Abstract
一种用于空气调节管道(10)的锁定机构(50),空气调节管道包括多个共同形成管道的可互相连接的组件。锁定机构包括外固定件,设置在第一组件的框架件上,外固定件设有锁定臂(54),可从未锁定位置移动到锁定位置;互补的内固定件(46),设置在第二组件的框架件上,内固定件具有细长的扁形钥孔形式,可容纳和保持锁定臂于锁定位置。还设有机构(62),当外和内固定件对准并锁定组件到一起时,可将臂从未锁定位置移动到锁定位置。
Description
技术领域
本发明总体上涉及空气调节单元,其具有由多个互相连接部分或组件组成的管道,具体地涉及连接这些组件的锁定机构。
背景技术
现有技术的许多空气调节单元可简单地用薄金属管来制造,薄金属管在现场拼接到一起形成封闭的流通路径,空气通过流通路径进行传送。管道的薄金属壁很容易导热和具有很小的热障,所以能量可从管道支架传出和传入。当空气调节单元用于传送已经调节温湿度的空气时,传入和传出管道支架的能量可增加成本,并使空气调节装置形成不希望有的负荷。
此外,当空气调节单元安装到未进行温湿度调节的空间,传输冷却空气时,单元的外壳体将“出汗”。产生的水分将从单元流到地面或流到置于未进行温湿度调节的空间中的设备上。这样对在该区域工作的人员将带来安全危害,对设备造成损坏。
当这种传统的管道进行安装和/或改造时,安装或拆开的成本是很高的。如果操作不适当,可导致运行问题和保修问题。这种传统的管道使用活动的固定件和/或要求从单元内来接近。一般地,现有技术的管道包括外置法兰,其要求使用单独的金属连接件。所要求大量的金属连接件增加了在现场装配和改造管道出差错和产生误差的可能性,这已成为这个领域长期存在的问题。
发明内容
因此,本发明的一个目的是提出一种安装和拆解空气管道的系统,这种系统克服了上面提到的现有技术的问题。
本发明的另一目的是提出一种改进的管道系统,可沿希望的流通路径传输空气。
本发明的另一目的是提出一种改进的锁定机构,可连接组成管道的组件,这种管道可传输经温湿度调节的空气。
本发明的另一目的是提出一种改进的锁定机构,可连接管道系统的部件,使管道系统不需要活动的固定件和相关的金属件。
本发明的又一目的是提出一种简单的外部锁定系统,可连接用于空气调节单元的管道系统的部件。
本发明的这些和其他的目的的实现通过一种沿封闭的流动路径传送空气的空气调节管道系统,其利用了专门设计的安装板。这种板用于形成连接部分,其包括高电阻值材料制成的矩形框架。该框架被顶盖和底盖包围,使安装板内形成空间。该空间由设置到板内的可固化材料充填,将框架的壁粘结到一起,将顶盖粘结到框架。
空气控制管道系统由多个矩形部分或组件组成,组件通过本发明的锁定机构互相连接到一起。锁定机构具有机械插销的形式,包括外和内固定件。外和内固定件分别安装到两个相邻的框架件上。插销设计成可从框架外部用普通工具如六角扳手促动。锁定动作将两个部分连接到一起,不需要活动的固定件,和无须从单元的内部来接近。

具体实施方式
参考附图1,其显示了空气控制单元(AHU)的一部分,整体用10来标示。该空气控制单元是用多个矩形组件组成,各组件分别具有由两个端部框架13和14组成的超结构,端部框架在角部通过水平设置的上横梁15和下横梁16进行连接。各端部框架包括两个相对的纵梁17和18,以及上梁20和下梁21。安装时,各梁可滑动地安装到弯角23。安装好的梁因此形成带开口的支撑结构或骨架。开口可用壁板12封盖。
各壁板12设计成可放置到框架开口,封盖住各部件的需要封盖的开口。各板具有外框架,形成内部空间43。壁板由顶盖和底盖封闭,内部空间填充了可固化的聚氨酯泡沫体44,当固化时可将板粘接到一起,并形成热障,可阻挡热流通过壁板。
各个板具有适当的尺寸,故板框可塞入单元部分的一个开口。板框壁与形成开口的纵梁及上下横梁之间形成了密闭的滑动配合。形成有密封,可防止空气从板的周边流过,并防止空气在单元内侧和周围环境之间形成的热障周围流过。当板锁定到各个开口后,所设计的空气管道结构完成,如图1所示。
图2是显示两个组件部分30,40的部分视图,其中两个组件连接到一起,上梁32和42锁定接合形成空气控制管道的连接部分。图3显示出两个组件处于打开或未锁定位置,上梁32带有一个锁定机构50,用于将板锁定到一起,如下面将详细介绍的。该机构包括外固定件,其设计成可在锁定接合中与上梁42的开口扁形钥孔44配合。
