Abstract

Description

可调节的互联锁
本申请是申请号为99810558.9、申请日为1999年8月5日的、发明名称为“可调节的互联锁”的中国发明专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种锁,其具有互联的上死栓(辅助锁)和下部锁。联动是为了提供一紧急保险特性,也就是说,当内部下部锁的操作件(手柄或把手)被转动时,上死栓将会自动地释放。
背景技术
1996年8月6日提交的申请号No.08/694,978,专利号为No.5,810,402的美国专利披露了一种可调节的互联锁,其允许外部组件和内部组件互联,所述外部组件在死栓和拇指件之间具有一个间距,而内部组件在旋转把手和内部操作件之间具有一不同的间距。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可调节的互联的锁,其使用较之现有技术的设计更为方便。

具体实施方式
当门(未示出)未锁时,外操作件10(这里是一手柄)和内操作件12(这里是一把手)一起操作,当门锁起时,外操作件不能够转动,而内操作件则可以转动。允许操作者以这种方式操作的这种结构是传统的,因此为了清楚的目的在本说明书中将相应的大部分内容略去(美国专利No.5,317,889和5,496,082披露了这些细节并且在这里引为参考)。外操作件组件,包括:手柄10;具有两个柱14的套壳13,所述柱14的端部具有内螺纹;以及一半圆组件15,图示为锁闩16,其由半圆组件操作。
操作件的转动(该操作件是可以自由转动的)旋转下轴凸轮17,下轴凸轮升起齿条18以驱动位于壳体20内部的小齿轮19。D形轴21被小齿轮内的D形开孔22接合,并被死锁闩组件24中的D形开孔23接合,当小齿轮转过一选定的角度(通过将操作件从其中立位置转动到所述角度)时,D形轴21操作死锁闩组件24将死栓拉回其缩回位置。D形轴在门的前面与一钥匙或是电机(motor)操作的圆柱形件28相连接,门的后面有一个转钮29。转钮具有一方形截面30,其与一弹簧32合作,弹簧32则装在合适的支座(未示出)上。支座在玫瑰形盘(rose)34的内表面,以维持转钮位于两个相差90°的打开和锁闭方向(锁销方向(detent orientations))之一的位置上。
为取得调节性以适应由转钮和钥匙圆柱所确定的上轴和内外操作件所确定的下轴之间的间距,使用了一个两件安装板组件40。一件,即安装板42,由通过安装板上合适的孔46的螺钉44固定到门的内表面上(未示出)。安装板通常是一实心板,其两端具有死栓和操作件支架。这里安装板仅在其低端包括一外操作件支架48,其经过孔位于门内,安装板还具有一从外操作件支架上方位置垂直延伸至低于安装板顶部一点的位置的中央开孔49。一对螺钉50经过操作件支架上的合适的孔51,经过锁闩组件上的孔51A并且螺纹连接到带有内螺纹的套壳的柱14中,从而将外操作件固定到门上。
安装板组件40的第二件是一加强板,为滑板52的形式,其支持小齿轮壳20。小齿轮壳由塑料制成,具有外部、内部,令该壳位于在滑板的上下凸缘54之间的上下垂直延伸的支柱53,以及中间稍长的上下中央支柱55,这些中央支柱55由凸缘上合适的开孔56接纳,以将齿轮壳固定到位。滑板位于沿着垂直延伸开孔49的任意处,在这里钻有上轴门孔以接纳D形轴21,并且滑板由一对螺钉60固定到位,此时滑板的垂直延伸的相对的耳部58被夹在安装板的侧板59上,螺钉60由死栓圆柱壳62(死栓的其余部分由盖64,套壳66和护件68限定)上的带内螺纹的柱61接纳。
为使齿条随着转钮或钥匙的旋转垂直移动,具有一方形开孔72的上轴凸轮70位于转钮的方形端30,以便其随着转钮转动。该凸轮70分别具有左、右手控制开孔74a和74b,其中之一将接纳螺钉76的无螺纹端,螺钉76分别螺旋拧入形成在齿条的两侧的相应的左手或右手孔78a和78b。这些控制开孔构造的使得:当转钮处在锁定位置时,螺钉将与各右、左手控制开孔74a和74b的顶表面80a和80b接合。随着转动转钮而将门锁打开,上轴凸轮将相应地被旋转,使得右、左手控制开孔74a和74b的底表面82a和82b接合螺钉76以驱动螺钉来升起齿条18。随着齿条升起,小齿轮19与齿条齿的啮合使得小齿轮和轴21旋转并移动死栓锁闩组件到其缩回位置。左右手控制开孔74a和74b的其余构造使得:当转钮处于打开位置时,螺钉将啮合各个最底部表面82a或82b,以便当转钮又被旋转使锁闩向前时,控制凸轮的转动将同时发生。
为了将可调节的互联锁从一手侧切换到另一手侧,即如从图1所示的左手构型到右手操作,小齿轮壳20被拆下,并且从图示的第一位置转换到相对于滑板的第二位置,其中小齿轮壳面84面对滑板52;而齿条螺钉从左手控制开孔74b和左手孔78b上去除,并且插入右手齿条孔78a中,以便使其被右手控制开孔74a接纳。如图所示,小齿轮19包括一光滑的周边部分86和一有齿的周边部分88。有齿部分的尺寸允许小齿轮旋转到一松开位置,其中小齿轮的齿不与齿条齿啮合,此时小齿轮可以容易地从齿条上拆下,并且小齿轮壳如上所述地反向。

