Abstract
一种锁固装置,包括一套筒、一弹性卡固件及一插接件,该套筒内设有阶梯孔并形成一台阶部,该插接件包括一插设于该套筒内的连接柱,该连接柱开设一卡槽,该弹性卡固件收容于该卡槽内且抵接该台阶部,该套筒于远离该插接件的一端凸设一第一凸缘,该插接件远离该连接柱的一端凸设一第二凸缘。所述锁固装置的套筒能插设于一第一待接件的通孔内,该插接件的连接柱穿过一第二待接件的通孔插入该套筒内,使该弹性卡固件卡固于该连接柱的卡槽并挡止于该台阶部而将第一待接件与第二待接件夹持于第一凸缘与第二凸缘之间,不需使用工具,使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种锁固装置。
背景技术
通常物件之间一般通过螺钉或铆钉连接,然而,使用螺钉或铆钉都需要用到相应的工具如螺钉刀或铆钉,使用不方便。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种不需使用工具的锁固装置。
一种锁固装置,包括一套筒、一弹性卡固件及一插接件,该套筒内设有阶梯孔并形成一台阶部,该插接件包括一插设于该套筒内的连接柱,该连接柱开设一卡槽,该弹性卡固件收容于该卡槽内且抵接该台阶部,该套筒于远离该插接件的一端凸设一第一凸缘,该插接件远离该连接柱的一端凸设一第二凸缘。
相较现有技术,所述锁固装置的套筒能插设于一第一待接件的通孔内,该插接件的连接柱穿过一第二待接件的通孔插入该套筒内,使该弹性卡固件卡固于该连接柱的卡槽并挡止于该台阶部而将第一待接件与第二待接件夹持于第一凸缘与第二凸缘之间,不需使用工具,使用方便。

具体实施方式
请一并参考图1至图3,本发明锁固装置100的较佳实施方式用于连接一第一待接件300及一第二待接件500,该锁固装置包括一套筒20、一插接件40、一弹性卡固件60、一弹性的垫圈80及一推进杆90。
该第一待接件300开设一通孔302,该第二待接件500开设一通孔502。
该套筒20包括一筒部22及自筒部22的一端垂直向外凸设的一第一凸缘24。该筒部22内设有一阶梯孔,包括一邻近该第一凸缘24的大孔径部224及一远离该第一凸缘24的小孔径部222。小孔径部222与大孔径部224之交接处形成一台阶部226。第一凸缘24的内侧设有形成一收容部242。
插接件40包括一圆柱状的固定柱42及自该固定柱42的一端轴向地向外延伸一连接柱44。该固定柱42于远离该连接柱44的一端垂直向外凸设一第二凸缘422。该连接柱44于远离该固定柱42的一端形成一圆锥状的导滑部444并于邻近导滑部444处开设一环形的卡槽442。该连接柱44的直径略小于该套筒20的小孔径部222的内径,该固定柱42的直径大于该套筒20的小孔径部222的内径。
该弹性卡固件60概呈C形,其外周的直径大于该套筒20的小孔径部222的内径而小于该套筒20的大孔径部224的内径。本实施方式中,该弹性卡固件60由强度较好的弹性材料(如钢片)制成。
该垫圈80由橡胶等弹性材料制成。
该推进杆90包括一圆筒状的杆体92及一凸设于该杆体92一端的第三凸缘94。该杆体92能插入该套筒20的大孔径部224内。
请参考图3,使用时,该第一待接件300的通孔302正对第二待接件500的通孔502将该第一待接件300与第二待接件500叠置在一起。将该垫圈80套设于插接件40的连接柱44并挡止于固定柱42。将该弹性卡固件60安装于该套筒20的大孔径部224内,使该弹性卡固件60正对该小孔径部222。将该推进杆90的杆体92插入该大孔径部224内且抵持该弹性卡固件60贴于该套筒20的台阶部226上,该推进杆90的第三凸缘94卡固于该套筒20的收容部242内。将插接件40的固定柱42插入第一待接件300的通孔302且第二凸缘422挡止于第一待接件300,将套筒20的远离第一凸缘24的一端插入第二待接件500的通孔502。相对的按压该套筒20与插接件40,该连接柱44的导滑部444滑动地抵持该弹性卡固件60使该弹性卡固件60弹性变形而向外扩张,至该弹性卡固件60正对该连接柱44的卡槽442时,该弹性卡固件60恢复形变卡入该卡槽442内并挡止于台阶部226。此时,该第一待接件300与第二待接件500夹持于该第一凸缘24与第二凸缘422之间。
该垫圈80由弹性材料制成且夹持于该套筒20与该插接件40的固定柱42之间能使第一待接件300与第二待接件500固定更牢固。同时,该垫圈80能弥补套筒20及插接件40的加工及装配误差。
Claims (6)
1.一种锁固装置,包括一套筒、一弹性卡固件及一插接件,该套筒内设有阶梯孔并形成一台阶部,该插接件包括一插设于该套筒内的连接柱,该连接柱开设一卡槽,该弹性卡固件收容于该卡槽内且抵接该台阶部,该套筒于远离该插接件的一端凸设一第一凸缘,该插接件远离该连接柱的一端凸设一第二凸缘,该连接柱呈圆柱状,该卡槽呈环形状且开设于该连接柱的末端,该弹性卡固件呈C形,该连接柱的末端插入该弹性卡固件,使该弹性卡固件弹性变形至该弹性卡固件正对该卡槽,该弹性卡固件恢复形变卡固于该卡槽内。
2.如权利要求1所述的锁固装置,其特征在于:该套筒包括一筒部,该第一凸缘形成于该筒部的一端,该筒部包括一邻近该第一凸缘的大孔径部及一远离第一凸缘的小孔径部,该台阶部形成于该小孔径部与大孔径部之交接处,该弹性卡固件自该大孔径部装设于该台阶部上,该连接柱穿过该小孔径部使该弹性卡固件卡固于该卡槽内。
3.如权利要求2所述的锁固装置,其特征在于:该锁固装置还包括一能插入该大孔径部内的推动件,该推动件抵持该弹性卡固件贴于该台阶部。
4.如权利要求1所述的锁固装置,其特征在于:该连接柱的末端形成一便于该连接柱插入该弹性卡固件的导滑部。
5.如权利要求1所述的锁固装置,其特征在于:该插接件包括一固定柱,该连接柱自该固定柱于远离该第二凸缘的一端轴向地向外延伸而成。
6.如权利要求5所述的锁固装置,其特征在于:该锁固装置进一步包括一弹性的垫圈,该垫圈被弹性夹持于该套筒与固定柱之间。
