技术领域
本发明涉及一种光学玻璃,特别是涉及一种轻冕光学玻璃。
背景技术
现有一种轻冕光学玻璃的配方,其重量百分比组成为:SiO2:58.0%;B2O3:13.0%;KHF2:21.7%;K2O7.0%;As2O3:0.3%,由于KHF2在常温下能吸收空气中水分,同时释放出HF蒸气,对人体眼睛、鼻子产生强烈刺激,危害人体健康,在高温熔制时,挥发严重,炉前光学常数波动大,玻璃条纹难消除,对耐火材料有强烈腐蚀作用,又由于使用剧毒原料AS2O3作为澄清剂,对人体及环境产生不良影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种不含KHF2的轻冕光学玻璃。
本发明解决技术问题的技术方案是:一种轻冕光学玻璃,它包括下列重量百分比组份:SiO2:45-60%;B2O3:10-25%;K2O:5-25%;K2SiF6:8-20%。
本发明的有益效果是:通过调整发明的组份和各组份的含量大小,去掉了危害人体健康的KHF2和AS2O3,达到了环保的目的。
具体实施方式
SiO2和B2O3是玻璃生成体,SiO2具有较低的折射率和色散,但是它熔点高,随着含量的增加,玻璃的粘度也增大。B2O3的熔点低,能起助熔作用。通过实验,SiO2和B2O3合适的重量百分比含量分别为45-60%和10-25%。
K2O是作为助熔剂加入,可降低玻璃的析晶倾向。在本配方中,K2O会增加玻璃的折射率和色散。通过实验,K2O合适的重量百分比含量为5-25%。
K2SiF6主要为降低玻璃的折射率和色散而引入。但是,在实际生产中,随着温度的升高,时间的延长,K2SiF6中的SiF4挥发增大,玻璃液中K+离子浓度增加,反而使玻璃的折射率和色散增高。通过实验,K2SiF6合适的重量百分比含量为8-20%。
Sb2O3作为澄清剂引入,主要是在熔炼玻璃时消除气泡。通过实验,Sb2O3合适的重量百分比含量为0.05-0.3%。
本发明的5个实施例与原配方各项指标对比如下表,表中各配方的数值为重量百分比数值。

由上表可以看出:去掉有毒原料KHF2后,适当调整各组成配比,产品各项技术指标满足标准,适合池炉生产。

1.一种轻冕光学玻璃,它包括下列重量百分比组份:SiO2:45-60%;B2O3:10-25%;K2O:5-25%;K2SiF6:8-20%。
2.按照权利要求1所述的轻冕光学玻璃,其特征在于:所述光学玻璃的重量百分比组成还包括:Sb2O3:0.05-0.3%。
