本发明涉及一种例如用于薄膜过滤的过滤器或筛滤装置,其具有安装到中空轴上的过滤或筛滤盘。
背景技术
已知的各种形式的过滤器具有安装在中空轴上的过滤盘。特别是具有用于交叉流式过滤的薄膜过滤器,例如WO 00/47312中所描述,其中多个盘安装在一轴上,并且多个这种形式的轴以这样的方式安装,即,使得该过滤盘叠置。在这些过滤器中,单独的盘被推到该中空轴上。这些盘经常破损,在难以安装的多轴系统中更是如此。此外,必需拆卸整个模块(带有大量盘的轴),以便更换需要维修的盘。在具有大量的盘元件的情况下,该工作需要大量时间,这样导致设备停工时间较长。
发明内容
因此,本发明的一目的是提供一种使得安装简便且维修容易的系统。
根据本发明,通过使得该中空轴由多个轴部件形成,从而实现了该目的。这样,轴形成有自支承的功能,其安装简单并且如果需要可进行维修。此外,这些盘还可预先组装在该轴上,以便总是能确保带有排流孔口的盘腔与用于流出渗透流的轴的中空部分之间的精确连接。
本发明的另一有利点的特征在于,一个轴部件具有一个或多个、优选为两个到四个盘。这种设计允许整个中空轴的简单且快速的装配,以及便于维修时的快速拆卸。此外,这种设计使得该轴更稳定。
如果单独的轴部件具有可组装起来的结构,这些轴部件可快速地组装并且还可同样快速地拆卸。
该轴部件可由不同的材料制成。类似地,可使用材料的混合形式,例如夹紧装配件由不锈钢制成,而盘座由塑料制成。
依据本发明,如果该轴部件由卡口式连接件来连接,该部件可在不需过大的力的作用下连接和拆卸。
如果扭转力借助于结构封闭件来传递扭转力,这是特别有效的,然而,作为替代形式还可由摩擦接合件来传递扭转力。这确保了在给定应用场合中出现的任何载荷的情况下,轴部件固定地连接。
为了确保液体流安全地分离,本发明构思出在单独的轴部件之间设置密封环。
如果不带过滤盘的附加轴部件(空置部段)设置在带有过滤或筛滤盘的轴部件之间,该过滤器的能力可有效地适合于给定的要求,即,如果过滤器过一段时间才使用,设置在被运输的该设备中的空置部件可由带有过滤或筛滤盘的功能部件代替。相反地,如果过滤能力减弱,例如如果介质具有不同的成分,带有过滤或筛滤盘的功能部件可容易地由空置部件代替。其结果为,流入和流到该过滤或筛滤盘的流速保持相同并总是设定成最佳值。

具体实施方式
图1示出了常规过滤器1的截面图,其中示出了两个中空轴2。为了提供清晰的图示,尽管沿中空轴的整个长度方向装配有多个过滤盘3,但是这里所示的两个过滤盘3处于各个中空轴上。该图特别清晰地示出了两个端部4、4’如何与多个连杆5、5’保持在一起。如果一损坏的过滤盘需要更换,所有的连杆5、5’和中空轴2必须完全地拆卸。接着,仍然完好的过滤盘3必须在一个端部处拆卸下,直到拆卸到该损坏的过滤盘并随后更换该盘。接着该过滤器必须重新组装,这是费时的过程。
图2示出了依据本发明的轴部件1’的水平投影,其带有过滤或筛滤盘3和中空轴2。过滤或筛滤盘3可包含陶瓷、金属或例如塑料的其它材料制成的过滤或筛滤表面。依据具体的应用场合,穿孔、孔隙、或窄缝宽度从小于50微米到几百微米直到约2-5mm均可使用。中空轴2的直径根据渗透的质量流来选择,当作为过滤或滤除设备时这导致直径具有显著差别。该水平投影示出了过滤或筛滤表面的固定点6(例如焊点)至过滤或筛滤盘3的基架。还示出了用于过滤或筛滤盘3的封闭机构7,该机构具有由两部分形成的结构。此外,该图还示出了的螺栓8,该螺栓具有延伸出中心轴的主体的部分9,在单独的轴部件1’之间的结构封闭件通过该螺栓形成了卡口式连接。
在图3中,示出了依据图2的线III-III经过轴部件1’截取的截面图。所示的轴部件1’具有两个过滤盘3,如果需要可设置一个或多个过滤盘。如果使用过滤或筛滤盘3,则设置在中空轴2的空腔中的排出口10可省去,然而需使用虚拟部件。此处,在顶端部处清晰地示出了螺栓的端部9。具有适当形状的槽口11位于下端部处,其中螺栓端部9在安装过程中锁入就位。此处还示出了在轴部件1’的顶端部和底端部处的摩擦表面12。设置密封环13以便在轴部件1’之间密封液体流。依据应用场合或所形成的过滤器轴的长度,结构封闭件仅设置有螺栓8和9以及槽口11,或仅一个摩擦接合件设置有摩擦表面12,这是足够的。
Claims (8)
1.一种例如用于薄膜过滤的过滤器或筛滤装置,其具有安装到中空轴上的过滤或筛滤盘,其特征在于,该中空轴(2)由多个轴部件(1’)形成。
2.如权利要求1所述的过滤器或筛滤装置,其特征在于,一个轴部件(1’)具有一个或多个、优选为两个到四个的过滤或筛滤盘(3)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的过滤器或筛滤装置,其特征在于,单独的该轴部件(1’)具有可组装起来的结构。
4.如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的过滤器或筛滤装置,其特征在于,该轴部件(1’)由卡口式连接件(8、10)连接。
5.如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的过滤器或筛滤装置,其特征在于,扭转力借助于结构封闭件(8、10)传递。
6.如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的过滤器或筛滤装置,其特征在于,扭转力通过摩擦接合件(11)传递。
7.如权利要求1-6中任一项过滤器或筛滤装置,其特征在于,密封环(12)设置在单独的轴部件(1’)之间。
8.如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的过滤器或筛滤装置,其特征在于,不带过滤盘的附加轴部件(空置部段)设置在带有过滤盘(3)的轴部件(1’)之间。
