Abstract

本发明公开了一种湿法磷酸的萃取装置。该装置消化槽的平面采用立方体,并将萃取槽与多级消化槽建造为一个整体,各个萃取槽与消化槽均为单元方格槽,各个单元方格槽四周内壁为圆弧形结构。各个单元方格槽内壁所衬防腐砖为立砌。该装置结构紧凑合理,投资费用低,节约生产用电。

Description

一种湿法磷酸的萃取装置
                           技术领域
本发明涉及一种湿法磷酸生产的装置,尤其涉及湿法磷酸生产中的萃取槽与消化槽。本发明的装置特别适合大型的湿法磷酸厂。
                           背景技术
目前,大型湿法磷酸生产中,萃取反应料浆溢流进入各级消化槽,进一步养晶,消除钙离子(Ca2+)过饱和度,使磷石膏(CaSO4nH2O)结晶更粗大,以利于过滤、洗涤。现有技术一般都是在多格萃取槽的外部,再设置多个独立的圆柱体消化槽,如图1所示。现有的萃取槽与消化槽是单独设置,使得装置分散,占地面积大,投资费用高。另一方面,目前,国内外大型湿法磷酸多格立方体萃取槽,各格槽四周内壁均为平面设计,每格槽内的四个角均为90°,死角较大,如图2所示,使得萃取搅拌器所需轴功率较大。且每格槽内壁所衬防腐砖易脱落、易磨蚀,为改善衬砖的稳定性和防止磨蚀,是采用平砌防腐砖以加大衬砖厚度,加大了投资,如图3所示。
                         发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足之处,提供一种改进的湿法磷酸的萃取装置。
本发明通过下述技术方案予以实现:
消化槽采用立方体,将萃取槽与多级消化槽建造为一个整体,各个萃取槽与消化槽均为单元方格槽,如图4所示;各个单元方格槽四面内壁为圆弧形结构,如图5所示。由于各个单元方格槽内壁所衬防腐砖厚度能够减小,因而防腐砖采用立砌,如图6所示。

                           具体实施方式
实施例1
本发明的湿法磷酸萃取装置,经云南三环化工有限公司180Kt P2O5/a大型湿法磷酸生产装置试验,试验非常成功,取得了以下突出的技术效果:由于将圆柱体消化槽改为立方体消化槽,并与立方体多格萃取槽一体化,将各单元方格槽内壁的平面结构优化改进为圆弧形结构,基本消除了槽内死角。同时,槽内壁的圆弧形结构,增加了内壁所砌防腐砖的稳定性。搅拌流动的浆体对内壁防腐砖的压力增大,也使其不易脱落,从而可减小内衬防腐砖的厚度,将内衬防腐砖作立砌,使投资降低。槽四周内壁的圆弧形结构,还可减轻磨蚀,降低搅拌阻力和搅拌轴功率。实践表明,该装置结构紧凑合理,占地面积小,投资费用降低20%以上,萃取生产用电节省20%以上。

1.一种湿法磷酸的萃取装置,其特征在于,消化槽的采用立方体,将萃取槽与多级消化槽建造为一个整体,各个萃取槽与消化槽均为单元方格槽,各个单元方格槽四周内壁为圆弧形结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的湿法磷酸萃取装置,其特征在于,各个单元方格槽内壁所衬防腐砖为立砌。