如图4-6详细显示,各梁和横梁通过多个锁定机构保持在紧密连接或锁定位置。各外固定件包括内部的密封壳体52,其通过卡扣连接固定到各开口周围的梁和横梁(见图4)。各梁和横梁最好是方形的金属管,可滑动地连接到弯角23。各锁定机构包括外固定件,其包括驱动臂54,驱动臂的自由端带有短轴锁定件56,固定的转动端连接到由转动体58和凸轮60组成的凸轮单元,当臂在壳体内的未锁定保存位置和锁定位置之间移动时,可向驱动臂的自由端提供预定的移动,其中在锁定位置,固定件的驱动臂进入相邻组件的梁或横梁42的扁形钥孔44中,短轴已经与横梁或梁的表面锁定接合。
当两个组件位于适当位置进行锁定,两个组件的T形扁钥孔对准,使驱动臂54的短轴端可自由移动,从梁32的扁形钥孔34进入梁42的扁形钥孔44。图5显示了在移动两个梁相接触进行锁定接合之前的两个对准的扁形钥孔。图6显示了锁定对准的梁,短轴56位于梁42的扁形钥孔44的窄部。
图4更详细地显示了位于锁定位置的锁定机构,其中短轴56施加了作用在组件40的梁42的内侧壁的压力,使两个相邻的梁紧密的锁定对准。
在操作中,旋转体58可通过适当的工具转动,比如通用板手62,其促动壳体52内的凸轮单元60。当凸轮单元从壳体52内的未锁定的保存位置移动时可提供预定的驱动臂的运动。最初短轴从其保存位置上升进入相邻的扁形钥孔44的导孔,然后侧向通过扁形钥孔的窄部。当完全通过扁形钥孔的窄部分,短轴相对扁形钥孔两侧的梁的内表面43向下拉,施加了很大的锁定力,将两个梁紧紧地拉到一起。现有技术的可进行这样动作的转动体/凸轮机构很容易买到。
为了避免相对接的组件发生不希望的金属与金属直接接触,弹性密封件64设置在梁32和42之间,当组件锁定到一起时密封件还可提供紧密的密封。可压缩的中空密封件45固定在壁板的开口周围。当壁板封闭时,壁板压缩密封件,如图4所示,防止了空气从壁板的周围进入单元的内部。
通过参考一些如附图所示的优选模式,对本发明进行了详细的显示和介绍,所属领域的技术人员应认识到,在不脱离所附权利要求限定的本发明的精神和范围的情况下,对本发明的细节可进行各种变化。
Claims (11)
1.一种用于空气调节管道的锁定机构,所述空气调节管道包括多个共同组成管道的可互相连接的组件,所述锁定机构包括外固定件,设置在第一组件的框架件上,所述外固定件设有锁定臂,可从未锁定位置移动到锁定位置;互补的内固定件,设置在第二组件的框架件上,所述内固定件具有细长的扁形钥孔形式,可容纳和保持所述锁定臂于锁定位置;和一机构,当所述外和内固定件对准并锁定所述组件到一起时,可将所述臂从未锁定位置移动到锁定位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锁定机构,其特征在于,移动所述锁定臂的所述机构位于所述组件的外面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的锁定机构,其特征在于,通过手动工具进行所述锁定臂的移动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的锁定机构,其特征在于,所述外固定机构位于所述第一组件的框架。
5.根据权利要求1所述的锁定机构,其特征在于,所述锁定臂的移动通过转动体/凸轮机构来控制,通过手动工具来促动所述转动体/凸轮机构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的锁定机构,其特征在于,所述组件被弹性密封件分隔。
7.一种用于空气调节管道的锁定机构,所述空气调节管道包括多个共同组成所述管道的可互相连接的组件,所述锁定机构包括外固定件,设置在第一组件的框架件,所述外固定件设有锁定臂,可从未锁定位置移动到锁定位置;互补的内固定件,设置在第二组件的框架件上,所述内固定件具有细长的扁形钥孔形式,可容纳和保持所述锁定臂位于锁定位置;和一机构,当所述外和内固定件对准锁定所述组件到一起时,可将所述臂从所述框架件内的未锁定位置移动到所述扁形钥孔内的锁定位置。
8.根据权利要求7所述的锁定机构,其特征在于,移动所述锁定臂的机构位于所述组件的外面。
9.根据权利要求8所述的锁定机构,其特征在于,所述锁定臂的移动通过手动工具来进行。
10.根据权利要求7所述的锁定机构,其特征在于,所述锁定臂的移动通过转动体/凸轮机构来控制,通过手动工具来促动所述转动体/凸轮机构。
