Abstract

本发明涉及一种无机不燃板及其应用,其特征在于组成为:轻烧氧化镁粉(MgO含量≥85%)80~130份;卤片(MgCl2≥46%)30~60份;水40~70份;粉煤灰5~40份;木屑10~30份;膨胀珍珠岩(粒径1~5mm)0~25份;复合抗水添加剂;0.1~5份;玻纤网格布(中碱玻璃50~200g/m2)2层;无纺布(丙纶16~20g/m2)2层;所述的复合抗水添加剂为磷酸盐复合的硫酸盐,复合比为1∶9~9∶1;粉煤灰作掺和剂;提供的无机不燃板具有轻质、高强、隔热、阻燃、隔声、无毒无害且可机械加工优点,可广泛用于隔墙、吊顶板及住宅“平改坡”中屋面板和钢结构防火板。

无机不燃板及其应用
技术领域
本发明涉及一种无机不燃板及其应用,属于镁质胶凝材料领域。
背景技术
氯氧镁水泥具有硬化快、硬度高、防火性能好以及与许多隔音隔热材料的混和性能好等优点,然而它在水中的可溶性却大大地限制了应用范围。从已积累的知识可知,常温下氯氧镁水泥硬化后的主要水化产品是5Mg(OH)2·MgCl2·8H2O(简称5相)和3Mg(OH)2·MgCl2·8H2O(简称3相)。研究表明,5相是对氯氧镁水泥固化并产生强度起主要贡献的相,5相晶体形态主要为针状、长柱状,并且彼此相互交叉连结成网状结构。然而在一定条件下,5相会转化为3相,所以应设法在MgO-MgCl2-H2O体系中,严格控制配比,尽可能抑制5相向3相的转化。
基于以上认识,有的发明专利提供了一种新型抗水镁水泥(CN1225344A);有的提供了一种加气轻质墙体板材,容重≤0.5g/cm3(CN1263065A)。更多的是无机防火板的报道,如上海海运集团报道了一种无机防火板,它是以无机材料为基体,加入不同的添加剂后,采用特殊工艺制成,主要成份为MgO、MgCl2及无机增强纤维(海运科技1995(8)9.8-9);又如山东建材学院材料科学与工程系研制的“复合防火宝丽板”(建材新拉技1995(4)17-19)是由无机胶凝材料、玻璃纤维、增钢材料、外加剂等复合制成,它是以菱苦为主要胶凝材料;再如US 5767178报道美国pyrotite公司研制的防水、防火板是由纤维素物质、氯氧镁水泥或硫氧镁水泥等组成,可作地板、墙板及其他板材。
综上所述,所介绍的现有技术中报道的耐火板或防火板均是含有纤维,它或为玻璃纤维、或为无机增强纤维或纤维素物质,由于纤维的加入虽使防火板材的强度、阻燃性能大大改善,但其成本提高和制作工艺复杂。且至今为止尚无见有以粉煤灰作掺和剂的报道。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中广泛使用纤维来提高其强度和阻燃性,本发明的目的在于提供一种高性能的无机不燃板,它不仅具有轻质、隔热、隔声、无毒无害而且防火、可机械加工,不但可用作护墙板、吊顶板、隔声板,而且可用于“平改坡”项目中的屋面板及钢结构的防火保护。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实施的:
提供的无机不燃板的具体组成为(重量):
轻烧氧化镁粉(MgO含量≥85%)             80~130份
卤片(MgCl2≥46%)                       30~60份
水                                        40~70份
粉煤灰                                    5~40份
木屑                                      10~30份
膨胀珍珠岩(粒径1~5mm)                    0~25份
复合抗水添加剂                            0.1~5份
玻纤网格布(中碱玻璃,50~200g/m2)        2层
无纺布(丙纶,16~20g/m2)                 2层
本发明使用粉煤灰作为掺和剂;且与基材发生反应,在5相周围形成不溶于水的化合物,从而使5相不易转化为3相。以木屑和膨胀珍珠岩作为填充料;抗水添加剂为磷酸盐复合的硫酸盐,复合比1∶9~9∶1,所述的磷酸盐是磷酸二氢钙、磷酸二氢镁、磷酸二氢铝、磷酸二氢钠或磷酸二氢锌中一种;所述的硫酸盐是硫酸铝、硫酸铜或硫酸亚铁中一种。
用中碱玻璃的玻纤网格布取代现有技术中使用的纤维材料可大大降低生产成本和简化工艺过程,可避免纤维分布不均问题,或为解决玻纤均匀分布而采用的复杂工艺或设备,且依需要,玻纤网格布的网格密度可在相当宽的范围内调节,随制品厚度的增加,网格密度可从50~200g/cm2增加(详见实施例),网格布和无纺布分别位于复合板的二个表面,起支撑作用。
本发明制成的无机不燃板适用于吊顶、屋面板、隔墙和钢结构防火保护。具体已用于上海国际儿童福利院的屋面板,浦东交银大厦南楼的隔墙和吊顶,浦东国际机场和金桥日本东芝厂房的隔墙,通用汽车的钢结构配套项目和中福大厦钢结构防火保护等。通常作吊顶用厚度3~6mm;屋面板、隔墙的厚度8~12mm;钢结构防火保护一般10~12mm,具体视工程实际要求而定。
总之,本发明提供的无机不燃板(DF板)具有轻质、高强、隔热、隔声、阻燃、无毒无害、经久耐用(冷暖循环≥25次、不起层、无裂纹)、可机械加工等优点,不但可用作护墙板、吊顶板、隔声板、通风管道、车船体装饰板,而且适用于住宅“平改坡”项目中的屋面板和钢结构防火保护,应用前景良好。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明实质性特点和显著进步。
实施例一
轻烧氧化镁粉100份、卤片50份、水50份、粉煤灰30份、木屑25份、复合添加剂0.3份、复合抗水添加剂的具体组成是磷酸二氢锌复合的硫酸铜,二者的比例为2∶8、玻纤网格布(70g/m2)二层、无纺布(18g/m2)二层;3mm厚DF板,经28天养护后测得抗折强度19.5Mpa;本实施例制得的无机不燃板适用于吊顶。
实施例二
轻烧氧化镁粉100份、卤片50份、水50份、粉煤灰30份、木屑20份、复合添加剂0.8份、复合抗水添加剂组成和比例为:磷酸二氢镁/硫酸铝=7∶3、玻纤网格布(90g/m2)二层、无纺布(18g/m2)二层;6mm厚DF板,经28天养护后测得抗折强度16.0Mpa。本实施例制成的无机不燃板适用于吊顶。
实施例三
轻烧氧化镁粉100份、卤片52份、水48份、粉煤灰25份、木屑30份、复合添加剂1.8份、复合抗水添加剂组成为磷酸二氢钙复合的硫酸亚铁,二者比例为6∶4、玻纤网格布(150g/m2)二层、无纺布(18g/m2)二层;8mm厚DF板,经28天养护后测得抗折强度14.2Mpa;本实施例制得的无机不燃板适用于屋面板、隔墙、钢结构防护板。
实施例四
轻烧氧化镁粉100份、卤片52份、水48份、粉煤灰25份、木屑15份、膨胀珍珠岩15份、复合添加剂2.4份、复合添加剂的组份为磷酸二氢铝复合的硫酸铜,二者的比例为2∶8,玻纤网格布(200g/m2)二层、无纺布(18g/m2)二层;10mm厚DF板,经28天养护后测得抗折强度12.0Mpa;本实施例制得的无机不燃板适用于屋面板、隔墙、钢结构防护板。
实施例五
轻烧氧化镁粉100份、卤片52份、水48份、粉煤灰20份、木屑20份、膨胀珍珠岩20份、复合添加剂4份、复合抗水添加剂组份为磷酸二氢钠复合的硫酸铜,二者复合比例为9∶1,玻纤网格布(200g/m2)二层、无纺布(18g/m2)二层;12mm厚DF板,经28天养护后测得抗折强度10.2Mpa;本实施例制成的无机不燃复合板适用于隔墙、钢结构防火保护。

