本发明一种LNG车载气瓶加工方法,包括缠绕步骤、加固步骤和套装步骤;具体步骤如下:缠绕步骤:缠绕机将玻璃纤维纸和铝箔对气瓶内胆外壁缠绕;加固步骤:保温材料外用铜丝对保温材料的加固缠绕;套装步骤:加固后的内胆套装在外筒内,内胆和外筒的空隙抽真空。本发明采用铜丝对保温材料进行加固,不仅对保温材料具有保护作用,而且可控制绝热效果,松紧度适中,放气速率小,也更有利于后期的抽真空操作,节省劳动力和生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及气瓶设备领域,具体涉及一种LNG车载气瓶加工方法。
背景技术
车用压缩天然气气瓶是一种经济、安全、环保型机动车用燃气储存设备,随着国际油价的不断变化,机动车数量急剧增加,人们环保意识的逐渐增强,作为清洁能源的天然气在城市公交、汽车运输等领域得以广泛的应用。
LNG车载气瓶作为一种低温绝热压力容器,一般为双层真空结构,内胆用来储存低温液态的液化天然气,在其外壁缠绕多层绝热复合层,使其具有超强的隔热性能,同时内胆与外筒之间的夹套被抽成高真空,共同形成良好的绝热系统。因此在对内胆的外壁进行缠绕的工艺和对内外胆空隙进行抽真空的操作就非常关键。 传统的工艺为直接在内胆的外壁上缠绕一层绝热保温材料,在对内胆和外筒的组装过程中包裹在内胆上的绝热材料经常容易损坏,严重影响了气瓶的绝热性能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供结构简单,操作方便,节省劳动力和生产成本的一种LNG车载气瓶加工方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明公开的技术方案是:包括缠绕步骤、加固步骤和套装步骤;具体步骤如下:
缠绕步骤:缠绕机将玻璃纤维纸和铝箔对气瓶内胆外壁缠绕;
加固步骤:保温材料外用铜丝对保温材料的加固缠绕;
套装步骤:加固后的内胆套装在外筒内,内胆和外筒的空隙抽为真空。
优选的,所述套装步骤中内胆和外筒空隙的真空度为2.5×10 -5 Pa。
本发明一种LNG车载气瓶加工方法,先对成型内胆用保温材料缠绕,缠绕过后采用铜丝进一步缠绕在保温材料外层对内胆整体进行加固,整套操作结束后便可对内胆和外筒进行套装,在内胆和外筒形成的空隙抽成真空并保证需满足的真空度。
综上,本发明技术方案的有益效果是:
1、采用铜丝对保温材料进行加固,不仅对保温材料具有保护作用,而且可控制绝热效果,松紧度适中,放气速率小;
2、节省劳动力和生产成本。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。本实施例提供一种LNG车载气瓶加工方法,其特征在于:包括缠绕步骤、加固步骤和套装步骤;具体步骤如下:
缠绕步骤:缠绕机将玻璃纤维纸和铝箔对气瓶内胆外壁缠绕;
加固步骤:保温材料外用铜丝对保温材料的加固缠绕;
套装步骤:加固后的内胆套装在外筒内,内胆和外筒的空隙抽为真空。
所述套装步骤中内胆和外筒空隙的真空度为2.5×10 -5 Pa。
实施例
内胆整形后用传统的保温材料缠绕,并在缠绕过后采用铜丝进一步缠绕在保温材料外层对内胆整体进行加固,整套操作结束后便可对内胆和外筒进行套装,对内胆和外筒形成的空隙抽成真空并保证满足工艺要求的真空度。
本实施例的有益效果是:采用铜丝对保温材料进行加固,不仅对保温材料具有保护作用,而且可控制绝热效果,松紧度适中,放气速率小,也更有利于后期的抽真空操作,节省劳动力和生产成本。

缠绕步骤:缠绕机将玻璃纤维纸和铝箔对气瓶内胆外壁缠绕;
加固步骤:保温材料外用铜丝对保温材料的加固缠绕;
套装步骤:加固后的内胆套装在外筒内,内胆和外筒的空隙抽真空。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LNG车载气瓶加工方法,其特征在于:所述套装步骤中内胆和外筒空隙的真空度为2.5×10 -5 Pa。
