Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种紧固件或装置,该紧固装置能够迅速地将两块板夹紧在一起,也可以迅速地把它们分开。更具体地说,本发明涉及一种夹紧件,该夹紧件能够通过驱动,使一橡胶套受到轴向压缩及随后在直径方向的膨胀而提供一夹紧力。这种驱动是通过达到360°地旋转一中心轴而实现的。
背景技术
在本发明领域,人们长期以来希望有一种使用便捷的板紧固装置,该板紧固装置提供的是这样一种夹紧系统,它可以把两块板彼此平行且可靠地夹紧在一起,需要时也可以快速和容易地把它们分开来。提供一夹紧力也是人们所希望的。
实现这一总的目的的紧固装置有许多形式。但是每一种都有它的某些缺陷,包括:成本、应用范围以及没有夹紧力等。有些紧固装置要求用户把一第二部件固定于匹配的板上或者要求先要把多个零件整配起来。由于人们希望有一种便于使用的夹紧转轴,希望它能提供一个夹紧力,成本低、便于使用的单个部件的装置,所以研制出了几种类型的快速紧固装置,但是没有一个能够具有人们所希望的所有优点。
Camloc公司提供了一些紧固装置,它们都是作为一个单个部件出售的,但是它们要求在两块板上具有安装孔,这些安装孔形状古怪,不能用钻头钻出来,只能用冲床一次一次冲出来,或者采用一种专门的冲床。然后该紧固装置要在插入板之前先对齐,然后加以旋转以把板紧固在一起。
Southco公司提供一系列20及50“摩擦-旋转紧固装置”。这种紧固装置使用一具有两个凸轮及一短柱的橡胶套。此紧固装置也有和其他类型的装置一样的缺点,那就是要用户加以装配。
Pameloc公司提供了一种BI-FIX四分之一转紧固装置,它包括五个部件。其中有一些专门用于生产耐震可重复使用的紧固装置。它也需要很多不同的部件以便使该紧固装置可以用于不同的应用场合。
DZUS公司也提供了一种五个部件的紧固装置,这是属于该公司四分之一转紧固装置标准系列的紧固装置。此装置包括一短柱和一附着于第一板的垫圈以及附着于第二板上的具有两个铆钉的弹簧。DZUS公司还提供了几个别的有所变化的装置,但每一个都包括多个没有装配起来的部件。
虽然目前有多种快速或四分之一转的可以解决不少问题的紧固装置可供使用,但是,每一种变型都带有若干缺点。本发明提供的是一种实现已装配好的、单件式夹紧件,它可以用已知方法牢牢地装在第一板上,所述已知方法包括咬紧式固定、扩口式固定方法等等,因此,从DFMA(制造和装配设计)观点来看,本发明的装置是优良的,本发明解决了已有技术未能解决的许多问题。
发明内容
为了解决已有技术中存在的问题,本发明的紧固装置包括一顶部侧保持件,一贯通的轴,一橡胶套和一端帽。该保持件包括一径向设置的凸轮斜面,它与轴头下面上的相配合的凸轮斜面是协同工作的。一夹紧轴延伸穿过保持器。一橡胶套装在夹紧轴的周围并通过一端帽被轴向地保持着。该端帽是安装在轴的端部上的。包括轴、保持件、橡胶套和端帽的该夹紧元件最好用咬合固定方法固定在第一板上,而橡胶套延伸穿过第二板。当轴头用工具使之旋转时,轴头与保持件之间的凸轮作用将轴轴向地从保持件中推出,将橡胶套压缩在端帽和保持件底部之间。在压力之下的橡胶套凸胀,从而在第二块板上的背侧施加一夹紧力,因此两块板被夹紧在橡胶套的凸胀区域和保持件的底部之间。在轴旋转期间,在保持件凸轮斜面中的一系列径向槽与轴的配合凸轮斜面底面上的一个径向突出部分协同作用并在旋转中提供多个制动或停止点。多个制动点的使用可以进一步允许面板厚度的变化,从而通过控制夹持力度而大大提高夹紧元件的性能。
本发明提供了许多胜过已有技术的优点。它可以在多种板厚度的情况下提供夹紧力。此外,它很便宜,它是一个单一的完全组装好的部件,它使用的是标准的圆孔,它可以永久性地固定在板上,并且它是抗震的。

具体实施方式
图1和图2表示两块板未被夹紧时的状态,板块5靠在保持件1的底部。轴2座落在保持件1的最低点的位置处,此时橡胶套3处在松驰的、不受压的状态。预先装配好的紧固装置可以永久地通过一固定机构或咬紧装置,例如图9所示的咬紧件8用铆钉、粘结剂或其他类似方法安装在板块5的顶部。底板6此时是松着的,因此在这一状态下,紧固装置和板块的顶部很容易从底板6推出。圆孔是在底板6上需要的唯一的特点。轴包括一驱动机构,图中示出它是一条槽7,但也可以是(内部或外部)的六角形翼形物、隆起物,柄状物或其他类似的驱动件。
当轴旋转时,轴头部的底面迫使轴从保持件的口向外以适合轴头的底面和保持件的内部上协同操作斜面的凸轮作用。这时就使橡胶套3压缩在端帽和保持件底部之间,因此,使它的直径胀大,将膨胀的区域抵在第二块板的背侧。这样,就产生了一个夹紧力,如图5所示。使橡胶套筒3保持就位的端帽4可以用多种方法安装到轴2上。图中所示是是用压入配合11的方法装上去的,为此只要在端帽4上有一个大小合适的孔提供一过盈配合就可以。
