Claims (2)
- 석재 미분말, 석회석 미분말, 플라이애쉬, 고로슬래그 미분말로 구성되어지는 콘크리트용 분말혼화재에 있어서, 석재가공시 발생되는 미분말 재료를 1차 건조시 2000∼3000㎠/g의 분말도, 2차 분쇄시 4500∼6000㎠/g의 분말도로 가공한 석재 미분말의 콘크리트용 분말혼화재 25∼35중량%, 석회석 가공 생산시 발생된 분말을 1차 건조시 2000∼3000㎠/g의 분말도, 2차 분쇄시 4500∼6000㎠/g의 분말도로 가공한 석회석 미분말의 콘크리트용 분말혼화재 25∼35중량% 와 플라이애쉬 4000∼5000㎠/g의 분말도를 가진 콘크리트용 분말혼화재 10∼20중량%, 고로슬래그 미분말 4500∼6000㎠/g의 분말도를 가진 콘크리트용 분말혼화재 10∼20중량%를 고성능 혼합기로 혼합하여 콘크리트용 분말혼화재로 제조되어지고, 상기에서 제조되어진 콘크리트용 분말혼화재는 일반 시멘트 사용량의 10∼30중량%를 대체할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업부산물을 이용한 콘크리트용 분말혼화재.
