Abstract

当电视节目的提供增加时，必须找到方法来获得快速进入某一个人喜欢的传播。此外，并未强调此提供总是针对所有的使用者，例如，当它有关成人的传播时。本发明的目的在于提出一种电视节目栅格的处理系统，上游包括一群电视提供的信息，而下游包括特别针对一群使用者的信息。各使用者群具有一组参数，而此组参数被分割成几个子组，每个子组对应于一过滤器层，得以选择所想要的数据的种类。

技术领域
本发明是关于一种电视节目的选择性显示的方法，特别是付费电视节目的显示的方法。
背景技术
为了满足尽可能多的大众，付费电视的提供是以丰富的提议为特征。
当订购一群电视频道时，观众面对极广大的提供，他/她在那些极广大的提供之中有效率地做选择会有困难。
浩瀚的电视节目已经被直接在荧幕上的使用者友好显示所取代，这些节目被称为EPG(“电子节目指南”)。
它们提供不需要报纸的优点，而且它们总是最新的。
所提出的不同的传播包括为了协助观众的选择的种类的指示。通过“种类”来了解诸如“新闻”、“运动”、“小说”等等的指示。
此外，第二类被加到第一类以决定所提出的传播的年龄层。
已知的EPG系统具有一过滤器，它得以根据年龄层的指示来过滤所显示且因此被观众所收视的节目。在特许的使用者起动此系统(例如父母)，依照密码来收视某些类的节目。
虽然此结构提供必要的父母控制，但是对于电视提供的综合显示来说是不够的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种用以过滤正在使用此系统的观众所最可能有兴趣的信息，同时让他/她以很容易的方式收视其他传播的方法。
本发明的目的的达成是通过节目栅格的处理系统，它包括至少二个过滤器层，各过滤器允许选择所想要的传播的种类，第一过滤器层定义一整体过滤器，而后面的层定义一独立过滤器。
主要层用作一共同过滤器。所有使用电视系统的人都将会看到由此第一过滤器所过滤的提供。依照第一密码来存取此层之参数。每个使用者能够将加在它上面的过滤独立器应用于他/她希望观看的传播的提供。
根据本发明的方法的特点之一是直接进入的定义，亦即，能够启动或切断过滤器的功能。
以主要对运动传播有兴趣的使用者为例。为了在一群电视的丰富提供之中迅速地收视他/她喜欢的传播，该使用者将挑选他/她的过滤器，以便仅观看运动传播。对于其他传播一点也没有兴趣的运动迷的使用者看起来有一点抽象。这就是为什么直接进入功能允许例如瞬时地切断运动传播的单一选择，以便显示其他类，例如新闻。
为此目的，直接进入功能能够：
-抑制或启动使用者过滤器，因此允许由共同过滤器所认可的所有传播的观看，或者相反地，仅允许由过滤器所认可的传播的观看。
-加进或删除一或多个种类，因此允许用比以前更广泛的方式来观看，或者相反地，实施缩放功能，亦即，通过单一功能来选择单一种类，例如动物节目。
-来定义过滤器的一或多个种类。
这些直接进入功能提供极广范围的使用的可能性，以便在几个电视频道的广大提供中找到较佳的传播。
根据一实施例，仅使用者的第一辨认要依照密码，直接进入操作其本身被执行而不需要密码。
理想上可以通过为此目的的键而以遥控来获得进入这些功能，根据第一实施例，一个单一键命令与键0到9中的其中一个相链接的直接进入功能，以选择直接进入功能1到10。
根据另一实施例，遥控包括几个为此目的的键，并且只要一点击就足以请求直接进入功能。

具体实施方式
在图1中，一共同层被称为CF。系统的管理者通过特定的密码可以进入此层。在此层中，有可能定义给所有的使用者介入的种类，各使用者的组织被均等地定义于此层，举例来说，为传播的购买指定信用。
为此，在共同层CF上附加一使用者层Un，特别针对各个体，甚至针对诸如小孩的群体。在此层中，一密码首先被定义，它允许进入此层的编辑，以及一对于使用此层的功能来说可能是不同的密码。
这样，将有可能定义直接访问功能，它将会用适当的键而以单一的点击予以执行。
以使用者A为例，其参数被定义于方块U1中。当此使用者起动解码器以辨认他/她时，他/她具有一第一密码。此时，系统辨认A，并将层U1之参数施加于他/她。在此层中，它定义为仅能观看卡通。然后，A将仅能够在卡通的电视提供中间挑选。
在层U1的参数中，直接进入键已经被定义为：加入种类“动物记录影片”。
这样，从使用者A起动键R1的时候开始，他/她能够观看卡通及动物记录影片。
在此例中，直接进入键R2被定义为仅观看运动类。因此，键R2的启动造成先前的观看的取消及运动传播的观看。
禁止其使用者修改使用者层是重要的。举例来说当键U1禁止“成人”类时，共同层认可“成人”类。如果使用者随心所欲地修改他/她的层的参数，则当他/她被共同层所认可时，他们重新得以进入成人节目。根据第一实施例，这就是为什么一特定密码(与使用者的辨认的密码不同)对于修改使用者层的参数是必需的。
根据一实施例，如图2所例举，一中间层IF被附加在共同层与使用者层之间。此层仅让负责共同层的系统的管理者可以进入，并含有使用者可以进入的种类。
这样，我们能够给使用者机会进入他/她的层，并定义他/她的直接进入键，知道他/她将不能够抛弃由共同层所首先定义的结构及中间层。
根据一实施例，通过默认进入的使用者(通常为使用者U1)没有密码。这对协助小孩使用系统是特别有用的。必须小心，以使由此使用者所定义的参数对应于较年幼的使用者。
根据此功能的实施例，系统能够决定哪一个使用者具有最大的限制，并且当系统被起动时，通过默认而将其施加于此使用者。

Claims (7)

1.一种电视节目栅格的处理系统，一方面包括电视频道信息的信息，在其它部分包括特别针对一群使用者的频道信息以及定义使用者描述的参数，这些参数被分割成几组参数，每组对应于一过滤器层，得以选择所想要的信息的一个或多个种类，其特征在于，第一层定义整体(CF)，而后续各层定义针对一群使用者的过滤器。
2.如权利要求1的系统，其特征在于后续各层包括与信息种类的过滤的一个或几个起动或切断功能有关的参数。
3.如权利要求2的系统，其特征在于这些功能包括一个或几个信息种类的加进、抑制或定义。
4.如权利要求3的系统，其特征在于这些功能通过特定的键而以遥控予以起动。
5.如权利要求1至4中任何一项的系统，其特征在于后续各层包括一中间层(IF1..IFn)及一使用者层(U1..Un)。
6.如权利要求5的系统，其特征在于中间层及整体层被相同的密码所保护。
7.如前面任一项权利要求的系统，其特征在于当起动系统时，它选择具有最大限制性的过滤的使用者群。
