Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于安装在胶版印刷机滚筒上的橡胶织物的所谓的底部包衬。
背景技术
如本领域专家所知道的一样,胶版印刷机滚筒由可绕着其轴线转动的中空金属圆筒以及承载在其侧面上的涂橡胶织物薄片(所谓的印刷橡皮布)构成,所述涂橡胶织物在其相对侧面中的每一个上设有横断面为U形的通常由铝制成的金属杆,从而使得它能够安装在涂橡胶织物的相应边缘上然后固定在其上。这两根金属杆用来将涂橡胶织物薄片固定在所述滚筒上。由所述片材获得的橡胶织物包括两层,其中一层为织物而另一层为橡皮(通常为天然橡胶)。
对于每种型号的胶版印刷机而言,其制造商将总厚度表示为橡皮滚筒必须覆盖的厚度,这个覆盖层不仅包括涂橡胶织物薄片(印刷橡皮布)而且还包括所谓的底部包衬,它通常由相当薄的涂橡胶织物的支承薄片(所谓的底衬)和一定数量的厚度不同的分级纸形成,用户必须选择分级纸的厚度以获得必要的底部包衬厚度。支承薄片(底衬)也可以没有,尤其在更加现代的印刷机中,从而在这种情况中底部包衬只由分级纸形成。这些分级纸存放在各种箱子中,每个箱子装有许多相同厚度的分级纸。所有厚度相同的分级纸张具有相同的颜色,该颜色与其它厚度的分级纸张的颜色不同以便于识别。
用户使用涂橡胶织物薄片(印刷橡皮布)覆盖该底部包衬(由底衬和分级纸构成),并且通过所述端部金属杆将它固定在压印滚筒上。可以看出,上述操作时间较长并且需要一定的注意,所有这些在一定程度影响了该印刷机的运行成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于基本上简化并且加速这种操作,从而基本上降低了所述成本。
这个目的是通过本发明的通用底部包衬来实现的,它包括确定数量的重叠柔性薄片,其特征在于:
通用底部包衬薄片的总厚度等于预定的最大厚度;
通用底部包衬的薄片的厚度如此选择,通过从该通用底部包衬中除去一层或多层分级薄片,从而等于或充分接近对于任意特定情况所必须获得的厚度;
除了在没有支承薄片的情况中最里面的分级薄片的表面之外,每一张通用底部包衬的在该底部包衬安装在压印滚筒上时面向内的表面都经过粘着剂处理,该粘着剂在使这些薄片保持粘结的同时使得它们能够相互分离。
通用底部包衬的最里面的薄片可以是传统的支承薄片(衬底),但是可以由厚度足够的其它合适合成材料形成。
通过本发明,可以为用户提供一种作为单个组件制造的通用底部包衬,它不仅包括(如果要求的话)分级薄片而且还包括支承薄片。然后用户可以根据可用的印刷机的类型从该通用底部包衬中分离出那些需要除去的分级薄片以便获得由具体情况所确定的所要求厚度的底部包衬。
应该注意的是,本发明的通用底部包衬的组成薄片可以仍然由纸张(但是在其一个表面经过粘着剂处理)构成,但是可以通过使用适当柔性的合成材料薄片(例如聚氨基甲酸酯薄片)来获得更好的结果,该材料在被剥离期间通常更加牢固(如果不注意的话,这些纸张会撕破),从而它们必定能保持完整并且可以重新使用。
除了可能的支承薄片之外,通用底部包衬的其它(分级)薄片可以都为相同的厚度,只要该厚度小得足以能够使预定所要求的厚度接近所要求的程度,以便确保压印滚筒的正确操作。
这显然并不意味着,不能使用不同厚度的分级薄片。
该通用底部包衬的组成薄片可以具有表示确定板厚的特定颜色。每张薄片也可以带有表示特定厚度的数字和/或字母。这样,用户就能非常简单地知道为了获得覆盖确定胶版印刷机的滚筒所需要的总厚度需要从该通用底部包衬中除去哪种分级薄片以及多少张分级薄片。

具体实施方式
从这些图中可以看出,在这个具体的情况中,这张通用底部包衬10包括支承薄片12和多层分级薄片14。虽然所述薄片14可以由纸张构成,但是它们优选由具有足够柔性和强度的适当合成材料构成,所有它们在这个具体情况中具有相同的厚度。具体地说,已经发现,不超过0.10mm的分级薄片14的厚度能够使那些在实际中遇到的有效厚度接近足够的精确程度。
