Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种在两个构件之间的连接件,特别是用于家俱的板之间的连接件,它具有一支承在由上件和下件组成的套管内的销钉,其中套管下件和销钉后端一起嵌入第一构件的一个孔内,套管上件和销钉前端一起嵌入第二构件的一个孔内,而销钉头与一设置在第二构件上的一个固定或夹紧装置共同作用。在受力小的连接时,如果套管下件通过倒钩状元件固定在其孔内就足够了。这时销钉一方面固定在套管下件内,另一方面以其头部固定在第二构件上的一个固定装置内,但是在大多数情况下连接受力很大,并且必须实现套管下件的可靠固定。因此便采用一种膨胀销钉。它借助于一支承销钉头的夹紧装置轴向移动。在这种情况下销钉以其做成锥形的下端使套管下件胀开,并使它压紧在孔壁上。
背景技术
为了连接两个构件,首先钻孔并将固定或夹紧装置装入。接着首先将套管下件或套管上件装入各构件相应的孔内。然后通过以其孔套在另一个套管分件上的方法安装另一构件。为了确保,销钉头可始终嵌在固定或夹紧装置内,至少是用于套管下件的孔的深度不应该超过规定的尺寸。但是在实际工作时并不能始终防止入孔过深。因此为了确保套在其孔内的正确位置在套管下件和上件之间设置一环形止挡,由此在任何情况下都避免套管下件装得太深。但是如果要这样进行装配,即首先将销钉头装入固定或夹紧装置内,而这个孔钻得太深的话,那么由于这个环形止挡凸肩会阻碍销钉头装入固定或夹紧装置内,因此在这种情况下必须采用没有止挡的套管。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,制造一种开头所述类型的连接件,它可以与装配方式无关地进行使用。这按照本发明通过这样的方法达到,即在套管上件连接在套管下件上的那一段上设置一个或几个朝向套管下件的方向倾斜地突起的、可相对于套管摆动的撑条。如果现在先安装套管下件,那么向外张开的撑条在构件上起止挡的作用,使得不管孔多深总是能使套管下件在相应的构件内达到保持不变的位置。如果接着套上第二构件的话,那么通过孔壁使撑条强制地摆向套管,从而取消止挡作用。
相反如果先插入套管上件,这时销钉头装入固定或夹紧装置内,那么撑条同样相对于套管摆动。这时同样取消止挡作用,并可与另一构件的孔的深度尺寸无关地确定套管下件的位置。
虽然通常将撑条压向套管,就足以取消止挡作用,但是如果撑条可以摆入到套管上件的槽内的话,在这里它与套管表面对齐,那么便绝对可以达到这一点。
撑条最好由与套管相同的材料组成。如果撑条由弹性材料制成,那么就不需要专门的铰链,例如薄膜铰链,以使撑条能够摆动。以众所周知的方式套管下件在其外围上设有倒钩形的环形筋条,并且套管上件具有纵向导向和间隔筋。

具体实施方式
套管1由套管上件2和套管下件3组成,其中在套管1内可纵向移动地支承一销钉4,在销钉前端5上设有一销钉头6,在销钉后端7上设有一膨胀锥体8。
设有倒钩状环形筋条16的套管下件3做成膨胀套管,并装入一个第一构件10的孔9内(图2)。而带有其纵向导向筋17的套管上件2与销钉头6一起嵌入到一个第二构件12的孔11内(图3)。在这个构件12内设有一未画出的夹紧装置,借助该夹紧装置,销钉头6和销钉5可以向箭头13方向移动。这时通过销钉5的膨胀锥体8使做成膨胀套管的套管下件3压紧在孔9的壁上,由此产生牢固的固定。
套管上件2设有朝套管下件3方向向外倾斜的可弹性摆动的撑条14,它可以摆入到套管上件2的槽15内。如图2所示,通过撑条14的起止挡作用的自由端防止套管下件3过深地装入第一构件10内。一旦第二构件12以其孔11套在套管2上时,撑条14便摆入到槽15内,从而取消止挡作用。
如果倒过来装配,这时套管上件2连同销钉头6先装入第二构件12的孔11内,那么撑条14同样摆入到槽15内,从而绝不起止挡作用。由此可靠地保证,销钉头6可以装入未画出的固定或夹紧装置内,然后将第一构件10以其孔9套在套管的下构件3上并接着拉紧销钉5并使套管3膨胀。

Claims (7)

1.在两个构件(10、12)之间的连接件,特别是板之间的连接件,具有一支承在由上件(2)和下件(3)组成的套管(1)内的销钉(5),其中套管下件(3)和销钉后端(7)一起嵌入第一构件(10)的一个孔(9)内,套管上件(2)和销钉前端(5)一起嵌入第二构件(12)的一个孔(11)内,并且销钉头(6)与一设置在第二构件内的一个固定或夹紧装置共同作用,其特征为:在套管上件(2)连接在套管下件(3)上的那一段上设有一个或多个朝套管下件(3)的方向向外倾斜地突起的、可相对于套管(1)摆动的撑条(14)。
2.按权利要求1的连接件,其特征为:撑条(14)的自由端做成用于套管下件(3)插入其孔(9)内的深度的止挡。
3.按上述一项或二项权利要求的连接件,其特征为:撑条(14)可摆入到套管上件(2)的槽(15)内。
4.按上述权利要求之一项或几项的连接件,其特征为:撑条(14)由与套管(1)相同的材料组成。
5.按上述权利要求之一项或几项的连接件,其特征为:撑条(14)由弹性材料组成。
6.按上述权利要求之一项或几项的连接件,其特征为:套管下件(3)在其外围上设有倒钩状的环形筋条(16)。
7.按上述权利要求之一项或几项的连接件,其特征为:套管上件(2)设有纵向导向筋(17)。
