Abstract
本发明提供一种电动玩具枪,枪管内部设一水平向充弹装置,枪管下方设有动力组及击发操作组,前端设一具有横向孔的BB弹补给部,其中心处水平设一横向孔,其前段、中段分别设一具有施压部的充弹室及出弹管,其充弹装置是由气缸、活塞筒、弹簧前导管、活塞弹簧、弹簧后导管、喷咀及封管、充弹弹簧组成;其动力组是由马达、两传动齿轮、及出力齿轮等组成;操作击发组,是由扳机、接手推板、扳机臂、推升件、接手、开关臂、卡掣块及微动开关等组成。
Description
本发明涉及玩具枪的结构技术,是一种电动玩具枪,尤其指枪主体的枪管内部采水平向设有充弹装置,且该充弹装置的气缸内部具有水平向进退自如的活塞筒,此活塞筒的下方以水平向设以齿条,另枪主体的握部内设有动力组,其动力组的出力齿轮对于活塞筒的齿条可接离自如,并扣拉扳机时开关臂会开启微动开关,致使动力组的马达透过两传动齿轮依序驱转出力齿轮,则转动的出力齿轮可连动齿条,并齿轮的动力结合活塞筒内部活塞弹簧的伸张弹力,可使活塞筒的行进速度增加,活塞筒可提高气缸的蓄压力,由气缸排出的气体压力可产生使BB弹向外击出的功效,其具有连续射击及解除射击时,可进行手动射击的作用。
习用电动玩具枪的动力组的动力源是电池,且动力组的出力源是马达,借诸多齿轮的配置及齿轮比的分配,再透过出力轴传达动力方可达到BB弹击出的功效,但最后的出力轴将发生必须的旋转转矩,该出力轴的转矩将使动力组的各齿轮在常态下仍承受负荷,造成各齿轮耐久性不佳、使用寿命减短。
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种电动玩具枪,该电动玩具枪的结构提供一种结合组设于活塞筒内部活塞弹簧的伸张弹力,及出力齿轮对齿条的驱动,致使活塞筒向前行进的速度增加且提高气缸内的蓄压力,其借由排放气缸内高压缩的空气,致使BB弹向外快速击发,其排放高压缩空气的效率增进且稳定性高。
本发明的主要技术方案及技术特征在于:该电动玩具枪,其枪主体的枪管内部设一水平向充弹装置,且枪主体的枪管下方设有动力组及击发操作组,并枪管的前端设一具有横向孔的BB弹补给部,其BB弹补给部的上方设一可推移的活门,于横向孔前段、中段分别设一充弹室及出弹管,在充弹室内部设一施压部;其充弹装置是由气缸、活塞筒、弹簧前导管、活塞弹簧、弹簧后导管、喷咀及封管、充弹弹簧组成;
其动力组是由马达、两传动齿轮、及出力齿轮等组成;其特征在于:
活塞筒的筒壁前段下方预设一卡掣凹部,其下方设有斜路及齿条;
动力组的出力齿轮的中心处设一具有嵌臂口的惰轮,且出力齿轮的各齿排列为扇形;
操作击发组,是由扳机、接手推板、扳机臂、推升件、接手、开关臂、卡掣块及微动开关等组成;扳机的顶端借以枢臂轴与扳机臂前端枢合,其顶端另设一嵌件弧部,扳机的中段借以枢板轴与接手推板的前端枢合;接手推板的中段设一凸块嵌孔;扳机臂的后端借以枢件轴与推升件的下端枢合;推升件下端弧部嵌容于扳机顶端的嵌件弧部中,且推升件下端后方凸设一接手抵块,推升件顶端设有上抵块及侧抵块;接手于偏下方借以枢轴枢固于接手推板的中段上方,且接手的下端设一嵌入接手推板凸块嵌孔中的凸块,接手的顶端因应推升件的接手抵块凹设一抵块嵌部;开关臂,是水平向左、右运动的板体,于开关臂的后端预设惰轮推部,开关臂的中段预设一推拨作用块,前段下方组设一具有按压键的微动开关,开关臂对应按压键的位置设一压键斜面,另开关臂的前端上方预设一容件槽,此容件槽供推臂弹簧及套杆容置;卡掣件是借枢件轴枢设于开关臂的后段推拨作用块的上方,其顶端预设一卡掣凸块,侧部设有连动部一、连动部二,下端设一拨块。其中BB弹补给部除由下向上将枪弹推入充弹室的方式外,也可改为由上向下将检枪弹送入充弹室,这样,原设于BB弹补给部上方的活门可改设于侧部,此由上而下的进弹方式极适合漆弹的进弹使用者。
本发明的主要优点:1、是利用活塞弹簧的伸张弹力结合出力齿轮对应齿条的动力,致使以水平运动向前复位的活塞筒的行进速度加速,且高速行进的活塞筒可使气缸内的气体的蓄压力大幅增进,使BB弹向外击出有利。
2、其充弹装置的活塞筒向后,可借由卡掣件顶端的卡掣凸块与活塞筒的卡掣凹部卡掣定位,于解除射击时可借由手动射击清除可能位于充弹室BB弹向外,对于出力齿轮的齿条而言其常态不使用时不会有负载以达节省动力源的功效。
