Abstract

本发明涉及一种多孔的骨植入物(10,110,210)、一种制造该植入物的方法和矫正治疗的方法。该网眼植入物可以利用挤压技术和多种切割和机加工工序来制备,以为植入物提供所需要的结构特征和与骨缺陷或骨洞相配的所要求的尺寸。该植入物可被用来加强骨结构和支承相邻于骨洞的缺陷的骨组织。这样,植入物可以被用来改善患有骨缺陷或骨疾病的病人的治疗,减少术后的痛苦且缩短恢复时间。

本申请要求1999年10月20日提交的、题为“嵌塞的骨矫形植入物”的美国临时申请60/160,506的权益,并将此申请援引在此以供参考。
技术背景
本发明涉及一种用于移植进入骨组织的装置,制造这样一种装置的方法和整形外科治疗的方法。更具体的说,本发明针对一种整形外科的网眼植入物,用于植入到骨洞(cavity)来支承相邻骨洞的骨组织。本发明也着重针对制造一种网状植入物的制造方法和利用该网眼植入物来治疗病人的方法。
修复和再造具有缺陷的骨结构,例如有骨洞、裂缝或碎片,可以通过直接将邻近缺陷的骨结构彼此固定在一起来完成,例如用薄板和螺钉。在其它情况下,一成骨原料,即用人工方法催骨生长的原料,可以被导入到骨缺陷内以促进骨生长将骨组织融合在一起。骨生长材料的植入尤其有益于包括有骨洞的骨植入,骨洞是因为一部分骨结构或相邻结构缺失而造成的。骨洞是由于自然外伤或由于为植入其它骨结构有意采集骨移植物而形成的。
尽管都知道植入物可以提供相邻骨结构间的稳定性,但其有效性,以及制造成本和这种植入物的可获性限制了这些优点的实现。
基于上述的问题,对改进涉及骨缺陷和疾病的矫形治疗的装置和方法有一个连续的需求,以减小治疗风险和提高骨融合装置的显著性。本发明就是这样一种改进并且提供种种的好处和优点。
发明内容
抱着促进理解本发明原理的目的,现将参照这里所示出的实施例并用特殊的语言来描述。尽管子如此,应理解的是,所用的实施例无意限制本发明的范围。在所描述的方法、系统或装置中,任何改变和进一步修改以及此中所述本发明原理的进一步应用,都被认为一般会被本发明相关的技术领域里的技术人员认识到。
根据本发明的一种形式,提供了一种用于插入骨组织的植入物。该植入物包括一本体,该本体具有一内腔、一靠在骨组织上的第一和第二端部,每个端部均具有一和内腔相连的开口。中空本体形成为包括具有通向内腔的网格图案开口的一个或多个网眼侧面。这样,本发明提供了一种可植入到骨结构中的装置,提供了沉积催骨生长材料的存放场所,以促进骨生长,还提供了弱的骨组织的支承物。
在另一种形式中,本发明提供了一种用来支承弱的骨组织的植入物。该植入物包括一具有内腔的网眼本体和一通道,并限定了大致与通道平行的纵轴线;本体包括一第一端部和第二端部,每个端部均定位成大致与纵轴线成横向,且在每个端部的周缘有一支承部分。网眼本体还包括一中央部分,并具有从第一端部延伸到第二端部的纵向壁和在其上形成的与内腔相连的成网格图案的开口。在优选实施例中,支承部分包括一围绕每个第一和第二端部的周缘处的不间断的支承带。另一优选实施例中,植入物包括至少一个设置在纵向壁上的器械连接部分。在另一个优选实施例中,植入物形成为单件的整体。
本发明的一个目的是,提供一种骨矫形的支承植入物,以利于骨结构的再造和/或修复。

发明详细说明
抱着促进理解本发明原理的目的,现将参照这里所示出的实施例并用特殊的语言来描述。尽管如此,应理解的是,所用的实施例无意限制本发明的范围。在所描述的方法、系统或装置中,任何改变和进一步修改,以及此中所述本发明原理的进一步应用,都被认为一般能由与本发明相关的技术领域里的技术人员构思出来。
本发明构思了一种用来插入骨结构中的植入物。在本发明中的一个方面中,植入物提供一装置来支承虚弱的骨结构。在另一方面中,植入物提供一储藏器来沉积骨生长材料。在另一些方面中,本发明的植入物试图替代当前的网眼或笼型的装置来与骨结构相配合。本发明的植入物用来植入到骨结构中。短语“植入到骨结构”不是意图限制本发明为植入一单一的骨结构。因而,提供能够被植入到相邻的骨结构之间的植入物,例如,在相邻的脊椎骨之间的椎间空隙,也是在本发明的范围内。