Claims (19)

1.一种可调节的互联锁具,适于安装在门上,包括:
下锁闩,可在接合位置和非接合位置之间移动,所述下锁闩包括下操作件,其与所述下锁闩耦联,以从所述接合位置向所述非接合位置移动所述下锁闩,所述下锁闩限定了下轴;
上锁闩,可在作用位置和缩回位置之间移动,所述上锁闩包括上轴,内上操作件,和外上操作件,所述上轴和所述下轴之间限定了轴间间距;
安装组件,包括安装板和加强板,所述安装板具有带上端和下端的安装开孔,和与所述下轴对齐的下操作件通道;所述加强板具有上轴通道,所述加强板能够可选择地定位在上、下端之间的所述安装开孔中,并且可与所述安装板相连,以限定所述下操作件通道和所述上轴通道之间的可调节中心距离,从而适应不同的轴间间距;

2.根据权利要求1所述的锁具,其特征在于,还包括销,其中所述齿条还包括第一耦联通道,并且其中所述上轴凸轮包括第一控制开孔,所述销设置在所述第一耦联通道和所述第一控制开孔内,以便可操作地将所述齿条耦联到所述上轴凸轮上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的锁具,其特征在于,所述齿条还包括第二耦联通道,并且所述上轴凸轮包括第二控制开孔,所述销可选择地设置在所述第一耦联通道和所述第一控制开孔内、以在第一耦联取向上将所述齿条耦联到所述上轴凸轮上;或可选择地设置在所述第二耦联通道和所述第二控制开孔内、以在第二耦联取向上将所述齿条耦联到所述上轴凸轮上。

6.根据权利要求5所述的锁具,其特征在于,所述齿条齿包括第一齿条齿组和第二齿条齿组,所述齿条开孔位于所述第一和第二齿条齿组之间,所述小齿轮的圆周表面具有有齿段和无齿段,当所述锁具处在所述所述右手模式时,所述有齿段啮合所述第一齿条齿组,当所述锁具处在所述左手模式时,所述有齿段啮合所述第二齿条齿组。

15.根据权利要求14所述的锁具,其特征在于,当所述小齿轮壳处在所述第一位置并且所述销设置在所述第一耦联通道和所述第一控制开孔内时所述锁具以右手模式操作,当所述小齿轮壳处在所述第二位置并且所述销设置在所述第二耦联通道和所述第二控制开孔内时所述锁具以左手模式操作。
16.根据权利要求15所述的锁具,其特征在于,所述小齿轮壳包括支柱,并且所述加强板包括凸缘,所述支柱和凸缘限定了所述紧固件。
17.根据权利要求15所述的锁具,其特征在于,所述小齿轮的圆周表面具有有齿段和无齿段,当所述锁具处于所述右手模式时,所述有齿段啮合所述第一齿条齿组;当所述锁具处于所述左手模式时,所述有齿段啮合所述第二齿条齿组。