3、其于气缸内部水平运动的活塞筒可进退自如,且活塞筒外壁下缘的齿条及动力组的出力齿轮可接离自如,扣拉扳机时可借由开关臂开启微动开关,进而是开启动力,这种结构是完全新颖的创新结构。
4、其于常态下出力齿轮与齿条呈不咬合的状态,可降低马达的负荷,可适当延长机要构的使用寿命。
5、其操作击发组的扳机扣拉不放,且接手抵块嵌部与推升件接手抵块对应嵌合时,可使开关臂开启电源的通电状态保持不变,致使BB弹可以连续击发。

本发明的电动玩具枪,如图1所示,其于枪主体10的枪管101内部设一水平向充弹装置1,且枪主体10的枪管101下方设有动力组2及击发操作组3,并枪管101的前端设一具有横向孔104的BB弹补给部102,其BB弹补给部102的上方设一可水平向推移的活门103,且BB弹补给部102可供BB弹108由下往上推送,于横向孔104前段、中段分别设一充弹室105及出弹管107,且充弹室105内部设一施压部106;
其中充弹装置1是由气缸11、活塞筒12、弹簧前导管13、活塞弹簧14、弹簧后导管15、喷咀16及封管17、充弹弹簧18组成;
活塞筒12,是内部设有匚形容件室121的活动式中空筒体,其活塞筒12的前端容置于气缸11内部,且其后端穿出气缸11后方,且基后端向上设一供活门103末端抵触的活塞推部122,该活塞筒12的筒壁前段下方预设一卡掣凹部123,其筒壁下方设有斜路124及齿条125;
气缸11,是固设于BB弹补给部102后方的横向定位中空筒体,其内部由活塞筒12的前段区分为左气室111与右气室112;弹簧前导管3,是嵌固于活塞筒2容件室21内部前端的中空筒体,其与活塞筒2的水平运动同步;
弹簧前导管13,是嵌固于活塞筒12容件室121内部前端的中空筒体,其与活塞筒12的水平运动同步;
活塞弹簧14,是前端套组于弹簧前导管13筒壁外的可压缩及伸张的弹力构件;
弹簧后导管15,是前端伸入活塞筒12的容件室121后段,后端固设于枪管101末端的中空筒体,其筒壁可供活塞弹簧14的后段套合,且其内部的前段设一弹簧容室151、后段设一导杆穿孔152;
喷咀16,是中段开设诸多集气口161、后段设有套合段162的中空筒体,其喷咀16的前段容置于BB弹补给部102的横向孔104后段。
封管17,是具有容物空间171的中空筒体,其前段穿贯弹簧前导管13的中心处,并与喷咀16的后段套固连结,另封管17穿容于弹簧后导管15的弹簧容室151前段,于封管17的容物空间171前段可供喷咀16的套合段162穿入定位,另容物空间171的中段下方开设有穿孔173(如图1所示),于该穿孔173的位置后方借于钩栓174枢设一卡掣钩175,又封管17的的容物空间171后段可供导杆176容置,此导杆176的外延段1761可由内向外穿贯位于封管17后端的通孔177,且外延段1761的后端复穿容于弹簧后导管15的后段导杆穿孔152中,另于导杆176的前段上方预设一弹簧容室1762,此弹簧容室1762可供推钩弹簧1763及推钩元件1764依序容置,并推钩元件1764之前端面抵靠于卡掣钩175的后端面;
充弹弹簧18,是容置于弹簧后导管15内部弹簧容室151内部的可压缩及伸张的弹力构件,其中心处供封管17的外延段1761穿贯;
其动力组2是由马达21、两传动齿轮22、23及出力齿轮24等组成,于动力组2的出力齿轮24的中心处设一具有嵌臂口241的惰轮242,且出力齿轮24的各齿是排列为扇形;
操作击发组3(请一并参阅图1-1),是由扳机31、接手推板32、扳机臂33、推升件34、接手35、开关臂36、卡掣块37及微动开关38等组成;扳机31的顶端借以枢臂轴311与扳机臂33前端枢合,其顶端另侧设一嵌件弧部310,扳机31的中段借以枢板轴312与接手推板32的前端枢合;接手推板32的中段设一凸块嵌孔321;扳机臂33的后端借以枢件轴331与推升件34的下端枢合;推升件34下端弧部嵌容于扳机31顶端的嵌件弧部310上方,且推升件34下端后方凸设一接手抵块341,推升件34顶端设有上抵块342及侧抵块343;接手35于偏下方借以枢轴351枢固于接手推板32的中段上方,且接手35