图1-4A和4B示出了根据本发明一实施例的网眼骨植入物10。骨植入物10包括一具有一内腔11的本体12。植入物10也包括一第一端部18和相对的第二端部20,以及一从第一端部18至第二端部20延伸的中央部分22。中央部分22包括一具有一第一纵向壁部分30和一第二纵向壁部分32的第一纵向壁13和一限定纵轴线16的通道14。
第一端部18包括一位于其周边的支承部分24。在一种形式中,支承部分24包括一整体形成的位于纵轴线16周围的支承带26。带26适合于抵挡嵌塞力以将植入物10坐落到缺陷处或一骨结构中预备的骨洞中。在一种形式中,带26是一不间断的带,且能作为整体形成的、具有一比其它壁部分厚的横截面,其它壁部分即为本体10的壁30和32。较佳的,带26在与纵轴线16正交和背离的方向上延伸不超过壁30或壁32。在这种形式中,壁部分30和32限定了一从第一端部18延伸到第二端部20的基本为平面的表面。带26可以朝内腔11方向上均匀地逐渐变细,在宽度上向靠近第一端部18逐渐增加到最大宽度。带26内部的延伸用来提供一变厚的部分以提高植入物10承载能力。此外,带26的内部突出部分也提供一在第一端部18周围的保持环状物。通过阻止装填的成骨材料从植入物中逃逸,环27提供容纳沉积在内腔11的成骨材料的能力,并便于使成骨材料具有较大的装填密度。在另一形式中,将带26设置成为一从第一端部18周边延伸到靠近第一端部18的内腔11的唇部或支座。
带26包括一外部的承载表面42。较佳地,第一表面42限定了一基本上位于大致和纵轴线16垂直的平面内的基本平的表面。而且,第一表面42适于配合接触一骨缺陷或骨洞的邻近面对表面。在一种形式中,第一表面是一粗糙的或隆起表面以将植入物10固定到相邻骨表面。第一端部18也包括一通向内腔11的开口21。在图1-4中示出的实施例的更佳形式中,带26的内周限定了开口21。
第一端部18通过中央部分22与第二端部20相对。第二端部20包括一第二支承部分25。第二支承部分25的设置基本上与对第一支承部分24的描述相同且包括一第二支承带27。而且,第二端部20也包括一如对第一端部18所描述的通向内腔11的开口。
在一实施例中,第一端部18和第二端部20之间有一间距d1隔开。选择间距d1,使植入物10可被配合地放到骨结构内的骨洞或其它缺陷之中。当d1选择恰当时,第一端部18和第二端部20每一个可以靠在骨洞或其它缺陷的各自所面对的骨组织且对骨结构提供支承和强度。作为一具有变化型间距d1的植入物的例子,图4B示出了和植入物10结构上类似的植入物。选择植入物10’具有一比植入物10短的纵向长度d1。
还打算包括在本发明范围内的一系列的植入物,每个均具有一如植入物10所描述的结构,但长度d1不同。
中央部分22从第一端部18延伸到第二端部20且包括一纵向壁13。纵向壁13包括多个与内腔11相连的孔31。在一种形式中,多个开口31限定了第一壁30上的格子花纹或格子图案。每一个开口31可以形成多种结构,包括三角形、正方形、矩形和多边形。在较佳的形式中,相交的长条限定了一等边三角形或等腰三角形的样式。在另一种形式中,格子图案或格子花纹由多个相交的细长条形成。在较佳的形式中,多个相交的细长条包括一具有与纵轴线16垂直布置的纵条轴线的第一组细长条和一具有相对纵轴线16不垂直排列的纵条轴线的第二组细长条。通过细长条的相交形成多个连接头,每个接头限定了通向内腔11内的开口的一个角。
在壁部30和32上,细长条可以限定一重复的三角形形式,较佳的是等腰三角形;更佳的是等边三角形。当用等边三角形时,壁部分可以有一最大数量的开口面积,但仍保持必要的强度来支承相邻的骨结构。修整的开口面积表示壁部30和32内的多个开口面积31的总和。
较佳地,由壁部分30(或者壁部分32)限定的开口面积对总表面积的比率约大于1∶2,更佳地约大于3∶4。那就是说壁部分30或32外表面积的至少50%为开口面积。
