Abstract
本发明涉及用于装载饮料的隔热背罐,包括一设有用于背部运输的带(2)的袋(1),其内部设有一用于饮料的容器(3)。上述容器(3)上设有一开口,该开口中插入一能够吸取饮料的柔性管(4)。在上述袋(1)与上述容器(3)之间设有一个或多个抽空板(5,6),该抽空板(5,6)包括一其中封闭有平均颗粒尺寸低于100毫微米的惰性材料粉末的外壳。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于运动员的隔热背罐,适于运送水或其它饮料同时保持它们的温度恒定,并且不必取下背罐而能够饮用上述饮料。
已经知道,进行长时间体育活动的人需要频繁饮水,以防止脱水。由于某些类型的活动,如自行车运动,运动员的手总在使用,建议一种内部装有饮料容器的背罐。上述容器设有一细管,运动员可通过该细管吸取饮料,因而他不必停止活动就能够饮用。背罐可以通过纤维隔离件如玻璃绒或石棉绒隔热。
但这些材料的隔热特性不足以在长时间内保持饮料的温度恒定。
为解决这个问题,设想通过用公知类型的隔热抽空板来对背罐进行隔热,如由容纳在抽空外壳中的具有开放的微孔的聚合泡沫的板制成的。
但这些板是刚性的,难以调整成背罐的壁,背罐的壁最好具有解剖的和可选择地非刚性的形状,当加注饮料时体积较大,当饮料消耗后体积逐渐减小。
另外,由于上述外壳的一个基本要求是较高的气密性,它是由包含铝层的隔离片形成的,使外壳自身有一定的易碎性。因此上述板应当设置于一最好是刚性的保持结构中,以防止外壳破裂,这会损害板的隔热性能。
因此本发明的目的是提供一种没有上述缺点的隔热背罐。上述目的通过一隔热背罐实现,其主要特征在第一权利要求中列出,其它特征在随后的权利要求中列出。
用于对根据本发明的背罐进行隔热的板使用惰性材料粉末作为填充材料,惰性材料粉末的平均颗粒尺寸低于100毫微米(nm),最好是在约2到20毫微米之间。通过使用这些粉末已经发现,板的导热性能仅略微改变,特别是对于多达几十毫巴的内部压力保持在低于约8mW/m·K,与基于聚合泡沫的板不同,其在内部压力高于约1毫巴其导热性能快速提高。由此,能够在根据本发明的抽空板内部保持甚至高于10毫巴的压力,因而不必使用包含铝片的外壳,这在高温应用中是完全必要的。这种以可以忽略的代价减少热桥的特殊措施,使得能够几乎完全利用本发明抽空板中填充材料的隔热性能。由于它们减小的尺寸,粉末颗粒能够由于粘合或静电力而形成尺寸为几微米(μm)或甚至更高的团块,而不会改变板的隔热性能。
通过使用一块非常细的惰性材料粉末作为填充料,能够获得可弯曲或成弧形的抽空板,使它们能够适应必须插入其中的背罐的解剖形状,以及当填充或排出饮料时容器形状和体积的最终变化。
另外,由于它们的外壳由不包含铝层的塑料多层形成,用于本发明隔热背罐的抽空板比基于聚合泡沫的已知板更坚固,不需要提供用于防止外壳意外破裂的保护结构就能置于同一背罐中。
根据本发明的一个特别方面,粉末的惰性材料是最好与矿物纤维混合的硅石,因而它很容易压缩,从而制造出厚度为几个毫米的块,可置于外壳中,抽空,并随后相对容易地弯成弧形。

参照图1,示出根据本发明上述实施例的背罐,包括一由柔性材料如纤维制成的袋1,设有两个用于在背部运输的带2。上述袋1中定位有一个由液密材料制成的容器3,用于盛水或其它新鲜饮料。上述容器除一小的上部开口外完全封装,该开口通过一具有麦杆功能的小管4使饮料出来。事实上,上述管4的一端没入容器内部的饮料中,而另一端在运动员想饮用时插在其嘴唇中间。
在优选实施例中,容器3由一由柔性材料如塑料片制成的外壳形成,但在其它实施例中可使用公知的容纳营养饮料的任何其它材料。
管4可在其中心部分紧固到其中一个带2上,使它总是位于运动员能够够得到的地方。
参照图2,两个抽空的略微弧形的板5和6位于容器3的外部。上述板并排设置,从而一起形成一基本上管状的本体,该本体的腔室由容器3占据。此外,两个抽空板5和6可通过将它们的侧部凸缘成对地胶粘或焊接而相互紧固。
抽空板5和6的厚度例如在4到15毫米之间,由可选择地金属化的夹层塑料制成的外壳形成,其中封闭有非常细的惰性材料如硅石的粉末。用于外壳的塑料材料可以是任何认为适于建造传统类型抽空板的公知材料,如聚烯烃。外壳内部的压力低于50毫巴,而硅石粉末最好与矿物纤维特别是玻璃纤维混合。硅石最好是火成硅石,这是硅石的一种形式,其通过根据下面的反应式在适当腔室中燃烧SiCl4和氧气而获得:
通过这个反应获得的硅石是尺寸在几个毫微米到几十个毫微米之间的颗粒形式,可以有选择地结块,形成如前所述更大尺寸的颗粒。火成硅石例如由美国公司CABOT公司以Nanogel®为商标生产和销售,或者由德国公司Wacker GmbH生产和销售。
本实施例中,袋1的内部空间完全由容器3以及环绕其设置的隔离板5和6占据,但在其它实施例中,上述袋1可设置更多的隔间和侧部口袋,用于除饮料之外还运输其它物品或食品。
在保留在本发明自身的范围内的情况下,本领域技术人员可以对所描述和图示的实施例作进一步的变化和/或增加。
Claims (9)
1.用于装载饮料的隔热背罐,包括一设有用于背部运输的带(2)的袋(1),其内部设有一用于饮料的容器(3),该容器(3)上设有一开口,该开口中插入一能够吸取饮料的柔性管(4),其特征在于,在上述袋(1)与上述容器(3)之间设有一个或多个抽空板(5,6),该抽空板(5,6)包括一其中封闭有平均颗粒尺寸低于100毫微米的惰性材料粉末的外壳。
2.根据前述权利要求所述的隔热背罐,其特征在于,惰性材料粉末颗粒的平均尺寸在2到20毫微米之间。
3.根据前述权利要求中的一项所述的隔热背罐,其特征在于,该外壳由塑性的,可选择地金属化的材料制成。
4.根据前述权利要求中的一项所述的隔热背罐,其特征在于,惰性材料粉末与矿物纤维混合。
5.根据前述权利要求所述的隔热背罐,其特征在于,上述矿物纤维是玻璃纤维。
6.根据前述权利要求之一所述的隔热背罐,其特征在于,上述惰性材料是硅石。
7.根据前述权利要求所述的隔热背罐,其特征在于,该硅石是火成硅石。
8.根据前述权利要求所述的隔热背罐,其特征在于,上述抽空板(5,6)的厚度在4到15毫米之间。
9.根据前述权利要求中的一项所述的隔热背罐,其特征在于,上述抽空板(5,6)是两个,它们为弧形,并通过它们的凸缘而相互紧固,因而它们一起形成了一个其腔室由容器(3)占据的管状本体。
