本发明是一种磷渣硅酸盐水泥,它是用水泥熟料55-80%,磷渣20-45%混合磨细得水泥成品,产品不添加任何外加剂,生产工艺简单、生产成本低于现有技术,同时可以根据需要在已经得到的产品中加入不同的添加剂、制作成各种不同类型的水泥,满足市场需要,利用本发明得到的产品经检验达到425号以上水泥的标准,有关辐射的要求也符合国家的标准、不超标。

磷渣硅酸盐水泥
本发明是一种磷渣硅酸盐水泥,属于建材的技术领域。
中国专利公报公开了99117493.3号专利申请“用磷渣生产水泥的方法”和88107684.8号专利申请“用磷渣作水泥混合材的方法”;第一件专利申请的问题在于:添加的磷渣少,而且需要添加外加剂,由于外加剂的加入控制了水泥的类型,不能够根据需要生产不同类型的水泥,所以实际上是限制了水泥生产的品种,而且增加了生产成本和工序,降低了经济效益,同时其加入磷渣的量不大;第二件专利申请也存在同样的问题,添加的外加剂增加生产工序、加大生产成本,限制水泥的生产类型。
本发明的目的在于:提供一种磷渣硅酸盐水泥,这种产品不添加任何外加剂,生产工艺简单、生产成本低于现有技术,同时可以根据需要在已经得到的产品中加入不同的添加剂、制作成各种不同类型的水泥,满足市场需要。
本发明是这样构成的:按照重量百分比计算,用水泥熟料55-80%,磷渣20-45%混合磨细得成品;具体地说:用水泥熟料55%,磷渣45%混合磨细得成品。
与现有技术相比,这种产品不添加任何外加剂,生产工艺简单、生产成本低于现有技术,同时可以根据需要在已经得到的产品中加入不同的添加剂、制作成各种不同类型的水泥,满足市场需要;利用本发明可以消耗大量的废弃磷渣,减轻其对于环境的污染;针对现有水泥厂市场销路困难,而办一个水泥厂需要大量资金且环保要求比较高的问题,利用本发明可以办一个企业,将水泥厂的熟料购来后与废弃的磷渣混合磨细就可以得到425号以上标号的水泥制品。
本发明的实施例1:用水泥熟料55公斤,磷渣45公斤混合磨细得成品。
本发明的实施例2:用水泥熟料80公斤,磷渣20公斤混合磨细得成品。
利用本发明得到的产品经检验达到425号以上标号水泥的标准,有关辐射的要求也符合国家的标准、不超标。

1、一种磷渣硅酸盐水泥,其特征在于:按照重量百分比计算,用水泥熟料55-80%,磷渣20-45%混合磨细得成品。
2、按照权利要求1所述的这种磷渣硅酸盐水泥,其特征在于:用水泥熟料55%,磷渣45%混合磨细得成品。