纵向壁13可以包括一第一壁部分30和一相对的第二壁部分32。第一壁30从第一端部18延伸到第二端部20并限定一大致平行于纵轴线16的平面。第二壁32,相似于第一壁30,从第一端部18延伸到第二端部20并限定一也大致平行于纵轴线16的平面。因此,在这种形式中,第一壁部分30和第二壁部分32被放置在大致彼此平行的位置。
纵向壁13也包括一器械插入端部28。器械插入端部28放置在大致垂直于第一壁部分30的位置并沿着大致平行纵轴线16的方向延伸。器械插入端部28包括一器械啮合部分34。设置的器械啮合部分34具有适应将插入植入物10的插入器械啮合到预备的骨组织中去的多种特征。例如,器械啮合部分34可以包括种种凹槽和开口,可以是或不是螺纹的,以便于使相应的结构与一插入操作附件(图中未示)相配合,从而使把植入物10植入骨组织变得容易。在图1-4的优选实施例中,器械啮合部分34包括一纵向上延伸的螺纹孔35和一驱动凹槽36。
器械插入端部28限定了一外表面37。在一种形式中,表面35从壁部分30到壁部分32在相对于纵轴线的横向方向弯曲。在另一种形式中,该外表面限定了一在沿纵轴线16方向的拱形表面并从第一端部延伸。
现参照图5-7,这里描绘出按照本发明的用于支承骨结构的另一个网眼骨植入物的实施例。在所示实施例的较佳的形式中,网眼植入物110包括一圆柱状本体112,该本体具有一其内限定一内腔11的网眼壁113。本体112包括一在其中通过的通道114,其限定了一纵轴线116。较佳地,圆柱壁113绕纵轴线16圆周向地延伸。在图示的实施例中,圆柱壁113形成圆柱形。然而可以理解的是,网眼壁113可以限定为种种形状,包括至少有一个平坦表面的形状。
本体112包括一第一端部118和一相对的第二端部120。第一端部118和第二端部120各自包括一支承部分124和125。在一种形式中,支承部分124和125各自地包括支承带126和127,它们放置在围绕纵轴线116的周向位置。支承带126和127可以分别设置为围绕第一端部118和第二端部120的周缘的不间断的环带。支承带126包括一外表面142,该表面设置为大致平滑的表面且限定大致垂直于纵轴线116的平面。类似地,支承带127包括一外表面144,该表面设置为大致平滑的表面且限定一大致垂直于纵轴线116的平面。支承带126和127的大致平滑的平面表面142和144分别使植入物110植入骨结构变得容易。当把植入物110插入到骨结构中的一准备好的骨洞且啮合骨洞壁从而对骨结构提供额外的支承时,这些表面带来了独特的好处。
支承部分124和125被提供来抵挡使植入物坐落到骨缺陷或准备好的骨洞时的必不可少的冲击力。支承部分124,125可以由横截面的厚度大于本体112的其它壁部分的壁部分形成。这样,支承带124和125可以同上面所描述的支承部分24和25一样的形式来设置。
第一端部118和第二端部120被一间距d2所分隔。选择间距d2,使植入物110可被适配地放到骨结构内的预备的骨洞或其它缺陷之中。当d2选择恰当时,第一端部118和第二端部120每一个可以靠在骨洞、骨缺陷或相邻骨结构的相面对的骨组织且对骨结构提供额外强度。
第一端部118和第二端部120都包括一通向内腔111的开口121。开口121通过本体112提供了与通道114的联系。在图5-7示出的实施例的较佳形式中,带126和127的内周都限定了开口121。
类似于网眼植入物10,网眼植入物110包括一从第一端部118延伸到第二端部120的中央部分122。在一方面,圆柱的网眼壁113限定了一中央部分122。圆柱网眼壁113还包括多个开口131。开口131可以是各种的形状,包括三角形(等腰或等边)、正方形、矩形和多边形,因而形成一网眼壁。较佳地,外周壁130包括由多个开口131组成的均匀的网格。在另一种形式中,圆柱网眼壁113可以由多个相交的细长条形成。多个相交的细长条包括一具有与纵轴线116垂直布置的纵条轴线的第一组细长条和一具有与相对纵轴线116不垂直布置的纵条轴线的第二组细长条。多个接头由第一和第二组的细长条相交形成,每一个接头形成一顶点,该顶点限定了通向内腔111的多个开口131中的一个开口的一个角。在另一种形式中,圆柱壁113由多个相交的细长条所限定,其包括一限定了垂直于纵轴线116的平面的第一组长条。具有一不与纵轴线116垂直的细长轴线的第二组长条与第一组的长条相交。同样的,多个顶点由第一组的长条和第二组的长条相交形成。顶点形成圆柱壁113的开口131的各个角。圆柱壁113的设置大致可以如对壁13所描述的进行。