支承薄片12可以是传统的底衬或者由与分级薄片14相同的材料构成的厚度足够的薄片。在形成该通用底部包衬之前,将一层粘着剂层贴在支承薄片14的一个表面上(参照这些附图该表面是面向下的)以使得形成该通用底部包衬10的各张薄片(12和14)能够粘在一起。如果没有支承薄片12,则不用粘着剂处理最下面的薄片14(还是参照这些图)。所使用的粘着剂是这样一种粘着剂,它使得能够如所示一样通过使在图1中的上层薄片14的边缘上升来使板(12,14)脱离相邻的薄片。
为了便于分级薄片的一张或多张的分离,这些分级薄片的经过粘着剂处理的那个表面的一个或多个边缘(例如小角部区域)没有涂覆任何粘着剂。已经发现,通过以两种合适的不同厚度生产出本发明的通用底部包衬,从而可以覆盖在实际中出现的任何用户的所有要求。这还避免了在需要小厚度时必须除去过多数量的分级薄片。具体地说,第一厚度可以是1.65mm,而第二厚度可以是0.70mm。
1.65mm厚的通用底部包衬例如由1.05mm厚的支承薄片12加上几张0.05mm或0.1mm厚(优选厚度都相等)的分级薄片构成,这些分级薄片的张数能够到达1.65mm的总厚度。
同样0.70mm的底部包衬由0.35mm厚的支承薄片和多张0.05或0.1mm厚的分级薄片(优选厚度都相等)构成。
在这两种情况中,通过除去一层或多层分级薄片14,可以获得用于具体情况所需要的厚度的底部包衬。如上所述,已经被除去的那些分级薄片14可以重新用来形成新的底部包衬,或添加到上述第二底部包衬(厚度更小的)以获得厚度更大的底部包衬。
最后,应该注意的是,尤其在第二底部包衬(厚度更小的)的情况中,可以省去支承薄片12。
Claims (13)
1.一种用于安装在胶版印刷机滚筒上的涂橡胶织物的通用底部包衬(10),在滚筒的侧面上安装有通过两根金属杆固定的涂橡胶织物薄片,所述金属杆设在橡胶织物薄片的两个平行侧面上以确保压印滚筒的正确操作,所使用的底部包衬的厚度等于或充分接近填充位于滚筒的侧面和涂橡胶织物薄片之间的空间所需要的预定厚度,所述通用底部包衬(10)包括多个重叠的柔性薄片(12,14),其特征在于:
通用底部包衬(10)的总厚度等于预定的最大厚度;
通用底部包衬(10)的厚度这样选择,即通过从该通用底部包衬(10)中除去一个或多个分级薄片(14),可以等于或充分接近任何具体情况所必须获得的所述厚度;
除了在没有支承薄片(12)的情况中的最里层分级薄片(14)的表面之外,所述通用底部包衬(10)的每张分级薄片(14)在该通用底部包衬安装在压印滚筒上时面向内的表面都经过粘着剂处理,该粘着剂在使这些薄片(12,14)保持粘结的同时使得它们能够彼此分离。
2.如权利要求1所述的通用底部包衬(10),其特征在于,在该底部包衬安装在印刷滚筒上时为最里层薄片是传统的支承薄片(12)。

5.如权利要求1所述的通用底部包衬(10),其特征在于,所述分级薄片(14)都具有相同的厚度,只要该厚度小得足以使得能够大致等于必要的预定厚度以便确保压印滚筒正确操作。
6.如权利要求1所述的通用底部包衬(10),其特征在于,所述分级薄片(14)也可以是具有不同的厚度。
7.如权利要求6所述的通用底部包衬(10),其特征在于,所述厚度不同的分级薄片(14)对于特定的厚度具有不同的颜色标记。
8.如权利要求6所述的通用底部包衬(10),其特征在于,所述厚度不同的分级薄片(14)包括标记特定厚度的数字和/或字母。
9.如权利要求1所述的通用底部包衬(10),其特征在于,为了便于通用底部包衬(10)的所述薄片的分离,经过粘着剂处理的分级薄片的表面的一个或多个边缘区域没有粘着剂。
10.如权利要求1所述的通用底部包衬(10),该底部包衬以至少两种不同厚度生产出以考虑在实际中出现的所有用户需求,以避免除去过多数量的分级薄片(14)。
11.如权利要求10所述的通用底部包衬(10),该底部包衬以两种不同厚度生产出,即以1.65mm厚的第一厚度和以0.70mm厚的第二厚度。
12.如权利要求11所述的通用底部包衬(10),其特征在于,1.65mm厚度的底部包衬(10)由1.05mm的支承薄片(12)加上多张0.05或0.10mm的分级薄片(14)构成。
13.如权利要求11所述的通用底部包衬(10),其特征在于,0.70mm厚的底部包衬(10)由0.35mm厚的支承薄片(12)加上多张0.05或0.10mm的分级薄片(14)构成。
