子控制单元(ECU)60驱动的致动器62来运行。
在本发明实施例中,回转阀50由致动器62驱动,但是,运行方式(operational means)可以是一个致动器,一个电机旋转力,或诸如此类的。
ECU 60使回转阀50在发动机起动时被关闭,并且在发动机运转停止时被打开。
现在说明本发明的运行。
一旦发动机开始运转,从燃油泵抽出的燃油通过打开的燃油停止电磁阀14送给供油管路21,并且通过喷油嘴16以预定压力注入发动机。没有通过喷油嘴被注入的燃油返回到油箱11。
当发动机停止其运转时,仍有一些燃油剩余在燃油管路中而没有通过喷嘴16被注入。
因此,电子控制单元ECU 60检测发动机是否停止运转,如果是如此,停止燃油泵12的活动,并且关闭燃油停止电磁阀14。电子控制单元ECU 60还转动回转阀50到一打开侧(open side),来引导停留在燃油管路的燃油停止电磁阀14和调节器30之间的燃油通过旁路通道40排出。
在燃油管路中剩余的燃油通过旁路通道40返回到油箱11,从而避免了燃油随着由发动机周围的热量增加的温度和压力通过喷油嘴16进入发动机10。
如从前述所显而易见的是,燃油管路中的燃油排放机构的优点在于调节器的燃油进口侧和燃油出口侧通过由回转阀打开和关闭的旁路通道连接,结果防止了在燃油管路中剩余的燃油在发动机停止运转时通过喷油嘴进入发动机,因此减少了发动机重新起过程中的污染。

Claims (3)

1.一种燃油管路中的燃油排放机构,包括:
一个调节器,调节从燃油泵抽到燃油管路中的燃油的压力,所述调节器包括:壳体,其通过与阀座连接形成一个腔室;一个形成在所述腔室一侧的燃油进口,一个形成在所述阀座的燃油出口,一个由弹簧弹性支撑在所述阀座上侧的阀;和
一个旁路通道,直接连接所述调节器的所述燃油进口和所述燃油出口,以便在发动机停止运转时,使所述燃油管路内的剩余燃油不得不通过所述旁路通道流进油箱。
2.如权利要求1所述的机构,其特征在于,所述的旁路通道是漏斗形;和进一步地,一个回转阀,有扇形短管形状,设置在所说旁路通道的进口侧。
3.如权利要求2所述的结构,其特征在于,所述回转阀由响应电子控制单元运行的致动器来驱动。
