背景技术
公知的纤维增强型压力容器包括用纤维金属丝缠绕的气密或液密刚性体。在制造纤维增强型压力容器时,按照某种图案缠绕纤维金属丝,从而当压力容器承受内压时,纤维金属丝可以吸收张应力。在缠绕之前、缠绕期间或缠绕之后,一种粘合剂或树脂(所谓的粘结材料)被涂附在将要被缠绕的刚性体上或纤维金属丝上。缠绕之后,所述粘结材料被硬化,从而纤维金属丝被结合在所述粘结材料(粘合剂或树脂)内。在纤维增强型压力容器内,当压力容器承受内压时,所述粘结材料将剪应力从一纤维金属丝传递到另一纤维金属丝或传递到气密或液密体。有时额外绕组被缠绕到气密或液密体(断面)上,以便吸收特别剪应力(inter alia shear stress)所产生的机械负载。

公知的纤维增强型压力容器及其制造方法的缺点都是需要占用6~8个小时的固化或硬化步骤。另一个缺陷是有时需要吸收特别剪应力所产生的机械负载的附加绕组。
发明概述
本发明的目的是提供一种改进的压力容器,本发明的另一个目的是降低纤维增强型压力容器的制造成本。本发明的另一个目的是提供一种改进的纤维增强型压力容器的制造方法。
根据本发明第一方面,利用一种纤维增强型压力容器可以实现一个或多个目的,所述压力容器包括被纤维金属丝缠绕的气密或液密刚性体,至少一些纤维金属丝可以彼此自由地相对运动,纤维金属丝被缠绕,从而当压力容器承受内压时,纤维金属丝精确地沿它们的纵向承载。
由于缠绕了纤维金属丝,从而当压力容器承受内压时,纤维金属丝仅仅在纵向承载,在使用期间,它们将保持在原位,不需要粘结材料。
另一个特点是,仅仅使用吸收压力容器内的机械负载所需数量的纤维金属丝。不需要额外的纤维金属丝,和公知的压力容器相比,降低了重量和制造成本。
由于至少一些纤维金属丝可以彼此自由地相对运动,这样缠绕纤维金属丝,使得当压力容器承受内压时,纤维金属丝精确地沿它们的纵向承载,例如当压力容器被损坏时,压力容器上的纤维金属丝将彼此被置换。
最好在本发明的压力容器上,所有纤维金属丝可以彼此自由地运动。
本发明的优点是,可以一点都不使用粘结材料(例如树脂),从而硬化步骤成为多余,和公知压力容器相比,降低了成本。
最好,本发明的压力容器具有等紧度(isotensoid)形状,也就是当压力容器承受内压时,机械应力在纤维金属丝之间相同地分布。为了提供具有所希望等紧度形状的压力容器,可以使用一种轴向增强压力容器的装置。
由于使用等紧度形状,仅仅需要最小数量的纤维金属丝,以便吸收压力容器内的机械负载。
此外,符合本发明的压力容器最好具有圆柱体形状,在该容器的纵向两端具有等紧度形状的端件。
通过提供具有圆柱体形状的压力容器,所述压力容器可以被用作气瓶。
符合本发明的压力容器最好配备有保护层,即所谓的涂层。
一种包含合成橡胶的涂层特别适合于被用作保护装置,用于防火,抵御小的冲击和处理负载。
符合本发明的压力容器的刚性体最好由高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)组成,所述纤维金属丝是碳素纤维。

a)提供气密或液密刚性体、纤维金属丝和缠绕设备;
b)将纤维金属丝缠绕在刚性体上,因而至少一些纤维金属丝可以彼此自由地相对运动,纤维金属丝被如此地缠绕,因而当压力容器承受内压时,纤维金属丝精确地沿它们的纵向承载;
由于没有使用粘结材料(例如树脂),因而纤维金属丝不被粘结材料固定在压力容器上,纤维金属丝可以彼此自由地相对运动。
利用这种方法,不需要使用比吸收压力容器内的机械负载所需数量更多数量的纤维金属丝。因此降低了压力容器的制造成本。
最好在符合本发明的制造方法中,一点都不使用粘结材料。由于在本发明的压力容器内不使用粘结材料,所以不需要硬化步骤。因此,和现有技术中需要6~8小时的固化或硬化相比,缩短了生产时间。

