Description

保护器具
本发明涉及一种用于免受冲击和强力伤害的器具，尤其用于防止运动人员受到这样的伤害。
在诸如足球之类的某些运动中，运动员的小腿尤其容易受伤，包括小腿胫骨撞伤、内胫上的肌肉软组织肿胀、腿的腓部和后部擦伤、以及跟腱肿胀或撞伤。这些伤害大多数都是因碰撞引起的，但也可能是肌肉和肌腱扭伤。
传统的防伤装置通常包括诸如适于施加在身体的关节或敏感部位的弹性套以及称作胫骨垫(即单片式的刚性护罩，它们例如穿戴在足球袜的下面)的装置。现有的胫骨垫设计虽然有一定效用，但它对许多上述类型的伤害只能提供有限的保护。标准胫骨垫的一个弱点在于，由于迎面的或侧面的碰撞。胫骨垫容易在袜子下面绕小腿滑动，因而无法提供足够的防撞保护。

在提供充分保护的同时，穿戴者必须能保持完全的运动自由度，以不致影响身体活动能力，同时确保不会因动作不自然或受阻而使肌肉受伤。
专利说明书GB2328859描述了一种保护器具，它包括一适于穿戴在身体一部分上而紧密贴合于其形状的柔性织物或衬套以及多块互连的抗冲击材料板，这些板连接于或适于连接于柔性织物或衬套，诸如以便允许板之间产生有限的相对运动。这些板描述为直接连接于柔性织物或衬套，或者穿到一中央弹性条上，该弹性条连接于柔性织物或衬套。这些板可彼此和相对于弹性条单个地和独立地移动。在GB2328859所描述的另一个实施例中，这些板通过单个和直接地缝合到柔性织物或衬套上而相互连接，而不是在一共用条上连接于一起。

图1所示用于穿戴在小腿上的现有器具包括一由伸展性氯丁橡胶制成的内部弹性袜10，该弹性袜很象一弹性关节保护器，只是它从膝盖下方一直到脚踝周围覆盖整个小腿。弹性袜10的形状制成腿部的自然形状，贴抱住肌肉和肌腱的结构，并提供一防滑基底供器具保持在上面。弹性袜10的材料可提供优良的夹紧性能，帮助其保持于适当位置，同时确保小腿可完全自由运动，而且还可提供一脚蹬件11穿扣于脚底。

由于紧密贴合于腿部形状，整个器具可以很容易地穿戴于例如足球袜的下面，因而可被其遮盖。
类似的器具可以适用于身体的任何部分上，但尤其适用于那些最容易受冲击伤害的部分。
下面参见图2，按照本发明的第一实施例，面板12构制成能够可拆地连接于弹性袜10或任何穿戴于待保护的身体部分上的物件。因此，板15设置成搭接关系，每块板例如通过缝合连接于弹性背衬件或系带16。在该实施例中，可以在标号17处看到缝合，因而仅利用系带16的弹性，板15就可以相对移动。
因此，该器具由它所要附连的物件独立地构成，从而可以在任何选定的位置施加于该物件。诸如注册商标为VELCRO的钩/环式固定带18被永久性地连接于系带16的两端区域，因而器具可以很容易地连接衣服和从衣服上拆下。

系带16的弹性可将板15保持在正确的相对取向，但在器具因系带的柔性和弹性而弯曲时，允许这些板之间有相对移动。
除了VELCRO固定带18，系带的端部可以用粘性带、揿扣等可拆地附连于衣服，并可在上面更换。通过使该器具成为可拆式的，便可以用一个具有不同刚性和柔性特性的器具来替代当前的器具或者磨损或损坏的器具。

因此，器具46可从弹性袜45上拆下，以便于清洗和在损坏时进行更换。器具46的可拆性使穿戴者能够选择所需要的抗冲击特性。因此，可以得到具有多种刚度级别的器具。
下面参见图16，在另一种结构中，系带50直接由一VELCRO条56代替，该VELCRO条可以通过缝制和/或粘接而附连于任何或所有板48。在某些情况下，VELCRO条足以将板48沿VELCRO条保持在固定的相对布置，但为了增加安全性，可将两块位于端部的板缝制于VELCRO条。
可选择的是，可以在端板48的侧部区域设置揿扣或另外的VELCRO连接装置57，用以与袜子或衣服接合，从而增加安全性，防止板的侧边在使用中抬起。这种附加的连接装置可以设置在部分或所有的板48上。
下面参见图17，可以看到，板15可以穿设安装(或缝制)于一对以隔开并平行的方式沿器具设置的系带60(它们可以是弹性的，或者是VELCRO条)上，从而有助于防止各块板发生扭转或转动，但仍在它们之间提供足够的相对移动能力。这两条系带也可用于防止板的侧部区域抬起，并使板组保持正确的对齐和搭接度。或者，可以提供一单条的宽系带。
可以得到多种厚度或者刚度和强度级别的保护器具。例如，最近刚受伤的使用者可以先施加一个较厚或较重级别的器具，然后在康复期中降低其厚度和重量。
由此可见，由于能将器具从一特定衣服上拆下，并能在需要时对其进行更换，这使得可以选用不同的保护性能，并且，器具可以从衣服上拆下，以便对衣服和器具进行清洗。
虽然该保护器具用于从事运动的人员较为理想，但它也可以用于执法人员或用于医疗和外科场合，例如，需要将一身肢固定，或者仅仅防止其被触摸或冲击。
有了一条中央共用系带(或一对隔开并平行的系带)，该系带最好是、但并不一定要是弹性的，因而使保护器具成为整装的，它制造方便，并能得到不同的宽度和厚度。而且，某一特定器具可以通过拆除若干板13而减小其长度，例如，可将系带切成所需的长度。
该保护器具能够将冲击能分布和消散到整个板组上，从而使穿戴者对冲击效应能有一定程度的控制。例如，在运动环境中，由于力的消散，撞击到器具上的球的回弹速度和方向可以更好地由运动员所控制。

Claims (19)

1.一种撞伤和扭伤保护器具，包括多块互连的抗冲击材料板，这些板连接于或适于连接于一待穿戴在身体一部分上的物件，使板之间能产生有限的相对运动；其特征在于，这些板沿一共用背衬件对齐；并且设置有将该器具可拆地安装于待穿戴物件上的装置。

17.如前述任一项权利要求所述的器具，其特征在于，至少部分互连板形成为各由一外壳和一内芯构成，该内芯相对于外壳具有更高的抗冲击性能。
18.如权利要求1所述的器具，其特征在于，该背衬件由至少一条钩/环式固定件形成，互连板以彼此搭接的关系穿设安装于其上。
19.如权利要求1所述的器具，其特征在于，该背衬件沿该行互连板的中央延伸，并且可拆地设置有其它固定装置用以将至少部分所述板的外侧区域固定于一衣服，以防止所述外侧区域在使用中抬起。