圆柱壁113包括一器械啮合部分134。器械啮合部分134的设置可以如器械啮合部分34所描述的进行,且包括一螺纹孔135和一驱动凹槽136。
图8-10示出了本发明的另一种形式。该网眼植入物210大致被描绘成一具有一中央部分222和一在其内形成的内腔211的矩形棱柱状本体212。本体212包括一在其内通过的通道214,其限定了一纵轴线216。本体212包括一第一横向壁240、一相对的第二横向壁246、和一从第一端部218延伸到第二端部220的中央部分222。
第一端部218包括一延伸到内腔211的开口221。类似地,第二端部220包括一延伸到内腔221的第二开口。第一端部218也包括一在第一端部218周缘延伸的支承部分224。类似的,第二端部220包括一在其周缘延伸的支承部分225。支承部分224和225每一个都分别包括一支承带226和227,它们大致围绕纵轴线216周向地布置。带226和227适于抵挡将植入物210植入到骨结构或相邻骨结构间准备好的骨洞时需要的力。在一种形式中,带226和227可设置为具有一比其它壁部分厚的横截面的整体形成的带,其它壁特别是指本体210的网眼壁230和232。在其它形式中,带226(或227)可以设置为从第一端部218(或第二端部220)周缘延伸到内腔211的一支座或唇部,基本上如对带26、27、126和127所述一样。
在图示的植入物210的实施例的较佳的形式中,第一端部218和第二端部220各自设置为拱形表面252和254,这些表面沿着大致和纵轴线216垂直的横轴线256。拱形表面252和254每一个都具有一位于第一横向壁240和第二横向壁246之间的最大高度。在使用时,拱形表面252和254的至少一部分可以延伸到骨组织,例如脊椎体的终板下面的网状骨质组织。通过提供一具有比外科手术上准备的骨洞(例如在相邻椎骨间的椎间空间)的高度要大的最大高度的植入物,拱形表面252和254可阻止植入物从骨洞脱出。
中央部分222也包括第一纵向壁230和第二纵向壁232。纵向网眼壁230和232中的至少一个,更佳地是两个,定位成限定了一大致平行于纵轴线216的平面。而且,第一壁230和第二壁232设有与内腔211相通的多个开口231。更佳地,第一壁230和第二壁232设有形成网眼的大致均匀的小孔图案。小孔可以由多个形状形成,包括圆形、正方形、矩形、多边形及诸如此类。多个开口231,类似于对植入物10描述时的开口11,可以形成在壁230和232中。在更佳的形式中,小孔是以等边或等腰三角形的形式设置的。而且,就如为植入物110的圆柱壁113和为植入物10的壁13所描述的那样,第一壁230和第二壁232由多个相交的细长条所限定。
在一种形式中,植入物210可以被插入到一有缺陷或一准备好的两个骨结构间的骨洞,以对相邻的骨结构提供支承和强度。因此,本体212可以包括一在第一端部218和第二端部220之间延伸的第一横向壁240,且其定位成大致垂直于纵向壁230,一相对的横向壁246也在第一端部218和第二端部220之间延伸,且定位成大致垂直于纵向壁230。
横向壁240可以包括一第一承载表面242,一相对的第二承载表面244、和一位于它们之间的横向面247。更佳地,第一承载表面242和第二承载表面244分别包括大体平的表面243和245,适于配合准备好的骨洞或骨缺陷的相邻表面。当被插入准备好的骨洞或骨缺陷时,第一承载表面242或第二承载表面244中的至少一个靠在相邻的骨组织上。
