技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于在抽血小管中产生真空的抽真空装置,该装置在装置外壳内包括一个真空泵和一个与该真空泵电连接的压力测量装置,该真空泵具有一个通过导管连接的抽气针,该抽气针在抽血小管插到导入承接件中时刺穿管口薄膜。
背景技术
DE2908817A1公开了这样一种用于血液排出系统的抽真空装置,它适于在使用抽血小管之前或使用当时在所需要的抽血小管中产生真空,比如在一天的开始所抽的真空就能满足一天的需要。该抽真空装置在装置外壳内有一中空抽气针,它通过具有压力测量装置的导管与一由电动机带动的真空泵相连。抽气针被一导入漏斗包围,抽血小管被插入该漏斗内,直至密封管内部的膜被针尖刺破。在抽血小管定位于导入漏斗中某位置时,真空泵便被接通,当在导管中所监测到的真空度达到额定值后,便在压力监控下断开真空泵。一旦可被使用的抽血小管从抽气针中拔出后,抽真空装置便可开始下一轮工作。但是,该装置在用于在抽血小管中产生真空时也有不足之处,尤其当抽血小管被取样充满和/或得对不同长度的抽血小管进行抽真空时。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于提供一种所述类型的抽真空装置,它能安全可靠地进行抽真空操作,尤其是在抽血小管被取样充满或者采用不同长度的抽血小管的情况下,也能保证操作的安全性。
根据本发明,该任务是这样解决的,即,导入承接件被设计成以从下至上上升的倾斜状态在装置外壳内移动,且在抽真空过程结束后或取出抽血小管时或之后通过一力优选通过一个弹簧使其导入承接件返回到初始位置。尽管导入承接件处于倾斜状态仍能轻易地提供一足够大的活动空间,即便是在抽真空装置未优选地定位在与由其导入漏斗伸出工作台的前边缘位置的情况下。根据本发明所述的该倾斜状态确保了在任何情况下都不会使取样从需要获得真空的抽血小管中被抽走。通过导入承接件在弹簧、配重、压力垫等物体产生的力作用下确定的移动性,一方面能使它自动回复到初始位置,另一方面不管抽血小管长短如何,都可保证抽血小管在抽气位置上具有足够长的握持长度。

具体实施方式
图1和图2中示出的抽真空装置1通过其装置外壳2布置在工作台3上。在此,保证了安放于工作台3正面的装置外壳2的止动边缘4定位准确,因此抽真空装置1无需使用固定螺丝和/或夹子。作为一种替换和/或补充,抽真空装置1也可以被安装在工作台3的防滑底座上。
用于容纳要抽真空的抽血小管5的导入承接件6由一导入漏斗7a组成。在该实施例中,该导入漏斗与中心承接件7b一体形成。导入承接件6在装置外壳2中被从下端至上端,即由外端到内端上升地倾斜布置。这种斜度使得取样8尽可能地留在抽血小管5的底端区域中,如取样水平面9所示得那样,且因此它不会到达为产生真空而伸入管内部的抽气针10的作用区域;由此防止取样被吸入或吸出。
如图2所示,在抽血小管5插入导入漏斗7a和中心承接件7b时,抽气针10在抽气位置上刺穿管口薄膜11,其中导入漏斗7a和中心承接件7b回缩一距离Y,抽气针10通过一连接导管12与一个由电动机(未示出)带动的真空泵13相连,如果在抽血小管5中获得所希望的真空,在压力监控下该真空泵便断开。
如图2,在例如压力弹簧产生的压缩力F的作用下,置于倾斜位置的导入承接件6保持在从装置外壳2伸出的位置即初始位置。在抽血小管5或导入漏斗7a连同中心承接件7b插入后,其中抽气机构在某一位置克服阻力工作,以箭头方向14上克服压缩力F进入装置外壳2,而保证操作人员有足够长的握持长度。处于抽气位置(图2)的抽血小管5的握持长度X2等于处于初始位置的抽血小管5的握持长度X1(参见图1)。
图3和4中示出了另一构型的抽真空装置100,其中相同的构件采用相同的附图标记表示,它与上述构型的区别仅在于,导入漏斗17a和导入承接件106的中心承接件17b为两个构件,在该实施例中,导入漏斗17a被固定在装置外壳2上无法移动,移动距离Y也就显现在装置内部。与其他装置构型不同的是,在同时充当止挡的导入漏斗17a的接管15上导向的并形成导入承接件106漏斗底端的中心承接件17b在抽血小管5被插入后(参见图3中的初始位置)克服力F移动到如图4抽气机构工作的抽气位置。
该装置在任何情况下都不会给操作人员带来危险,例如手指不会够到抽气针10或移位机构的区域,一旦在已被插入的抽血小管5露出其抽气针10,其抽气针的针尖会立即进入提供保护的管内。此外,抽血小管5的从导入承接件6或106突出的自由长度X1和X2始终足够长,并通过止挡限制导入承接件6或106的移动,这样抽血小管5就可在任何一位置无变化地被较好地夹住。

该导入承接件(6;106)被设计成以从下至上上升的倾斜状态在装置外壳(2)内移动,且导入承接件(6;106)在抽真空过程结束后在取出抽血小管(5)期间或之后通过一力(F)优选通过一个弹簧返回到初始位置。
