本发明涉及的一种棘爪卡板式固定管路的连接装置,此结构特别适用于一般管路与相配合主体之间的连接。一种棘爪卡板式固定管路的连接装置包括连接主体、密封圈、棘爪卡板、螺纹套管和管道;连接主体上设置有管道安装孔,管道安装孔后部设置有棘爪卡板配合孔,在棘爪卡板配合孔后部设置有螺纹套管配合螺纹孔;棘爪卡板设置有卡板管道安装孔,卡板管道安装孔内设置有棘爪,管道通过卡板管道安装孔装入连接主体的管道安装孔内时,管道通过密封圈和连接主体之间密封,棘爪卡板的卡板管道安装孔设有棘爪将管道卡紧,使管道无法脱落,通过螺纹套管将棘爪卡板压入连接主体的棘爪卡板配合孔内固定。

技术领域
本发明涉及的一种棘爪卡板式固定管路的连接装置,此结构特别适用于一般管路与相配合主体之间的连接。
背景技术
目前各类管件与相配合主体之间连接方式一般为螺纹连接方式,当有多个管路时,不但安装繁琐而且增大安装空间。
发明内容
本发明目的是针对上述不足处提供一种棘爪卡板式固定管路的连接装置,针对目前各类管件与相配合连接主体之间连接方式一般为螺纹连接方式,当有多个管路时,不但安装繁琐而且增大安装空间。本发明利用带棘爪的卡板将管道固定,通过管道外圈的密封圈使管道与连接主体密封,卡板通过带螺纹的套管旋入连接主体将其压紧,卡板管道孔设有“倒刺”,使管道无法脱落。特别适用于一般管路与相配合连接主体之间的连接。
本发明一种棘爪卡板式固定管路的连接装置是采取以下技术方案实现:
一种棘爪卡板式固定管路的连接装置包括连接主体、密封圈、棘爪卡板、螺纹套管和管道。
连接主体上设置有管道安装孔,管道安装孔后部设置有棘爪卡板配合孔,在棘爪卡板配合孔后部设置有螺纹套管配合螺纹孔。
棘爪卡板设置有卡板管道安装孔,卡板管道安装孔内设置有棘爪(倒刺)。棘爪卡板前部设置成锥体,开有弹性槽。
管道通过卡板管道安装孔装入连接主体的管道安装孔内时,管道通过密封圈和连接主体之间密封,棘爪卡板的卡板管道安装孔设有棘爪将管道卡紧,使管道无法脱落,通过螺纹套管将棘爪卡板压入连接主体的棘爪卡板配合孔内固定。

一种棘爪卡板式固定管路的连接装置使用时,当管道通过卡板管道安装孔装入连接主体的管道安装孔内时,管道通过密封圈和连接主体之间密封,棘爪卡板的卡板管道安装孔设有棘爪将管道卡紧,使管道无法脱落,通过螺纹套管将棘爪卡板压入连接主体的棘爪卡板配合孔内固定。
本发明一种棘爪卡板式固定管路的连接装置设计合理、结构紧凑、性能可靠。针对目前各类管件与相配合连接主体之间连接方式一般为螺纹连接方式,当有多个管路时,不但安装繁琐而且增大安装空间。本发明利用带棘爪的棘爪卡板将管道固定,通过管道外圈的密封圈使管道与连接主体密封,棘爪卡板通过带螺纹的螺纹套管旋入连接主体将其压紧,卡板管道安装孔设有棘爪(倒刺),使管道无法脱落。特别适用于一般管路与相配合连接主体之间的连接。

具体实施方式
参照附图1~3,一种棘爪卡板式固定管路的连接装置包括连接主体1、密封圈2、棘爪卡板3、螺纹套管4和管道5。
连接主体1上设置有管道安装孔1-1,管道安装孔1-1后部设置有棘爪卡板配合孔1-2,在棘爪卡板配合孔1-2后部设置有螺纹套管配合螺纹孔1-3。
棘爪卡板3设置有卡板管道安装孔3-3,卡板管道安装孔3-3内设置有棘爪(倒刺)3-2。所述的棘爪卡板3前部设置成锥体,开有弹性槽3-1。
管道5通过卡板管道安装孔3-3装入连接主体1的管道安装孔1-1内时,管道5通过密封圈2和连接主体1之间密封,棘爪卡板3的卡板管道安装孔3-3设有棘爪3-2将管道5卡紧,使管道5无法脱落,通过螺纹套管4将棘爪卡板3压入连接主体1的棘爪卡板配合孔1-2内固定。
所述的管道安装孔1-1至少设置有2个。
所述的卡板管道安装孔3-3至少设置有2个。

1.一种棘爪卡板式固定管路的连接装置,其特征在于:包括连接主体、密封圈、棘爪卡板、螺纹套管和管道;
连接主体上设置有管道安装孔,管道安装孔后部设置有棘爪卡板配合孔,在棘爪卡板配合孔后部设置有螺纹套管配合螺纹孔;
棘爪卡板设置有卡板管道安装孔,卡板管道安装孔内设置有棘爪,管道通过卡板管道安装孔装入连接主体的管道安装孔内时,管道通过密封圈和连接主体之间密封,棘爪卡板的卡板管道安装孔设有棘爪将管道卡紧,使管道无法脱落,通过螺纹套管将棘爪卡板压入连接主体的棘爪卡板配合孔内固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的棘爪卡板式固定管路的连接装置,其特征在于:所述的棘爪卡板前部设置成锥体,开有弹性槽。
