本发明公开了一种塑料薄膜,按照重量份数计,包括以下组份:聚乙烯40‑60份,乙烯醇5‑10份,聚偏二氟乙烯20‑50份,润滑剂6‑9份,二氧化钛1‑5份,磷酸钙2‑4份,蒙脱石5‑10份,皂化石5‑10份,填料3‑50份,阻燃剂4‑8份,紫外线阻隔剂4‑7份,抗氧剂1‑5份。本发明通过加入多种填料,使该塑料薄膜生产价格降低,并且加入的填料使塑料薄膜材料硬度提高,使用寿命提高,加入蒙脱石以及皂化石填充了塑料大分子之间的孔隙,保证塑料密闭性;二氧化钛以及磷酸钙的添加,不仅具有良好的透明性,而且有极好的杀菌功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料制品,具体是一种塑料薄膜。
背景技术
当前市场上现在使用塑料薄膜种类有很多,有些耐热老化和耐大气老化性较差,使得产品的使用寿命都大大降低,而且现在的塑料基本都是由普通塑料改性而来,产品质量虽然有着很大的提高,但是只是限制于塑料本身的质量,而没有一些比方杀菌,除菌的功能,功效比较单一。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种塑料薄膜,该塑料薄膜具有造价低,抗氧化,不易燃烧,并且具有杀菌功能等特点。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种塑料薄膜,按照重量份数计,包括以下组份:
聚乙烯40-60份,乙烯醇5-10份,聚偏二氟乙烯20-50份,润滑剂6-9份,二氧化钛1-5份,磷酸钙2-4份,蒙脱石5-10份,皂化石5-10份,填料3-50份,阻燃剂4-8份,紫外线阻隔剂4-7份,抗氧剂1-5份;
所述填料包括以下重量份的原料:
粉煤灰20-30份,油页岩灰10-20份,玉米淀粉5-10份,赤泥1-4份,铁泥0.1-0.5份,粉石英2-10份。
优选的,所述紫外线阻隔剂由白炭黑,碳酸钙,硅灰石,云母,高岭土中的一种或者多种混合制成。
优选的,所述抗氧剂采用二丁基羟基甲苯。
优选的,所述阻燃剂采用氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁的混合物。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过加入多种填料,使该塑料薄膜生产价格降低,并且加入的填料使塑料薄膜材料硬度提高,使用寿命提高,加入蒙脱石以及皂化石填充了塑料大分子之间的孔隙,保证塑料密闭性;二氧化钛以及磷酸钙的添加,不仅具有良好的透明性,而且有极好的杀菌功能。

实施例1
一种塑料薄膜,按照重量份数计,包括以下组份:
聚乙烯50份,乙烯醇5份,聚偏二氟乙烯20份,润滑剂6份,二氧化钛5份,磷酸钙4份,蒙脱石6份,皂化石6份,粉煤灰20份,油页岩灰10份,玉米淀粉5份,赤泥1份,铁泥0.1份,粉石英2份,氢氧化铝2份、氢氧化镁3份,白炭黑1份,碳酸钙2份,硅灰石3份,二丁基羟基甲苯4份。
实施例2
一种塑料薄膜,按照重量份数计,包括以下组份:
聚乙烯50份,乙烯醇6份,聚偏二氟乙烯30份,润滑剂7份,二氧化钛3份,磷酸钙3份,蒙脱石8份,皂化石7份,粉煤灰25份,油页岩灰15份,玉米淀粉7份,赤泥3份,铁泥0.4份,粉石英10份,氢氧化铝3份、氢氧化镁4份,硅灰石3份,云母4份,二丁基羟基甲苯2份;
实施例3
一种塑料薄膜,按照重量份数计,包括以下组份:
聚乙烯45份,乙烯醇7份,聚偏二氟乙烯35份,润滑剂6份,二氧化钛4份,磷酸钙4份,蒙脱石10份,皂化石5份,粉煤灰22份,油页岩灰17份,玉米淀粉9份,赤泥2份,铁泥0.1份,粉石英9份,氢氧化铝3份、氢氧化镁3份,高岭土7份,二丁基羟基甲苯5份。
实施例4
聚乙烯44份,乙烯醇5份,聚偏二氟乙烯29份,润滑剂9份,二氧化钛5份,磷酸钙4份,蒙脱石7份,皂化石7份,粉煤灰24份,油页岩灰14份,玉米淀粉8份,赤泥2份,铁泥0.3份,粉石英9份,氢氧化铝2份、氢氧化镁4份,白炭黑1份,碳酸钙1份,硅灰石1份,云母1份,高岭土1份,二丁基羟基甲苯3份。
具体的,其中二氧化钛为粒径为10到20纳米的锐钛型纳米二氧化钛,采用挤出母粒和拉膜的方法进行混合制作薄膜。

1.一种塑料薄膜,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,包括以下组份:
聚乙烯40-60份,乙烯醇5-10份,聚偏二氟乙烯20-50份,润滑剂6-9份,二氧化钛1-5份,磷酸钙2-4份,蒙脱石5-10份,皂化石5-10份,填料3-50份,阻燃剂4-8份,紫外线阻隔剂4-7份,抗氧剂1-5份;
所述填料包括以下重量份的原料:
粉煤灰20-30份,油页岩灰10-20份,玉米淀粉5-10份,赤泥1-4份,铁泥0.1-0.5份,粉石英2-10份。
2.根据权利要求2所述塑料薄膜,其特征在于,所述紫外线阻隔剂由白炭黑,碳酸钙,硅灰石,云母,高岭土中的一种或者多种混合制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述塑料薄膜,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂采用二丁基羟基甲苯。
4.根据权利要求1所述塑料薄膜,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂采用氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁的混合物。
