Abstract

本发明公开了纳米抗菌保鲜薄膜的制备方法:在PE或PS塑料中加入0.5-2%的纳米TiO2粉体(重量百分数)及增韧增强偶联剂,采用混捏法制成纳米抗菌保鲜塑料薄膜母料,然后注塑成型。该薄膜用于包装肉食品、水果、蔬菜等具有抗菌保鲜能力,还能阻挡紫外线进入食品,使得保鲜期延长3倍。

纳米抗菌保鲜塑料薄膜的制备方法及应用
技术领域
本发明涉及到一种纳米抗菌保鲜塑料薄膜的制备技术。该塑料薄膜应用于食品包装可抗菌保鲜,延长保质期。
背景技术
纳米TiO2是光触媒,具有抗菌、消毒、防紫外线功能。本发明就是利用纳米TiO2的这种性质,将其与PE塑料混合制成纳米抗菌保鲜塑料薄膜母料,然后注塑成型。该塑料薄膜应用于食品包装可抗菌保鲜,延长保质期3倍以上。
发明内容
本发明的纳米抗菌保鲜薄膜的制备方法:在PE或PS塑料中加入0.5-2%的纳米TiO2粉体(重量百分数)及增韧增强偶联剂,采用混捏法制成纳米抗菌保鲜塑料薄膜母料,然后注塑成型。
本发明的纳米TiO2粒子直径为30-50纳米,锐钛矿型,不能采用一般的微米纳米混杂的钛白粉替代,否则效果不佳。
所述的塑料:包括PE或PS塑料;
所述的偶联剂可选自:钛酸盐、铝酸盐、硅烷偶联剂;其中钛酸盐优选钛酸酯,铝酸盐优选稀土铝酸酯。偶联剂的用量占塑料总重量的1-3%。
采用常规的制备催化剂载体常用的混捏设备。
本发明采用的纳米TiO2不含Cl-、SO3 2-离子,对于食品包装安全可靠,对于肉食品、香肠、火腿、烤鸭等以及冷冻肉类出口产品、水果、蔬菜等都具有抗菌保鲜能力,还能阻挡紫外线进入食品,使得保鲜期延长3倍。使用该包装材料减少为了阻挡紫外线所加的一层添加碳黑的塑料,节约成本。
具体实施方式
纳米抗菌保鲜塑料薄膜的制备
实施例1:取PE塑料500Kg,加入1%的纳米TiO2粉体(重量百分数),加入1%(重量百分数)钛酸酯作偶联剂,使用高速混合机混捏,再使用双螺杆挤出机制成母料,使用注塑机注塑成型。
实施例2:取PS塑料1000Kg,加入1%的纳米TiO2粉体(重量百分数),加入1.2%(重量百分数)稀土铝酸酯作偶联剂,使用高速混合机混捏,再使用双螺杆挤出机制成母料,使用注塑机注塑成型。
实施例3:在得利斯火腿肠包装上的应用
企业原标准:    温度0~4℃    保持15天
                温度15℃      保持10天实验温度:16℃~26℃之间变化;方式:放在灯光或日光下照射5天后,原包装样品明显变色,并有水出现,纳米抗菌保鲜塑料薄膜包装无变化,可以延长保鲜期3倍。

1.纳米抗菌保鲜塑料薄膜的制备方法:其特征在于,在PE或PS塑料中加入0.5-2%(重量百分数)的纳米TiO2粉体及偶联剂,采用混捏法制成纳米抗菌保鲜塑料薄膜母料,然后注塑成型。
2.根据权利要求1纳米抗菌保鲜塑料薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,纳米TiO2粒子直径为30-50纳米,锐钛矿型。
3.根据权利要求1纳米抗菌保鲜塑料薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的偶联剂是:钛酸盐或铝酸盐,其用量占塑料总重量的1-3%。
4.根据权利要求3纳米抗菌保鲜塑料薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的钛酸盐优选钛酸酯,铝酸盐优选稀土铝酸酯。
5.本发明纳米抗菌保鲜塑料薄膜在肉食品、水果和蔬菜包装上应用。