的下端设一嵌入接手推板32凸块嵌孔321中的凸块352,接手35的顶端因应推升件34的接手抵块341凹设一抵块嵌部353;开关臂36,是水平向左、右运动的板体,于开关臂36的后端预设惰轮推部361,开关臂36的中段预设一推拨作用块362,前段下方组设一具有按压键381的微动开关38,开关臂36对应按压键381的位置设一压键斜面363,另开关臂36的前端上方预设一容件槽364,此容件槽364供推臂弹簧365及套杆366容置;卡掣件37是借枢件轴371枢设于开关臂36的后段推拨作用块362的上方,其顶端预设一卡掣凸块372,侧部设有连动部一373、连动部二374,下端设一拨块375。
本发明的BB弹补给部102的BB弹108进弹方式,除由下向上将BB弹推入充弹室的方式外,也可改为由上向下将BB弹送入充弹室(如图5所示),这样,原设于BB弹补给部102上方的活门103可改设于侧部,此由上而下的进弹方式极适合漆弹的使用者。
当电动玩具枪欲进行BB弹射击时,首先得利用活门103将充弹装置1的活塞筒12推向枪管101后方(如图2所示),该活塞筒12的单程水平运动可使BB弹108由补给部横向孔104进入充弹室105的预备射击位置,此时卡掣件37顶端的卡掣凸件372可进入活塞筒12的卡掣凹部123,且开关臂36可因拨块375随卡掣件37逆时针枢转而脱离推拨作用块362的后方(如图2-1所示)致使开关臂36借由推臂弹簧365的伸张弹力推移向后,并开关襞36的后端的惰轮推部361可嵌入出力齿轮24的惰轮242的嵌臂口241,此时微动开关38的按压键381则呈关闭状态。
当使用者扣拉扳机31时(如图3及3-1所示),可透过推升件35顶端上抵块342及侧抵块343与卡掣件37侧设的连动部一373及连动部二374的对应卡合产生推转卡掣件37的作用,并使卡掣件37顶端卡掣凸块372脱离活塞筒12的卡掣凹部123。
待枢转的卡掣件37下端拨块375作用推拨作用块362推移开关臂36向枪主体10的前方移动(如图4及4-1),此时,微动开关38的按压键381可受开关臂36的压键斜面363压制而开启,此时马达21的动力源启动,出力齿轮24可啮合活塞筒12的齿条125逆时针向前,则位于充弹室105的BB弹,可借由活塞弹簧14的伸张弹力及齿轮传动的动力,配合活塞筒12提高气缸11内部蓄压力的作用,达到加速BB弹向外击发的功效。
Claims (2)
1.一种电动玩具枪,其枪主体的枪管内部设一水平向充弹装置,且枪主体的枪管下方设有动力组及击发操作组,并枪管的前端设一具有横向孔的BB弹补给部,其BB弹补给部的上方设一可推移的活门,于横向孔前段、中段分别设一充弹室及出弹管,在充弹室内部设一施压部;其充弹装置是由气缸、活塞筒、弹簧前导管、活塞弹簧、弹簧后导管、喷咀及封管、充弹弹簧组成;其动力组是由马达、两传动齿轮、及出力齿轮等组成;
其特征在于:
活塞筒的筒壁前段下方预设一卡掣凹部,其下方设有斜路及齿条;
动力组的出力齿轮的中心处设一具有嵌臂口的惰轮,且出力齿轮的各齿排列为扇形;
操作击发组,是由扳机、接手推板、扳机臂、推升件、接手、开关臂、卡掣块及微动开关等组成;扳机的顶端借以枢臂轴与扳机臂前端枢合,其顶端另设一嵌件弧部,扳机的中段借以枢板轴与接手推板的前端枢合;接手推板的中段设一凸块嵌孔;扳机臂的后端借以枢件轴与推升件的下端枢合;推升件下端弧部嵌容于扳机顶端的嵌件弧部中,且推升件下端后方凸设一接手抵块,推升件顶端设有上抵块及侧抵块;接手于偏下方借以枢轴枢固于接手推板的中段上方,且接手的下端设一嵌入接手推板凸块嵌孔中的凸块,接手的顶端因应推升件的接手抵块凹设一抵块嵌部;开关臂,是水平向左、右运动的板体,于开关臂的后端预设惰轮推部,开关臂的中段预设一推拨作用块,前段下方组设一具有按压键的微动开关,开关臂对应按压键的位置设一压键斜面,另开关臂的前端上方预设一容件槽,此容件槽供推臂弹簧及套杆容置;卡掣件是借枢件轴枢设于开关臂的后段推拨作用块的上方,其顶端预设一卡掣凸块,侧部设有连动部一、连动部二,下端设一拨块。
2.按照权利要求1所规定的电动玩具枪,其特征在于:该BB弹补给部为由上向下将枪弹送入充弹室的、适合于漆弹的进弹方式的活门设于侧部。