在一实施例中,第一承载表面242和第二承载表面244被一所选的间距d3分离,以使第一承载表面242和第二承载表面244与相应的准备好的骨洞或骨缺陷的相对的相邻骨组织啮合。而且,在一较佳的观点中,第一承载表面242和第二承载表面244是基本上平的表面,其通常平行于横轴256延伸。
第一横向壁240包括一器械啮合部分234。器械啮合部分234可以按对植入物10的器械啮合部分34所述那样来构成,包括一螺纹孔235和一驱动凹槽236。
在优选的实施例中,第一和/或第二承载表面242和244包括防滑出特征249,例如脊、齿或其它突出物,其适于阻止植入物210从准备好的骨洞或骨缺陷中滑出。在更佳的形式中,防滑出特征适合于使将植入物210插入到准备好的空间或骨缺陷所必需的力为最小,从而阻止植入物210的滑出。这种较佳形式的例子包括:至少一个垂直于纵轴线216的脊、多个脊、齿或尖突。在较佳的形式中,防滑出特征适合使将植入物210插入到准备好的椎间空间所需要的力为最小,且阻止植入物210的滑出。这种较佳形式的例子包括具有一指向第一终端的顶点的棘轮形的脊或齿。当这样成形时,棘轮形的脊或齿响应对于脱出力,会更深地凿进有皮质的骨组织。
本体212还包括一相对于第一承载壁240的第二横向壁246。第二横向壁246可以包括一第三承载表面248、一相对的第四承载表面250、和一在它们之间延伸的面。第三和第四承载表面248、250由一间距d4所分离。在一较佳的实施例中,间距d4有选择地大于d3以符合骨结构中所要求的准备好的骨洞,例如,用于相邻椎间的椎间空隙。尽管子第三和第四承载表面248和250展示为弯曲的表面,但可以理解的是,这些承载表面可以设置成各种形状,包括凸面的或蛋形的,在水平的或是垂直的平面内,或两者兼而有之,或如描述的第一和第二承载表面242和244那样分别大致上为平面。而且,第三和第四承载表面248和250可以包括如对于第一和第二承载表面242和246所描述的防滑出特征。

现参照支承相邻的弱的骨结构的网眼植入物10、110和210的应用。通常,在准备好合适的骨洞后,网眼植入物10,110,210可以被插入到骨结构内。例如,植入物可以被插入到由于从骼脊采集一自体移植物而引起的骨洞中。通常,采集自体移植物会导致明显的术后的疼痛和长的恢复时间。采用本发明所公开的植入物使骨洞的重建变得容易,并提供了较快的恢复时间,通常对病人带来较少的痛苦。
现参照图11-14,利用一外科手术的切割装置,例如一凿子262或一骨锯,将髂嵴260的一个所选择的部分移去。髂嵴的所选择部位264被切割后,如图12所示,将切下的骨自体移植物266从病人的剩下的骨结构260’中移走。如本发明所描述的一植入物被选择用于骨洞268,并分别配合于相邻骨结构270和272。所选择的植入物274可释放地附在一植入物夹持器280上,最好用已知的形式。较佳地,植入物夹持器280包括一植入物插入部分,其构造成在所选择的植入物的器械接收部分34,134和234适配地相啮合。在优选的实施例中,插入部分包括一带螺纹的轴284,以可靠地啮合植入物内的螺纹孔。植入物插入部分也可以包括一驱动叶片(图中未示)来啮合植入物上的驱动凹槽。在另一实施例中,植入物器械280可以包括一手柄288,其可以或可以不包括一植入器械,例如一敲打锤子,以将植入物嵌塞到准备好的骨洞或骨缺陷中。
较佳地,植入物10、110和210由单一的整体材料制成。植入物可以用生理上可接受的材料制成,其具有必不可少的强度来抵抗平时活动期间对脊柱所施加的压力。这种可接受的材料的例子中包括:钛、复合物(碳纤维或玻璃纤维复合物)、陶瓷、骨制品、不锈钢和外科手术用的钢。较佳地,植入物10、110和210可由金属例如钛或外科手术用钢来制备。
在较佳的制造过程中,按照本发明的植入物由一管子或中空结构的挤压成形来制备。管子或中空结构可以是基本圆柱形的。较佳地,挤压的管子可以包括比侧壁厚的端壁。将管子挤压成形后,可以利用本技术领域中众所周知的激光技术或任何其它适当的方法将要求的表面特征,例如支承带、防滑动部分、器械啮合部分和网眼形状,限定或切入植入物。可以理解的是,由管子挤压形成的网眼植入物与传统的从实心块切削植入物相比,成形更快且废品更少。挤压的植入物较佳地具有在其内形成的空腔来接受骨生长材料或成骨材料。所需要的表面特征经挤压成形和激光切割后,可以用机加工将植入物做成用于多种年龄病人和骨结构的所要求的尺寸。
