Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一个具有节水功能的阀接头(valve union),在用来供应或切断流体如气体等的阀中尤其涉及一个具有节水功能的阀接头,其中,在阀体一侧形成通孔部分,并且通过此通孔部分,用来过滤的滤网和节水球和单向阀或能检验流体流量的仪器等安装在阀具有的通断(on/off)部分中,因此过滤流过阀的流体如水等和为流体执行节水功能,导致检验流体的流量且预防流体逆流,并且在没有流体泄漏的情况下就能执行这些零件的替换工作。
背景技术
通常,用来控制流体如水等的流量的阀放置在通过管子供应流体如水或气体等的管道上,而且此阀以螺旋紧固型连在管道中部上或连在提供者(supplier)的一个侧端上等。
同时,通过这种方法安装的传统阀在及其两个方向中形成有入口和出口,并且在入口和出口的内侧,形成螺旋紧固部分,管道的管子也各自放置在螺旋紧固部分上。
在这种传统结构中,管子从管道的一个侧端连接,而且所述阀的一侧固定在该管子上,然后,另一个连接管子或提供者等固定在阀的另一侧。也就是,基于传统结构的阀只有控制流体的流量的功能,进一步地说,需要单独的过滤部件过滤含在流体中的异物等,而且也需要特殊的节水部件以节省流体如水等,因为这种阀没有节水功能。
此外,如果安装过滤和节水部件,那么在部件的安装或替换中必须避免流体的流动,但在使用这种阀中,没有切断流体流量的功能。换句话说,应该中断流体的最初的供应源。因此,这种安装和替换工作很不方便而且流体损失严重。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种具有节水功能的阀接头,在阀中用来供应或切断流体如气体等,其中,在阀体一侧中形成通孔部分,并且通过此通孔部分,用来过滤的滤网和节水球以及单向阀或能检验流体的流量的仪器等安装在阀具有的通断部分中,由此过滤流过阀的流体如水等并执行流体的节水功能,导致检验流体的流量且预防流体逆流,并且在没有流体泄漏的情况下就能执行这些零件的替换工作。

现在将详细参考本发明的优选实施例,该发明的例子在附图中阐明。
根据本发明,在用来供应或切断流体如水等的球阀型的阀接头中,该球阀型阀接头有手柄2和通道3,具有节水功能的阀接头的构造特征是:在阀主体1的一侧面上形成插入孔4,具有滤网6的节水部件5插入安装在插入孔4中以便插入通道3中,而且通过盖7封闭插入孔4。
具有滤网6的节水部件5具有在其一侧面上形成多个节水孔8,而且滤网6的一侧安装有销9。通道3安装有单向阀10。
单向阀10具有放置在其一侧中的止逆端11,具有在止逆端11的一定向位置放入衬垫(packing)13,和具有在倾斜状态形成的控制球12。还可以将弹性部件14安装在止逆端11和控制球12之间,且在插入孔4中放置流量检验仪器去检验流体流量。
利用这种发明的结构去供应或切断流体如水等。也就是说,在具有手柄2和通道3组成的球阀型阀接头中,阀主体1的手柄2是在锁定状态下,并且具有滤网6的节水部件5插过在主体1的一侧面上形成的插入孔4,然后,具有滤网6的节水部件5插在阀主体1的通道3中。在这种状态下,用盖7盖住插入孔4,并且手柄2转换到松开状态,以便流体如水等流动。具有滤网6的节水部件5具有多个节水孔8的构造,并且销9安装在滤网6的一侧上以借此阻止流体如水等过多地流动,即通过节水操作使流体在节水状态下流动,通过滤网6过滤含在流体中的异物,其中,流体如水等通过节水部件5的节水孔8流动。
在这种发明使用的情况下,在通过一个新的部件替换具有滤网6的节水部件5中,在阀的手柄2变换到锁定状态和移走盖7的情况下通过拧紧和拔出销9可把具有滤网6的节水部件5换成另一个。这时,也就是,在替换工作中间,可阻止流体如水等泄漏因为在替换工作期间关闭了阀。
此外,在阀主体1中通过插入孔4安装单向阀10,该单向阀10具有止逆端11,衬垫13和在倾斜状态中形成的控制球12。在这种构造安装中,通过阀流动的流体通过控制球12的操作只能在一个方向中流动,并且通过止逆操作可阻止逆流现象。在弹性部件14安装在止逆端11和控制球12之间的构造的情况下,逆流预防法操作可能也是有效的。除了这种单向阀外,能检验流体流量的流量检验仪器可安装在插入孔中,然后可使用。由此,阀作为球阀构造更理想,以便通过这种球阀可控制流体的流动。
工业适用性
如前述,根据本发明,在阀中形成有插入孔,具有滤网6的节水部件5或单向阀插入安装在插入孔中而形成,并且通过这个插入孔,插入安装具有滤网6的节水部件5和单向阀或流体流量检验仪器等。因此,在没有泄漏现象甚至在阀的安装状态下,可简单地和轻易地替换零件,而且通过阀和节水操作排除含在流体中的异物。此外,可容易地运用在需要防止流体逆流的地方因为在这里一定执行止逆操作。

Claims (5)
1.一种具有节水功能的阀接头,其在用来供应或切断流体如水等的球阀型阀接头中,球阀型阀接头具有手柄和通道,所述的阀接头特征在于:在所述阀主体的一侧面上形成有插入孔,具有滤网的节水部件插入安装在所述插入孔中以便插入所述通道中,所述插入孔被一个盖封闭。
2.如权利要求1所述的阀接头,其特征在于,所述的具有滤网的节水部件具有在其一侧上形成的多个节水孔,所述的滤网的一侧具有用于更换的销。
3.如权利要求1所述的阀接头,其特征在于,所述的通道安装有单向阀。
4.如权利要求3所述的阀接头,其特征在于,所述的单向阀具有在其一端设置的止逆端,在止逆端的一定向位置放入的衬垫,和在倾斜状态下形成的控制球。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的阀接头,其特征在于,一个弹性部件安装在所述的止逆端与所述的控制球之间。
