本发明提供了一种重燧石光学玻璃及其生产工艺,它的重量百分比含量包括:Sb2O3:0.05~0.60%;SiO2:40.10~41.20%;PbO:51.50~52.25%,生产所用工艺温度为:熔化温度为1060~1130℃;澄清温度为1260~1340℃;搅拌温度为1060~1150℃。它不含有对人及环境有害的As2O3,其色散为0.01935~0.01955,气泡为A级。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种光学玻璃,特别涉及一种重燧石光学玻璃。
背景技术
现有一种重燧石光学玻璃的配方,其重量百分比组成为:SiO2:40.10~40.36;B2O3:0.60~0.77;As2O3:0.33~0.52;K2O:3.82~4.26;PbO:52.00~52.34;NaO2:2.40~2.70。该配方中含有对人及环境有害的As2O3,而且用该配方生产出来的玻璃色散为0.01918,气泡为B级,不符合要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种不含有对人及环境有害的As2O3的重燧石光学玻璃及其使生产出来的玻璃符合气泡为A级标准的生产工艺。
本发明解决技术问题的技术方案是:所述玻璃的重量百分比含量包括:Sb2O3:0.15~0.60%;SiO2:40.90~41.26%;PbO:51.60~51.90%。生产所用工艺温度为:熔化温度为1060~1130℃;澄清温度为1260~1340℃;搅拌温度为1060~1150℃。
本发明的有益效果是:用Sb2O3作澄清剂,代替对人及环境污染大的As2O3,通过综合考虑其余各配方的含量,使玻璃的色散为0.01935~0.01955,再根据玻璃的粘度曲线制定了合理的工艺温度,生产出来的玻璃符合气泡为A级的标准。
具体实施方式
在玻璃配方中,由于色散较高的氧化物折射率也较高,折射率在1.65左右的光学玻璃,其色散一般低于0.017,要得到所需要的折射率和色散值,就必须综合考虑各配方中氧化物的含量。为解决气泡问题,根据该玻璃的粘度曲线制定了合理的工艺温度。
在本发明中Sb2O3作澄清剂,代替对人及环境污染大的As2O3,通过实验发现,Sb2O3的重量百分比含量应为0.05~0.60%。
K2O、Na2O在配方中起助熔剂的作用,引入K2O和Na2O可以使玻璃熔化温度降低,也可以降低玻璃的高温粘度,利于澄清,降低K2O和Na2O的含量可以升高色散,但折射率也同步升高,并且玻璃熔化及澄清难度增加。通过实验发现,K2O和Na2O的重量百分比含量应分别为:2.40~4.80%6和2.70~5.40%。
SiO2、PbO是玻璃生成体,调整SiO2、PbO的含量,折射率和色散同步变化,经过实验发现,SiO2、PbO的重量百分比的合适含量分别为40.10~41.20%和51.50~52.25%。
下面是本发明的5个实施例各方面参数的对比,表中各配方中氧化物的数值为重量百分比数值。

由上表可以看出,该玻璃的折射率在1.65380~1.65520之间,色散在0.01935~0.01955之间,各项指标均达到目标值。
在实际生产过程中,池炉生产所用工艺温度为:熔化温度:1060~1130℃;澄清温度:1260~1340℃;搅拌温度:1060~1150℃。本发明根据上述温度条件生产出来的玻璃符合气泡为A级的标准。

1.一种重燧石光学玻璃,其特征在于:所述玻璃的重量百分比含量包括:Sb2O3:0.15~0.60%;SiO2:40.90~41.26%;PbO:51.60~51.90%。
2.按照权利要求1所述的重燧石光学玻璃,其特征在于:所述玻璃的重量百分比含量还包括:K2O:3.80~4.21%;Na2O:2.40~2.80%。
3.按照权利要求1所述的重燧石光学玻璃,其特征在于:所述玻璃的重量百分比含量还包括:SiO2:40.90~41.26%;PbO:51.60~51.90%;Sb2O3:0.15~0.60%;K2O:3.80~4.21%;Na2O:2.40~2.80%。
4.一种生产权利要求1所述的重燧石光学玻璃的工艺方法,其特征在于:生产所用工艺温度为:熔化温度为1060~1130℃;澄清温度为1260~1340℃;搅拌温度为1060~1150℃。