纤维材料最好是碳素纤维,但是也可以是其它任何类型的纤维,只要它能够承受张力就行,例如E型、R型或S型玻璃纤维、密亚胺纤维、碳素纤维或聚合物纤维,例如聚乙烯、聚酯或聚酰胺。

下文将介绍符合本发明的纤维增强型压力容器的制造方法的一个实施例,该压力容器包括被纤维金属丝缠绕的气密或液密刚性体。
首先应该确定压力容器的功能,并选择用于制造压力容器的材料。然后设计人员确定设计方案,也就是设备的形状,包括确定下列参数,诸如压力容器的体积、尺寸、所能承受的内压、安全系数和压力容器流出口的尺寸。选择适合的制造工艺。根据本发明,该工艺是指缠绕纤维(“纤维缠绕”)。对于所述缠绕,首先要确定适合压力容器形状的缠绕图案,按照图案缠绕纤维,因而至少一些纤维金属丝可以彼此自由地相对运动,当压力容器承受内压时,纤维金属丝精确地沿纵向承载,从而刚性体并不吸收内压所产生的负载。可以利用任何公知的方法制造刚性体,例如通过模制法和吹塑法或喷射成型或旋转模制。然后将刚性体安装在缠绕设备(“纤维缠绕设备”)上。设置了缠绕设备的控制条件后,纤维的前端被连接在刚性体上,刚性体被缠绕,缠绕后的金属丝的端头被固定。有时,分几个步骤实现所述缠绕图案。例如对于圆柱体形状的刚性体来说,例如金属丝在圆周方向(所谓的“环向缠绕”)上的缠绕和金属丝在纵向(所谓的“螺旋式缠绕或极向缠绕”)上的缠绕被分别进行。当在纵向(所谓的“螺旋式缠绕或极向缠绕”)缠绕金属丝时,首先将辅助装置固定在刚性体上,然后辅助装置也被金属丝缠绕。当刚性体完全被缠绕后,最好利用合成橡胶对压力容器进行选择性地涂附。压力容器上可选择性地设置一附件。
利用缠绕即所谓的金属丝缠绕来实现纤维缠绕。由于缠绕了纤维金属丝,当压力容器承受内压时,它们仅仅在纵向承载,在使用期间它们保持在原位,不需要使用粘结材料。粘结材料(例如树脂)最好一点都不使用。
纤维没有被浸渍或粘合或紧固到刚性体,当然除了起初被缠绕的纤维金属丝的前端之外。可以通过在纤维金属丝上形成结点,而实现纤维金属丝的附着。通常这样理解所谓的浸渍,即粘结材料被部分或完全浸渍在纤维金属丝内或纤维金属丝之间。因此,在符合本发明的压力容器内,由于不使用粘结材料,在纤维金属丝内或纤维金属丝之间没有浸渍粘结材料。所述粘结材料通常指树脂、合成树脂或合成橡胶。此外,刚性体可以相对于纤维金属丝自由地移动。
在符合本发明的方法中,在缠绕之前、缠绕期间或缠绕之后没有固化或硬化步骤。
最好,可以在纤维金属丝的上方设置弹性或刚性保护层即所谓的涂层。这种涂层是耐火的但并不是结构性支撑,它仅用于保护纤维金属丝不受外界影响,例如切割作用或磨损作用、化学作用,以及不受潮湿或光的影响。对于实现压力容器的主要功能,也就是在压力下安全地容纳物质来说,这种涂附并不是必需的。
如果设置涂层,所述涂层可以由弹性体组成,或它可以是由金属、热塑性塑料或热固性材料组成的刚性壳。最好所述涂层由合成树脂构成。
符合本发明的压力容器可以被用于在压力下容纳物质或运输物质,例如丙烷、丁烷、CNG(压缩天然气)、空气、水和诸如液氮或液氧的致冷物质。根据被容纳或被运输的物质,符合本发明的压力容器可以被制造的适用于0~5巴的工作压力(例如在膨胀水箱内的热水)、0~10巴的工作压力(例如室温下的液氮或液氧或在家用气瓶内使用的丙烷气体或丁烷气体或者这两种气体的混合物)、0~35巴的工作压力(例如高温下的丙烷气体或丁烷气体)、0~100巴的工作压力(例如在机动车的燃料罐内所使用的LPG)、0~300巴的工作压力(例如CNG或压缩空气)、以及空间技术领域的致冷气体系统所需的0~600巴的工作压力。
本发明在缠绕技术领域内实现了突破,具体地说,克服了技术偏见,所述技术偏见是指,对于增强型压力容器来说,必须使用诸如树脂的粘结材料。本发明具有宽广的范围,并不受上述实施例的限制。