现在请参阅图3及图4,图中的紧固装置是四件式元件,它包括保持器1,轴2,橡胶套3和端帽4。该轴2座落在保持件1中,当旋转轴2时,可以通过斜面使它在保持件上向上升起。橡胶套3位于轴2上通过端帽4使之保持在位。端帽4通过咬紧,压配合或其他类似方法永久性地安装在轴2上。
现请参阅图6及图7,图中分离形式示出了本发明的轴2。此轴包括一圆筒形的轴头,其上具有驱动机构7。轴头的底部包括一凸轮斜面9a,此凸轮斜面9a包括一从斜面突出的止(制)动件10,在轴的末端具有一压配合的短柱11。图7也示出了这个轴,但它是从侧面看过去的侧视立体图。
图8、图9及图10都是保持件的详细的视图。图8是从上面看的保持件的顶视图,从图中可以看出一系列槽12从通孔13径向向外作辐射状延伸。槽12安排在保持件1的斜面9b的上面,以使它们可以在橡胶套3被压缩时保持住止(制)动件(图6及7中的部件10)。图9是一侧视图,它再次示出了保持件1的槽12是如何安排在斜面9b上的。它也示出了一咬紧件8,它是将紧固装置永久性地固定在顶板上的一种较好的方法。
这样本发明的目的就都可以实现了。这里所揭示的紧固装置是作为一单件,完全装配好的部件出售的。它易于使用,不需要任何装配工作。紧固装置可以永久性地固定在一块板上,无论在锁住或不锁住的状态下,都没有松动的部分。它可以装进两个容易形成的圆孔之中,此圆孔无需用专门的钻具来钻孔。该圆孔可以简单地用标准(普通)的工具冲压出来或很快地钻出来。因为橡胶套在使用时是被压缩着的,此紧固装置可以始终产生一夹紧力。此外最终夹紧力的量是可以通过控制轴旋转的量而加以调节的。
应该予以理解的是,对于本技术领域的人来说,以上所作的描述后完全有可能对本发明作出种种变化和改变。这些变化和改变均拟落入本发明的保护范围之内,本发明只受下列权利要求书及其合法等效物阐述内容的限制。
Claims (14)
1.一种紧固装置,用于把两块具有对准的孔的板夹紧在一起,其特征在于,此紧固装置包括:
一长的保持件,它具有一纵轴向的孔腔,在其一端的底部以及在另一相对端的开口部;
一与所述保持件形成一体的第一凸轮,所述凸轮径向设置在所述保持件的开口部周围,并从那里纵向地延伸;
一在一端具有头部的销和/或一轴,此轴延伸穿过所述孔腔并延伸得超过所述保持件的底部;
一与第一凸轮摩擦啮合的第二凸轮,所述第二凸轮从所述销的头部的底部作纵向延伸;
一弹性材料轴套位于所述延伸超过保持件的轴的一部分的周围,所述轴套的外径大于所述孔腔的直径,并与所述底部轴向相抵;以及
一安装于所述销的第二端部的一端帽,所述端帽与所述轴套相抵,从而销的旋转使所述销从所述保持件的开口部推出,并使弹性材料轴套鼓胀,使得当所述夹紧件通过对准的孔安装入第一板和第二板中时,由于销的旋转而产生的鼓胀可以在第二板的相对的一侧上施加一轴向的夹紧力。
2.如权利要求1所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,所述底部还包括将保持件紧固于第一板上的固定机构。
3.如权利要求1所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,所述第一凸轮包括多个径向延伸的槽,而第二凸轮包括一纵向突伸的制动件从而当所述制动件处于所述槽内时,所述销可以有选择地停止在不同的位置上。
4.如权利要求2所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,所述保持件底部的固定机构将所述紧固装置固定于所述第一板中的孔的周缘。
5.如权利要求4所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,所述保持件固定机构是一种接受从第一板的材料的变形的咬紧结构。
6.如权利要求1所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,所述弹性材料轴套是一橡胶套。
7.一种部件的组装件,其特征在于,它包括:
一第一板以及与第一板面对面相抵的第二板,每一板包括至少一个与另一板的至少一个孔相互对准的孔,
一通过所述两块板上的对准的孔安装进去的紧固装置,有力地将两块板夹紧在一起,所述紧固装置包括:
一长的保持件,它具有一纵轴方向的孔腔,在其一端的底部,以及在一相对端的开口部;
一与所述保持件连成一体的第一凸轮,所述凸轮径向地设置在所述保持件的开口的周围并从该处纵向地延伸;
一在一端具有一头部的销和/或一轴,所述轴延伸穿过孔腔并延伸超过所述保持件的底部;
一与第一凸轮摩擦啮合的第二凸轮,所述第二凸轮从所述销的头部的底部作纵向延伸;