本发明构思了出现在本技术领域的技术人员中对多孔骨植入物的改型。也构思到本发明将所体现的方法改变、重排列、替代、删除、复制、组合或添加到其他的方法中,这种情况会发生在本技术领域里的技术人员中而并没有离开本发明精神。另外,这些方法内的各种阶段、步骤、过程、技术、阶段和操作可以被改变、重排列、替代、删除、复制、组合。这种情况会发生在本技术领域里的技术人员中。而且,这里所述任何操作理论、验证或发现,意味着对本发明的更深理解,且不打算使本发明的范围依赖这种理论、证验或发现。

Claims (18)

1.一种整形外科的植入物,包括一限定一内腔并包括在其内通过的纵轴线的嵌塞网眼本体,所述本体包括:
一位于大致与所述纵轴线成直角的第一端部,所述第一端部限定了一通向所述内腔的第一开口并包括一位于所述第一开口外周的第一支承带,且具有一与所述纵轴线正交测量的第一厚度;
一相对于所述第一端部的第二端部,该第二端部限定了一通向所述内腔的第二开口,并包括一位于所述第二开口外周的第二支承带;以及
一在所述第一端部和所述第二端部间延伸的纵向壁,所述纵向壁包括穿透其形成的多个开口,这些开口构成格子图案,所述纵向壁具有一与所述纵轴线正交量测的第二厚度,其中,所述第二厚度比所述第一厚度薄。
2.按照权利要求1的植入物,其特征在于,所述嵌塞网眼本体是大致上圆柱形的。
3.按照权利要求1的植入物,其特征在于,所述嵌塞的网眼本体是大致上矩形的棱柱体。
4.按照权利要求3的植入物,其特征在于,所述纵向壁包括一弯曲的壁部分。
5.按照权利要求3的植入物,其特征在于,所述第一端部和第二端均包括拱形表面。
6.按照权利要求1的植入物,其特征在于,所述第一开口和所述第二开口是途经的。
7.按照权利要求1的植入物,其特征在于,所述第一开口和所述第二开口大致是矩形的。
8.按照权利要求1的植入物,其特征在于,所述多个开口限定了多个等边或等腰三角形的开口。
9.按照权利要求1的植入物,其特征在于,所述多个开口限定了多个正方形或矩形的开口。
10.按照权利要求1的植入物,其特征在于,纵向壁包括一处于所述纵轴线周围的外表面,并且所述支承带具有一大致与所述外表面齐平的外周。
11.按照权利要求1的植入物,其特征在于,所述第二端部包括一位于所述第二开口外周的第二支承带。
12.按照权利要求1的植入物,其特征在于,所述第一带设置有选择用来承受进入到相邻骨结构间骨洞的嵌入作业的第一厚度。
13.按照权利要求1的植入物,其特征在于,所述纵向壁的开口面积至少为纵向壁的总外表面积的大约50%。
14.一种治疗骨缺陷的方法,所述方法包括:
准备骨组织来提供一骨洞以接受一矫形的植入物;以及
嵌塞一矫形植入物到所述骨洞,所述植入物包括:一位于大致与所述纵轴线成直角的第一端部,所述第一端部限定了一通向所述内腔的第一开口并包括一位于所述第一开口外周的第一支承带,且具有一与所述纵轴线正交测量的第一厚度;
一相对于所述第一端部的第二端部,该第二端部限定了一通向所述内腔的第二开口,并包括一位于所述第二开口外周的第二支承带;以及
一在所述第一端部和所述第二端部间延伸的纵向壁,所述纵向壁包括穿透其形成的多个开口,这些开口构成格子图案,所述纵向壁具有一与所述纵轴线正交量测的第二厚度,其中,所述第二厚度比所述第一厚度薄。
15.按照权利要求14的方法,其特征在于,所述准备步骤包括:采集骨组织以提供一骨的自体移植物、同种异体移植物或异种移植物组织。
16.按照权利要求14的方法,其特征在于,所述嵌塞网眼本体是一大致矩形的棱柱体。
17.按照权利要求16的方法,其特征在于,嵌塞网眼本体包括一具有一弯曲壁部分的纵向壁。
18.按照权利要求16的方法,其特征在于,所述第一端部和第二端部均包含定位成大致与所述纵轴线平行的拱形表面部分。
