发明背景
这种铰接部,例如从美国专利No.5,582,488可知,并适用于要求铰接元件间具有良好的夹持力,由于将杆形轴部插入导向槽时需要较大的力,因此可在两铰接元件之间在装配后实现较大的摩擦。
从美国专利No.5,049,104可知另一种系统,该系统包括具有铰接部的铰接元件,用于在此两元件间构成可拆卸铰链连接。根据美国专利No.5,049,102,铰接部之一制成截顶圆锥,而另一铰接部,借助于积木元件至少一部分的弹性运动,适于可拆卸地容纳此截顶圆锥,从而构成一种铰链连接。此系统还设置了夹紧装置以阻止弹性运动,从而将彼此零件的铰接元件紧固。
发明概述
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种在第一段中提及的玩具积木组,这种积木组只有少数几个子元件、允许有选择地建立具有高摩擦与高夹持力的铰接功能,还允许建立不要求大摩擦的铰接功能,且不要求以相同的力连接铰接部。
根据本发明,这是由附加设置铰接部第三形式实现的,此铰接部包括弹性的、本质上平行的凸耳,该凸耳从积木元件彼此相距一段距离地向外延伸,并在每一凸耳面向与之平行的凸耳的表面上,设有轴台,此轴台的外径相当于杆形轴部的厚度。
结果,只用三个铰接元件可建立与其自身不同的两种形式的积木组铰链连接。铰接部第一形式在装配后铰链元件之间具有较大的摩擦,因为只有一具有趾部的铰接零件变形,铰接部第二形式中铰接元件之间的摩擦小得多,因为铰接部的一个铰接元件和另一个铰接元件两者均在铰接部装配时弹性变形。
在推荐实施例中,轴台的形状为截顶圆锥,其锥台顶面彼此相面对,其最大直径大于导向槽窄部的宽度。这极有利于铰接部的装配,由于每一截顶圆锥轴台的锥面起引导面的作用,因此在装配时只需要较小的力使趾部和凸耳变形。
此外,如果两趾部的厚度相当于凸耳间的距离就特别有利。这保证凸耳的内侧与趾部表面贴靠,避免铰链连接无意地失常(upset)
导向槽中与窄部相面对处的形状制成圆柱形,实现了铰链连接元件间特别良好而均匀的摩擦。
更为有利的是,如果导向槽圆柱形部的直径小于每一截顶圆锥轴台的最大直径,在截顶圆锥轴台与导向槽在装配后可实现一定程度的摩擦。对附图的简要说明

对推荐实施例的详细说明
图1示出了具有体部2的积木元件1,该体部2具有设置在侧部彼此相距一段距离的两爪形装置3。
图2示出了与图1所示相同的元件,但在此图可看出每一爪形装置3具有两趾部4、5,该趾部限定了导向槽6,此导向槽的底部由圆柱形面7组成,而在另一侧设有一对表面8、9,这对表面彼此相距一段距离,并在导向槽6内形成一通道,该通道比圆柱形面7窄。爪形装置可容易地接受设置在另一积木元件上的轴形装置,并将其可转动地夹持在趾4、5之间,从而提供两积木元件以铰接轴线为公共轴线10的铰接功能。
从图3可见,图1和2所示积木元件1可安装在第二积木元件11的铰接部;根据本发明,第二积木元件可设有两不同的铰接部,允许建立两种不同的铰接功能。
图4和5分别为图3所示第二积木元件11之第一实施例11a的透视图和顶视图;根据本发明,第一实施例11a设有铰接部第一形式,该铰接部包括两凸耳12a、13a,在两凸耳之间设有圆柱形轴,所述轴具有大于图1和2所述元件导向槽6之宽度的直径,但该轴径并不过大,以致不发生塑性变形就不能将其推入趾部4和5之间的导向槽6。当轴被完全推入导向槽6后,圆柱形轴7将使轴绕图2所示公共铰接轴线转动,从而建立铰接功能。
图1和2所示积木元件1与图4后所示积木元件11a的相互连接于是构成铰接功能,该铰接功能提供较高摩擦与夹持力,这是由于仅仅一积木元件1的趾部4、5因装配而产生塑性变形。
图6和7示出了图3所示根据本发明之积木元件11的第二实施例11b,根据本实施例,此第二实施例11b设有铰接部第一形式,该铰接部包括两凸耳12b、13b,该凸耳各具有凹入侧面15b、16b,此侧面上制出截头锥体轴台17b、18b,该截头锥体轴台之最大直径大于图1和2所示元件导向槽6的宽度,但该截头锥体轴台的直径并不过大,以致不发生塑性变形就不能将其推入趾部4和5之间的导向槽6,也不致使趾5、6或凸耳12b、13b产生塑性变形。当轴台17b、18b已被完全推入导向槽6后,圆柱形面门将夹持轴台17b、18b,此轴台于是可绕图2所示公共铰接轴线10转动,从而建立铰接功能。
于是,图1和2所示积木元件1与图6和7所示积木元件11b的相互连接构成铰接功能,此铰接功能提供较低的摩擦和夹持力,这是由于积木元件1的两趾部4、5和积木元件11b的凸耳12b、13b在装配时塑性变形。
将可看出,积木系统的积木元件如图4至7所示,可设置连接圆台19用于以众所周知的方式安装其它积木元件。

Claims (5)

1.一种玩具积木组,该玩具积木组包括各设有铰接部的数个积木元件,所述铰接部包括铰接部第一形式和铰接部第二形式;所述铰接部第一形式包括一本质上为圆柱形的杆形轴部,该轴部不间断地在积木元件的两凸耳之间延伸,所述铰接部第二形式包括一具有两弹性趾的爪形装置,该弹性趾从积木元件彼此相距一段距离向外延伸,于是在弹性趾之间形成一导向槽,此导向槽在弹性趾的远端处比积木元件窄,所述杆形轴部的厚度大于导向槽窄部的宽度,于是,杆形轴部可通过导向槽的窄部推入导向槽,使趾部彼此间弹性变形,并以这样的形式保持轴部:轴部压入导向槽后可绕导向槽纵向轴线可转动地安装,其特征在于,铰接部包括铰接部第三形式,此铰接部包括两弹性的、本质上平行的凸耳,该凸耳从积木元件彼此相距一段距离向外延伸,每一凸耳在面向与之平行的凸耳侧面上设有轴台,该轴台的外径相当于杆形轴部的厚度。
2.如权利要求1所述的玩具积木组,其特征在于,轴台形状为截顶圆锥,其顶端彼此面对,其最大直径大于导向槽窄部的宽度。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的玩具积木组,其特征在于,两趾部具有相当于凸耳之间距离的厚度。
4.如上述权利要求其中之一所述的玩具积木组,其特征在于,导向槽在与其窄部相面对处的形状为圆柱形面。
5.如权利要求2和4所述的玩具积木组,其特征在于,导向槽的圆柱形部的直径小于每一轴台的最大直径。