Claims (22)

1、一种纤维增强型压力容器(1,6),其包括被纤维金属丝(3,10,11,18)缠绕的气密或液密刚性体(2,7,13,19),其特征在于:至少一些纤维金属丝(3,10,11,18)可以彼此自由地相对运动,纤维金属丝(3,10,11,18)被如此地缠绕,使得当压力容器承受内压时,纤维金属丝(3,10,11,18)精确地沿它们的纵向承载。
2、根据权利要求1所述纤维增强型压力容器(1,6),其特征在于:所有被缠绕的纤维金属丝(3,10,11,18)可以彼此自由地相对运动。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述纤维增强型压力容器,其特征在于:所述压力容器(1)具有等紧度形状。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述纤维增强型压力容器,其特征在于:所述压力容器(6)具有圆柱体形状。
5、根据上述任一个权利要求所述纤维增强型压力容器,其特征在于:所述压力容器(1,6)上具有涂层(20)。
6、根据权利要求5所述纤维增强型压力容器,其特征在于:所述涂层(20)包括合成橡胶。
7、根据权利要求1~6中任一个权利要求所述纤维增强型压力容器,其特征在于:所述刚性体(2,7,13,19)由高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)组成,所述纤维金属丝(3,10,11,18)是碳素纤维。
8、根据权利要求1~6中任一个权利要求所述纤维增强型压力容器,其特征在于:所述刚性体(2,7,13,19)由高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)组成,所述纤维金属丝(3,10,11,18)是玻璃纤维。
9、根据权利要求1~8中任一个权利要求所述纤维增强型压力容器,其特征在于:所述压力容器(1,6)可以承受0~5巴的工作压力。
10、根据权利要求1~8中任一个权利要求所述纤维增强型压力容器,其特征在于:所述压力容器(1,6)可以承受0~10巴的工作压力。
11、根据权利要求1~8中任一个权利要求所述纤维增强型压力容器,其特征在于:所述压力容器(1,6)可以承受0~35巴的工作压力。
12、根据权利要求1~8中任一个权利要求所述纤维增强型压力容器,其特征在于:所述压力容器(1,6)可以承受0~100巴的工作压力。
13、根据权利要求1~8中任一个权利要求所述纤维增强型压力容器,其特征在于:所述压力容器(1,6)可以承受0~300巴的工作压力。
14、根据权利要求1~8中任一个权利要求所述纤维增强型压力容器,其特征在于:所述压力容器(1,6)可以承受0~600巴的工作压力。
15、根据权利要求9~11中任一个权利要求所述纤维增强型压力容器,其特征在于:它可以被用作家用的气瓶,用于容纳丙烷气体或丁烷气体或者这两种气体的混合物。
16、根据权利要求12或13所述纤维增强型压力容器,其特征在于:它可以被用作燃料罐,被用于机动车,尤其用于容纳LPG。
17、根据权利要求13或14所述纤维增强型压力容器,其特征在于:它可以被用作燃料罐,用于容纳CNG或压缩空气。
18、根据权利要求14所述纤维增强型压力容器,其特征在于:可以在空间技术领域的致冷气体系统中使用所述压力容器。
19、根据上述任一个权利要求所述纤维增强型压力容器,其特征在于:所述压力容器(1,6)配备有附件,例如塞子或压力阀。
20、一种纤维增强型压力容器的制造方法,所述压力容器包括被纤维金属丝缠绕的气密或液密刚性体,所述方法包括如下步骤:
a)提供气密或液密刚性体、纤维金属丝和缠绕设备;
b)将纤维金属丝缠绕在刚性体上,使得至少一些纤维金属丝可以彼此自由地相对运动,纤维金属丝被如此地缠绕,从而当压力容器承受内压时,纤维金属丝精确地沿它们的纵向承载;
其特征在于:不使用粘结材料(例如树脂),因而纤维金属丝不被粘结材料固定在压力容器上,纤维金属丝可以彼此自由地相对运动。
21、根据权利要求20所述方法,其特征在于:一点都不使用粘结材料。
22、在根据权利要求20或21的纤维增强型压力容器的制造过程中所使用的模具。
