Abstract
一種鎖固裝置,包括一套筒、一彈性卡固件及一插接件,該套筒內設有階梯孔並形成一臺階部,該插接件包括一插設於該套筒內的連接柱,該連接柱開設一卡槽,該彈性卡固件收容於該卡槽內且抵接該臺階部,該套筒於遠離該插接件的一端凸設一第一凸緣,該插接件遠離該連接柱的一端凸設一第二凸緣。
Description
本發明涉及一種鎖固裝置。
物件之間一般藉由螺釘或鉚釘連接,然,使用螺釘或鉚釘都需要用到相應的工具如螺釘刀或鉚釘,使用不方便。
鑒於以上,有必要提供一種不需使用工具的鎖固裝置。
一種鎖固裝置,包括一套筒、一彈性卡固件及一插接件,該套筒內設有階梯孔並形成一臺階部,該插接件包括一插設於該套筒內的連接柱,該連接柱開設一卡槽,該彈性卡固件收容於該卡槽內且抵接該臺階部,該套筒於遠離該插接件的一端凸設一第一凸緣,該插接件遠離該連接柱的一端凸設一第二凸緣。
相較習知技術,本發明鎖固裝置的套筒能插設於一第一待接件的通孔內,該插接件的連接柱穿過一第二待接件的通孔插入該套筒內,使該彈性卡固件卡固於該連接柱的卡槽並擋止於該臺階部而將第一待接件與第二待接件夾持於第一凸緣與第二凸緣之間,不需使用工具,使用方便。
請一併參考圖1至圖3,本發明鎖固裝置100的較佳實施方式用於連接一第一待接件300及一第二待接件500,該鎖固裝置包括一套筒20、一插接件40、一彈性卡固件60、一彈性的墊圈80及一推進桿90。
該第一待接件300開設一通孔302,該第二待接件500開設一通孔502。
該套筒20包括一筒部22及自筒部22的一端垂直向外凸設的一第一凸緣24。該筒部22內設有一階梯孔,包括一鄰近該第一凸緣24的大孔徑部224及一遠離該第一凸緣24的小孔徑部222。小孔徑部222與大孔徑部224之交接處形成一臺階部226。第一凸緣24的內側設有形成一收容部242。
插接件40包括一圓柱狀的固定柱42及自該固定柱42的一端軸向地向外延伸一連接柱44。該固定柱42於遠離該連接柱44的一端垂直向外凸設一第二凸緣422。該連接柱44於遠離該固定柱42的一端形成一圓錐狀的導滑部444並於鄰近導滑部444處開設一環形的卡槽442。該連接柱44的直徑略小於該套筒20的小孔徑部222的內徑,該固定柱42的直徑大於該套筒20的小孔徑部222的內徑。
該彈性卡固件60概呈C形,其外周的直徑大於該套筒20的小孔徑部222的內徑而小於該套筒20的大孔徑部224的內徑。本實施方式中,該彈性卡固件60由強度較好的彈性材料(如鋼片)製成。
該墊圈80由橡膠等彈性材料製成。
該推進桿90包括一圓筒狀的桿體92及一凸設於該桿體92一端的第三凸緣94。該桿體92能插入該套筒20的大孔徑部224內。
請參考圖3,使用時,該第一待接件300的通孔302正對第二待接件500的通孔502將該第一待接件300與第二待接件500疊置在一起。將該墊圈80套設於插接件40的連接柱44並擋止於固定柱42。將該彈性卡固件60安裝於該套筒20的大孔徑部224內,使該彈性卡固件60正對該小孔徑部222。將該推進桿90的桿體92插入該大孔徑部224內且抵持該彈性卡固件60貼於該套筒20的臺階部226上,該推進桿90的第三凸緣94卡固於該套筒20的收容部242內。將插接件40的固定柱42插入第一待接件300的通孔302且第二凸緣422擋止於第一待接件300,將套筒20的遠離第一凸緣24的一端插入第二待接件500的通孔502。相對的按壓該套筒20與插接件40,該連接柱44的導滑部444滑動地抵持該彈性卡固件60使該彈性卡固件60彈性變形而向外擴張,至該彈性卡固件60正對該連接柱44的卡槽442時,該彈性卡固件60恢復形變卡入該卡槽442內並擋止於臺階部226。此時,該第一待接件300與第二待接件500夾持於該第一凸緣24與第二凸緣422之間。
該墊圈80由彈性材料製成且夾持於該套筒20與該插接件40的固定柱42之間能使第一待接件300與第二待接件500固定更牢固。同時,該墊圈80能彌補套筒20及插接件40的加工及裝配誤差。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,遂依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,自不能以此限制本案之申請專利範圍。舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士爰依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (7)
- 一種鎖固裝置,包括一套筒、一彈性卡固件及一插接件,該套筒內設有階梯孔並形成一臺階部,該插接件包括一插設於該套筒內的連接柱,該連接柱開設一卡槽,該彈性卡固件收容於該卡槽內且抵接該臺階部,該套筒於遠離該插接件的一端凸設一第一凸緣,該插接件遠離該連接柱的一端凸設一第二凸緣。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鎖固裝置,其中該套筒包括一筒部,該第一凸緣形成於該筒部的一端,該筒部包括一鄰近該第一凸緣的大孔徑部及一遠離第一凸緣的小孔徑部,該臺階部形成於該小孔徑部與大孔徑部之交接處,該彈性卡固件自該大孔徑部裝設於該臺階部上,該連接柱穿過該小孔徑部使該彈性卡固件卡固於該卡槽內。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之鎖固裝置,其中該鎖固裝置還包括一能插入該大孔徑部內的推動件,該推動件抵持該彈性卡固件貼於該臺階部。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鎖固裝置,其中該連接柱呈圓柱狀,該卡槽呈環形狀且開設於該連接柱的末端,該彈性卡固件呈C形,該連接柱的末端插入該彈性卡固件,使該彈性卡固件彈性變形至該彈性卡固件正對該卡槽,該彈性卡固件恢復形變卡固於該卡槽內。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鎖固裝置,其中該連接柱的末端形成一便於該連接柱插入該彈性卡固件的導滑部。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鎖固裝置,其中該插接件包括一固定柱,該連接柱自該固定柱於遠離該第二凸緣的一端軸向地向外延伸而成。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之鎖固裝置,進一步包括一彈性的墊圈,其中該墊圈被夾持於該套筒與固定柱之間。