Claims (6)

1、一种无机不燃板,其组成含有轻烧氧化镁、卤片、水、木屑、膨胀珍珠岩、玻璃网格布和无纺布,其特征在于:
(1)组成中还有作为掺和剂的粉煤灰和复合抗水添加剂;
(2)所述的复合抗水添加剂为磷酸盐复合的硫酸盐,复合比1∶9~9∶1;
(3)具体组成为(重量):
轻烧氧化镁粉                       80~130份
卤片                              30~60份
水                                40~70份
粉煤灰                            5~40份
木屑                              10~30份
膨胀珍珠岩(粒径1~5mm)             0~25份
复合抗水添加剂                     0.1~5份
玻纤网格布                         2层
无纺布                             2层。
2、按权利要求1所述的无机不燃板,其特征在于所述复合添加剂中磷酸盐是磷酸二氢钙、磷酸二氢镁、磷酸二氢铝、磷酸二氢钠或磷酸二氢锌中一种;硫酸盐是硫酸铝、硫酸铜或硫酸亚铁中一种。
3、按权利要求1所述的无机不燃板,其特征在于所述的轻烧氧化镁粉的MgO含量≥85%;卤片的MgCl2≥46%。
4、按权利要求1所述的无机不燃板,其特征在于所述的无机不燃板,其特征在于所述的玻纤网格布为中碱玻璃纤维网格布,规格为50~200g/m2
5、按权利要求1所述的无机不燃板应用于吊顶、屋面板、隔墙和钢结构防火保护。
6、按权利要求5所述的无机不燃板应用,其特征在于用于吊顶的不燃板厚度为3~6mm;用于屋面板、用于隔墙的厚度为3~12mm,用于钢结构防火保护厚度为10~12mm。
