Abstract

本发明公开了一种片状染色分纱工艺，该工艺分为分轴工艺过程和分纱工艺过程；分轴工艺过程是：将现成的长经轴片状纱线→将每根线放在分纱器→经导向罗拉→按需求的线头数量分别引入卷绕在短经轴→形成较少线头的片状纱线；分纱工艺过程：将短经轴的片状纱线→经导向罗拉→将每根纱线放在分纱器→再以垂直于或平行于分纱主机的方向引入断纱自停器→再通过喂入罗拉→打成单根的筒子；这种生产工艺不但大大减小了分纱机的体积，而且还减少了断线所引起的影响，提高了工作效率。

背景技术
目前，市场上的纺织纱线都是片状(多根线头)纱线，这种纺织纱线只能适用于梭织机器，不适用于针织机器，而针织机器只能单根头纱线，所以必须把市场上的片状(多根线头)纱线分成少线头的纱线，最后分为单根纱线来适用针织机器。
本发明的目的在于提供一种能使片状(多根线头)纱线分成适用于针织的单根线头的纱线的片状或束状染色分纱工艺。
为实现上述目的，本发明的一种片状或束状染色分成单纱工艺，其特征在于：该工艺分为分轴工艺过程和分纱工艺过程；分轴工艺过程是：将现成的长经轴片状纱线→将每根线放在分纱器→经导向罗拉→按需求的线头数量分别引入卷绕在短经轴→形成较少线头的片状纱线；分纱工艺过程：将短经轴的片状纱线→经导向罗拉→将每根纱线放在分纱器→再以垂直于分纱主机的方向引入断纱自停器→再通过喂入罗拉→打成单根的有边筒子。
采用这样的工艺后，不但大大减小了分纱机的体积，而且还减少了断线所引起的影响，提高了工作效率。

具体实施方案
如图1所示的本发明的一种片状染色分纱工艺，其特征在于：该工艺分为分轴工艺过程和分纱工艺过程；分轴工艺过程是：将现成的长经轴片状纱线→将每根线放在分纱器→经导向罗拉→按需求的线头数量分别引入卷绕在短经轴→形成较少线头的片状纱线；分纱工艺过程：将短经轴的片状纱线→经导向罗拉→将每根纱线放在分纱器→再以垂直于或平行于分纱主机的方向引入断纱自停器→再通过喂入罗拉→打成单根的有边筒子。如图2，本发明的一种纱线分轴工艺过程：片状(多根线头)纱线安装在长经轴5上，在短经轴1上套上多个纱线筒，这样片状(多根线头)纱线通过分纱器3的分纱作用和长经轴导向罗拉2、短经轴1导向罗拉2的导向作用，由电机6带动短经轴1通过纱线带动长经轴5，使长经轴5上的片状(多根线头)纱线分别缠绕在短经轴1上的较少线头的纱线筒，从而使多根线头纱线变为较少线头的片状纱线，方便下一个工序工作。如图3，本发明的分纱工艺过程：片状(多根线头)纱线安装在短经轴1，电机12通过传动链10筒子轴6旋转，传动筒子7上的纱线从短经轴1上的片状(多根线头)纱线向多个筒子7上缠绕，从而使多根线头纱线变为单根线头纱线，方便针织机器工作。

1、一种片状染色分纱工艺，其特征在于：该工艺分为分轴工艺过程和分纱工艺过程；分轴工艺过程是：将现成的长经轴片状纱线→将每根线放在分纱器→经导向罗拉→按需求的线头数量分别引入卷绕在短经轴→形成较少线头的片状纱线；分纱工艺过程：将短经轴的片状纱线→经导向罗拉→将每根纱线放在分纱器→再以垂直于分纱主机的方向引入断纱自停器→再通过喂入罗拉→打成单根的筒子。
